victor martinez (@CoreblimeyVic) reported from Esher, England@bt_uk No , been on the phone with a BT staff, told not much they can do , I have to wait for a rescheduled appointment in 3.5 weeks time ( that can’t be 100% guaranteed) , BT have broken the customer contract, not I. you work in telecommunications deal with this first .

I have not been able to resolve my issue online so tried to call a helpline that is open until 8pm but the message tells me the help desk is closed. I am paying money for a TV service which hasn’t worked since Friday.

In 4G blackspot , trying to work from home with no connection. Do you have at shirt for this.?

You thought it was the hub so you sent us a new one but turned out to be an incorrectly wired junction box. So now got a brand new hub lying around. Aren’t you going to send a bag so I can send it back?

Hey, ho, you live and learn don't know if I have it in me to challenge their derisory and laughable offer of £0.39 per day.

In 4G blackspot , can’t even use phone as hotspot. Less jumping on bandwagons, more in service.

I am so peeved that I have waited 253 days and it took the OpenReach engineer no more than 1 and a half hours. I have got myself so stressed & mentally unwell over this situation!! And feel BT executive complaints team have not listened/heard my complaint

Whilst this weekend is not an official blackout weekend, the EFL TV deal will probably still include a 3pm blackout, hence you don’t see EFL games televised on Saturdays at 3pm in international breaks.
