Whilst this weekend is not an official blackout weekend, the EFL TV deal will probably still include a 3pm blackout, hence you don’t see EFL games televised on Saturdays at 3pm in international breaks. Selling packages you can’t deliver on is v poor. Especially when home schooling etc

I’m hearing that BT are sending out engineers to households but unable to do anything to restore the Internet when they arrive because there is a wider network issue. Strange that they’re unaware though.

I am so peeved that I have waited 253 days and it took the OpenReach engineer no more than 1 and a half hours. I have got myself so stressed & mentally unwell over this situation!! And feel BT executive complaints team have not listened/heard my complaint

Hey, ho, you live and learn don't know if I have it in me to challenge their derisory and laughable offer of £0.39 per day.
