    @bt_uk Hi team. So, no one turned up yesterday in the booked time slot. So what happens now? FTTP was meant to be live on Tuesday. Then yesterday. Such a disappointing start along with all the damage and ancillary issues caused.

    @bt_uk It is. Done that with @SkyHelpTeam. Now @bt_uk Openreach need to look into this issue in York YO31 and YO24 at least otherwise it will have a load of engineers booked via Sky

    @bt_uk So tell me why the engineer has connected the main one in a 3 story town house in the room that is furthest away from the main rooms? Where was the logic? We’ve constantly had issues with BT and now you’re trying to tell me we have to pay £210 after a dreadful pandemic for it? No

    @btsport I was really looking forward to watching the @SeniorsDarts this weekend but it's like watching the darts from the 80's, the picture is terrible and the commentary is in mono and sounds like the commentators are under water....can you explain why this is???

    @bt_uk I would like some help. I'm paying almost £60 a month for such poor internet that I can't watch a 15 minute YouTube programme without it buffering at some point, yet alone watch anything in HD/Netflix etc. As for working from home... forget it.

    @bt_uk It's 2022. We say no isnt a solution. I've done all of that. The problem is seemingly the BT Openreach monopoly on lines and other providers having to use them.

    @Ofcom we are having serious issues with @bt_uk they ahe failed to install our broadband and they have told us we would be contacted to discuss this on each of the last three days but they have not contacted us. What action can be taken against @bt_uk for this.

    @bt_uk Hi, we have an engineer booked for Tuesday but our fault is more than “slow broadband” as the email states. Our entire junction box has fallen apart and the wires are corroded. How can we report this damage before our appointment as we’re without phone and internet!
