And feel BT executive complaints team have not listened/heard my complaint

Perhaps I am just stupid thinking that's unacceptable and very poor customer service #btcustomerservice

And each Call you have to re-enter all the details again. And then to get to the "I Am Not Robot" pictures that don't work.
