@bt_uk Have been trying many weekends and weekdays to contact you for issues with my TV. No response. App support is useless as it does not describe the box I have. Issue since box installed last year. No way to have it fixed. Might leave BT as the response rate is zero

@bt_uk Updates? All I know is I went to the GPs after they left and the main road I live off had at least 8 Openreach vans doing repairs. The road my cul-de-sac is off isn’t that long. I was told by one operative there were numerous issues in my area

@bt_uk my internet is dropping out all the time (this morning 5 times in two hours) and the extra thing I pay for for “unbreakable wifi” isn’t doing anything AND my landline is still down … what is going on?

  • JTyrrell_
Joe Tyrrell (@JTyrrell_) reported from Lambeth, England

@bt_uk please fix your PS5 app! Doesn’t let me watch live sport with constant buffering or crashing. Works fine on other devices, just not PS5.

  • JohnnyDowling10
Johnny Dowling (@JohnnyDowling10) reported from Croydon, England

It's amazing that between March and May @skytv put my bill up by £12.47 a month without even a notification! Over 14% increase for no change in service at all - odd behaviour considering I am out of contract. Hey there @bt_uk and @VirginMedia_TV

  • Silcox777
Nat 💕 (@Silcox777) reported from Worcester Park, England

@bt_uk getting very irritated with your constant chasers about me returning my BT TV kit, I sent it back weeks ago. Check your postal tracking service. If you think you are going to charge me for not returning it then you are mistaken.

  • Jess_L_Andrews
Jessica Andrews (@Jess_L_Andrews) reported from Merton, England

@bt_uk over 3 months of being a new customer and still no proper internet, was suppose to get a call back at 7pm today to try and sort once and for all but nothing, am now once again ringing you back, not good when we are all still suppose to be working from home!

  • HouseArrestFM
Aaron (@HouseArrestFM) reported from Camberwell, England

@bt_uk was on hold to your billing team for 40 mins got through said to the operator once I did I said “I don’t have a telephone number” and she put the phone down on me! Absolute disgrace! you change a pretty penny for your services and their not up to scratch

  • gxyred
Jared (@gxyred) reported from Lambeth, England

@Richy_____ @ClockEndJamesXI @bt_uk What does being straight have to do with a WiFi service though? They’re just a real couple it’s not that deep.

  • Elliottrawstron
Elliott Rawstron (@Elliottrawstron) reported from Wandsworth, England

@bt_uk Why would we want bad internet speed spread across a wider area. The reason we have it is to get internet across a wider area at good speeds

  • frostefroste
Patrick Frost (@frostefroste) reported from Blindley Heath, England

@bt_uk - agreed a new contract on 21st November and yet weirdly come the next bill you ignore this and my charges. Past 14 day cooling off too. So basically your ripping me off - and btw your app is **** if your being ripped off

@bt_uk @s_starrr6 @EE My BT broadband has been broken for a week. BT say they don't even know if they CAN fix it, let alone when. Many broken promises to keep me informed. Utterly useless. Please fix it, or release me from my contract.

  • Superfx101
    Steve 💙💚🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@Superfx101) reported

Hello As an existing customer, I thought I was supposed to be offered what new customers are offered, but the cheapest renewal is £15 more than what a new customer is offered. Please can you clarify, thank you @Ofcom @bt_uk

  • JimSpenceDundee
    Jim Spence (@JimSpenceDundee) reported

Over the last few three weeks I did what I thought was the decent thing and allowed workers from @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk and their contractors, to access my property to check two poles, which were NOT on my property, but in neighbouring properties where access was awkward, but not impossible. This below was the resulting damage from a wire attached to my house to a pole outwith my house, as they worked on it. I’m now expected to fill in a lengthy explanatory form and seek private estimates to repair it, before returning the form to their lawyers. This costs me time and effort for a problem not of my making.

  • wizza_wozza
    Warren Peters (@wizza_wozza) reported

@bt_uk The options you’ve suggested don’t cater for someone who has very poor mobile signal and no WiFi, your auto tech checks say it’s working fine, but it isn’t. You’ve been contacted a few times during the week, several times today and still no resolution.

  • Emmaelf

@bt_uk Text service just about faults, I want to make a complaint now

  • SemiEssessi
    Sem Essessi (@SemiEssessi) reported

@bt_uk your CEO is a ******. he should be checking that customer service works at least once a week himself personally to stay on top of it. its easily fixed. he needs firing asap. gross negligence and probably misconduct for leading it here

  • 64outsider
    Changeling64 (@64outsider) reported

@bt_uk The line itself is working-which those who I've spoken to can't understand-it's the phones ringtones, as a result of their line upgrades, which are now not working. Parents are pensioners. I bought their phones 4-5 yrs ago. We're not made of money to replace them again due to BT!

  • cisnegirl
    Janet Davies (@cisnegirl) reported

@WeAreOpenreach @WeAreOpenreach have compromised our fire safety compartmentation in a block of 28 flats when installing full fibre in 2024 but award a Double Gold to their Health and Safety team! Details left on your answering service that @bt_uk directed me too but no reply.

  • HPaulODonnell
    H Paul O'Donnell (@HPaulODonnell) reported

@JimSpenceDundee @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk Legal expenses claim on your Home Insurance Jim. If its covered there you're legal expenses insurer will pay for the damage to be repaired allowing you to pick the folks that fix it. Then your insurer can have the hassle of chasing BT to get their money back. Worth a phone call.

@bt_uk @MoneySavingExp @MartinSLewis Why are you so aggravatingly poor at communicating and dealing with people who are made to use your services? Not choose, made.
