You thought it was the hub so you sent us a new one but turned out to be an incorrectly wired junction box. So now got a brand new hub lying around. Aren’t you going to send a bag so I can send it back?

Selling packages you can’t deliver on is v poor. Especially when home schooling etc

I was promised a callback within 20 minutes with an update/resolution, it’s now been over 3 hours. I don’t want to #twittershame you, just want this fixed.

In 4G blackspot , can’t even use phone as hotspot. Less jumping on bandwagons, more in service.
