@bt_uk excellent customer service from Tom this morning. Refreshing to actually have people who are committed to solving your problem. Best experience I’ve had with BT and I’ve been a customer for 6yrs +. Just to add it wasn’t the outcome I wanted but can’t fault Tom for trying!

@bt_uk was on hold to your billing team for 40 mins got through said to the operator once I did I said “I don’t have a telephone number” and she put the phone down on me! Absolute disgrace! you change a pretty penny for your services and their not up to scratch

Just had some callers claiming to be from @bt_uk offering fibre to home if i'm not already a BT customer. Since I'm with @Plusnet (Open Reach) & 'already a customer' they could NOT offer me fibre to home. Kinda rubbish @Ofcom - plus i cant call BT to check they were legit

@bt_uk please help! I have received a few letters purporting to be from you re: debt on a BT business a/c...however I've never had one and moreover letters not addressed to an individual. Thought this a scam but now getting debt collection letters...very distressing!
