.@bt_uk Your customer service is the worst. My elderly parents received a visit from @WeAreOpenreach yesterday to fix their landline, were assured it was fixed and it's not. Furthermore your directors do not even respond to emails. My father needs access to a line now, not Weds.

Whilst this weekend is not an official blackout weekend, the EFL TV deal will probably still include a 3pm blackout, hence you don’t see EFL games televised on Saturdays at 3pm in international breaks. @bt_uk I just tried a BT app speed check and it decided there was some technical fault preventing it from working, which to me means the speed is crap so we won’t tell you. My Ookla app tells me around 12-15mbps which is about half the promised speed.

@bt_uk Upgraded my package in November & since my service has been worse.had tests ran,3 engineers out to my home and nothing.Each person I speak to tells me something different. No one can tell me how it's now worse.2 of the engineers have told me I can get fibre but just being told no
