victor martinez (@CoreblimeyVic) reported from Esher, England@bt_uk No , been on the phone with a BT staff, told not much they can do , I have to wait for a rescheduled appointment in 3.5 weeks time ( that canโt be 100% guaranteed) , BT have broken the customer contract, not I. you work in telecommunications deal with this first .

In 4G blackspot , canโt even use phone as hotspot. Less jumping on bandwagons, more in service.

If its covered there you're legal expenses insurer will pay for the damage to be repaired allowing you to pick the folks that fix it. Then your insurer can have the hassle of chasing BT to get their money back. Worth a phone call.
