  Hi @bt_uk, after spending an hour and half on the phone this morning to try and fix my broadband issue, on the 3rd attempt. I was promised a callback within 20 minutes with an update/resolution, it’s now been over 3 hours. I don’t want to #twittershame you, just want this fixed.

  @bt_uk Hi. Had a problem with the internet a while back. You thought it was the hub so you sent us a new one but turned out to be an incorrectly wired junction box. So now got a brand new hub lying around. Aren’t you going to send a bag so I can send it back?

Whilst this weekend is not an official blackout weekend, the EFL TV deal will probably still include a 3pm blackout, hence you don’t see EFL games televised on Saturdays at 3pm in international breaks.   @bt_uk Glad to report better service now, thank you @bt_uk. Inexplicably the original problem has diminished so I've cancelled the 3rd appt so as not to waste BT/OpenReach's time. Issue is now being monitored instead. Thanks to David on helpline today who kept on the ball & called back.
