    @bt_uk It is absolutely ridiculous, how difficult it is to contact BT, if one has a problem or a simple inquiry. And to think, BT are supposed to be Trial Blazers in this field. Anyway, I need to speak 🗣 to someone about a refund for an Installation that was not carried out.

    @bt_uk I have no Wi-Fi, so, I literally cannot watch anything on TV or on my tablet. My so called Halo Hub, just keeps flashing orange. When I called BT, I was told that BT closes at 20:00 🕗 on Saturday’s. Are you not supposed to be open 24 hours to solve problems like these?

    @bt_uk spoke too soon. The pole outside is defective and needs replacing. Note, my neighbour has been having the same issue which started In February

    IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR BROADBAND , DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk !! THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!! Been waiting at my flat since 8am, only to call up and find out the appointment was not booked correctly !!! Everyone that works at @bt_uk clearly have an IQ of a toddler.

    @bt_uk No , been on the phone with a BT staff, told not much they can do , I have to wait for a rescheduled appointment in 3.5 weeks time ( that can’t be 100% guaranteed) , BT have broken the customer contract, not I. you work in telecommunications deal with this first .

    @bt_uk Totally agree , how about customer service first , waited over a week for an outsourced engineer to come who then cancelled, and rearranged my appointment for 3 weeks later. In 4G blackspot , trying to work from home with no connection. Do you have at shirt for this.?

    @bt_uk how about Customer service, left without broadband for over a month after engineer cancelled at the last minute, given next appointment in 3.5 weeks. In 4G blackspot , can’t even use phone as hotspot. Less jumping on bandwagons, more in service.

    Have tried to resist the urge to go Full Karen on @bt_uk. Phoned them 2 weeks ago to tell them my parents’ home phone line has been cut in half and broadband is down. Have booked 4 appointments with their engineers, each time they haven’t turned up or said anything. shite 🗑

    @MoseMajorMC @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Surely under the Sale of Goods and Services Act 1979 you have given BT a more than reasonable timeframe in which to resolve the issue? I would suggest putting this to them in writing and giving 14 days before the matter is escalated to the Ombudsman Service.

    I've upgraded to Ultrafast - using @WeAreOpenreach FTTP - from Superfast - FTTC - I now get download speeds between 5mbps & 45mbps. Not happy. Reported to @bt_uk a few weeks ago, still waiting for service to improve to the speeds that I am paying for.

    @bt_uk Hi there, reported an issue yesterday with your fault tracker on the website (internet is down, router flashing purple). Received confirmation email and text but when I go to the site today, I can’t see a fault logged under my account. Should I resubmit the fault?

    So frustrating that #BT closed my road causing huge disruption and did not send any engineers to connect broadband to my property. No phone call, notice of rescheduling, just a useless smarthub that I can't use. @bt_uk Please sort this? It's been 8 months of poor customer service
