.@bt_uk Your customer service is the worst. My elderly parents received a visit from @WeAreOpenreach yesterday to fix their landline, were assured it was fixed and it's not. Furthermore your directors do not even respond to emails. My father needs access to a line now, not Weds.

I’m completely stuck. @btbusinesscare can’t even accept my report of a line fault because I’m not named on the account. Both people who are named are out of contact for the foreseeable. Have come home to use Internet here for a bit, but not having it at work is a serious problem.

Whilst this weekend is not an official blackout weekend, the EFL TV deal will probably still include a 3pm blackout, hence you don’t see EFL games televised on Saturdays at 3pm in international breaks. @bt_uk He's being told there's no issue with the network, & an engineer has been booked (again). However, the last engineer was sent in Dec when the phone line was cracking. They reset the line from the box & refused to enter the house. Told him to "call when covid is over". How cruel.

@bt_uk Been repeatedly experiencing periods of high latency with both wi-fi and ethernet multiple times per day. Checking network for any high usage and scanned all connected devices and cannot find anything causing the issues.
