    My 84 year old grandmother has not had a working landline since 29th May. She has not been able to make or receive calls. @bt_uk are aware of the issues and despite welfare concerns seem unwilling to urgently resolve the problem. Very poor customer service!!

    @bt_uk I understand. I am explaining that the speed in areas which was good is now not good since using “complete wi-if”. So it has negatively impacted everything. I have spoken to multiple people and logged a complaint. I would like someone to call me to sort or discuss compensation

    @bt_uk So we need to re book our order and wait for openreach to turn off the old line. The issues are 1 BT did not tell us there was a problem 2 We have to re order ourselves and 3 we are still paying direct debits - even though there is no service. I realise we will get a refund

    @bt_uk we’ve just had the second engineer round to try and sort out our internet and it’s still not working. Every time I call no one has a solution. How do I get this fixed!?

    Pretty vexed that after two hours talking to @bt_uk we will be without internet and phone for at least another two weeks. They failed to tell us there was a problem with our order, when we made it and we have to reorder again ourselves even though it’s their mistake !!!!!

    @bt_uk Both had trouble hooking up the fibre, and then I got a text saying it might be Weeks before sometime else comes out. And now, I'm told that someone will come out, though time travelling back to yesterday.

    @BTCare your BT Mobile Sim is not very good, my wife cannot get a signal at post code TW4 6FD, this has been going on for a very long time. Not getting the service we pay for! #Verypoor BT Broadband issues also having problems but being assisted by technical

    @bt_uk BT your doing my head in! Switched to digital in my area, I never received anything, I've had no home phone for 2wks, got sent a digital thingy to plus in still not working I'm losing my patience, tomorrow customer services again!☹

    @bt_uk No , been on the phone with a BT staff, told not much they can do , I have to wait for a rescheduled appointment in 3.5 weeks time ( that can’t be 100% guaranteed) , BT have broken the customer contract, not I. you work in telecommunications deal with this first .

    @bt_uk how about Customer service, left without broadband for over a month after engineer cancelled at the last minute, given next appointment in 3.5 weeks. In 4G blackspot , can’t even use phone as hotspot. Less jumping on bandwagons, more in service.

    @bt_uk Totally agree , how about customer service first , waited over a week for an outsourced engineer to come who then cancelled, and rearranged my appointment for 3 weeks later. In 4G blackspot , trying to work from home with no connection. Do you have at shirt for this.?

    @virginmedia Yes, down for two days and when i called yesterday they said it was gonna be fixed today and it is not. I work from home. I have already spent my @EE mobile iNet and I'm buying @bt_uk passes. How can I cancel the service and move to other provider?

    @btbusinesscare Received a useless call saying I'll be charged now. Said completely different information to what the first guy told me when he booked the engineer. So I have ended the call because you wasted my time, gave conflicting information & have delivered terrible service.

    Got a @bt_uk engineer attending today apparently in the next 25 mins as they said 8am-1pm and its 12:36. And we will get a charge of £85 if the issue isnt something that can be proved as their fault 🙃 I'll keep you updated

    @bt_uk I regret moving over to BT!! It’s been nothing but poor customer service, unreliability and false promises from the start!! Account keeps getting shut without any notification or authentication and now the WiFi is so poor oh and customer care lie about reimbursement too!! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

    @bt_uk install this and restore the coverings, then I'd like to know that before (or if) I place an order. Hence why I figured it'd be OR that could help - indeed their 'contact us' service said that they would help, but the response wasn't massively helpful :(

    Hey @bt_uk my 87 mum is paying you folks about £187 every 3 months for landline and sending emails on a 10 year old tablet. Your customer service team told her she needed it. It's not even unlimited calls! What the hell?

    @bt_uk Hi, sadly yes, she spoke to an advisor on Sunday and did all the normal checks and resets but still had issues so had to schedule engineer visit but disappointingly that’s not until 17th so got to go 10 days no internet
