Have tried to resist the urge to go Full Karen on @bt_uk. Phoned them 2 weeks ago to tell them my parents’ home phone line has been cut in half and broadband is down. Have booked 4 appointments with their engineers, each time they haven’t turned up or said anything. shite 🗑

@bt_uk engineer has been est repair date next tuesday , ive done cabling and seen how fibre optic is made sounds like it maybe a cracked cable as if its a card my connection be down its just slow

@bt_uk - after a month of truly dismal service from a number of your call centre agents, the amazing LILLY was able to sort my issue! At one point I was told my elderly/unwell Uncle's service would be cut off within days. Never the case but cause undue stress. THANK YOU LILLY.

As ever appalling customer service from @bt_uk @BTCare happy to take your money and put your costs up but when you want to cancel out of contract they make you jump through hoops. 50mins online to an advisor to be told come back another day.
