    @bt_uk I have been checking the speed thru BT app, it says I have no issues, I am getting 62mbs, but everytime I check with independent speed Checker (SpeedTest), they have continually been coming in at around 30mbs. Sorry but you will check speed into property but not from router!

    IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR BROADBAND , DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk !! THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!! Been waiting at my flat since 8am, only to call up and find out the appointment was not booked correctly !!! Everyone that works at @bt_uk clearly have an IQ of a toddler.

    @bt_uk hi BT we haven’t had reliable internet for days. It’s been cutting in and out a few times a day for weeks and now it’s just gone. The hub cycles between orange and purple lights. Despite complaining, nothing is being done till the 12th. I need reliable WiFi to work. Help??

    @bt_uk over 3 months of being a new customer and still no proper internet, was suppose to get a call back at 7pm today to try and sort once and for all but nothing, am now once again ringing you back, not good when we are all still suppose to be working from home!

    day two of broadband down from @bt_uk Promised call back from @bt_uk FTTC team failed to materialise. FTTP team have lost notes from hour on the phone yesterday and want to send an engineer out again! You couldn’t make this up!

    Disappointed with #BT #Broadband speeds @BTCare . Been monitoring for some time and speeds are dropping. I have been a loyal BT customer for some years but seriously looking around to change provider. Original contract was for 70mbs speeds, now barely getting 30mbs. #poor

    My 84 year old grandmother has not had a working landline since 29th May. She has not been able to make or receive calls. @bt_uk are aware of the issues and despite welfare concerns seem unwilling to urgently resolve the problem. Very poor customer service!!

    For a company that prides themselves as Europe’s largest telecoms service provider, @bt_uk have the most lousy customer service team in history! If I go into detail on what I’ve been through!! All because of one master socket install. Which mind you still hasn’t been resolved.

    @bt_uk Hi Rita, we’ve already done that, on the 7th. They detected a fault, and said the estimate fix date is the 12th. That’s an unacceptable timeline, and too long to go without any WiFi.

    @bt_uk my elderly grandmother is struggling to contact you. No one replies to emails, picks up the phone or responds to her. She’s been told her contract is going up in price for no reason. It’s causing a lot of stress and I’m trying to help in any way I can... please assist.

    @bt_uk My god this just goes on… Fibre goes down Thursday for me and many others in street, told fix by 6pm that day…. Not fix… Today all sent text message that it’s fixed at around 2pm… But it isn’t… All of us still have no internet.

    @bt_uk and you’ve offered NO SOLUTION!!!! I’d never recommend you. You just don’t care. I have no mobile signal in my rural property. So no one can contact me - which is serious as I have an elderly mother who needs to be able to get hold of me.

    @bt_uk There us no point, I have been forced to cancel my contract because the what I have been paying £31 a month for does not work and you refused to put me on a product that will work. Nothing but unresolveable issues with BT speeds.

    @bt_uk Thanks Alannah I think I won’t bother. Don’t see why your company should be able to hide away in secret DMs to discuss your unbelievably bad service. I will just post updates on here as to the lack of progress. May take longer to resolve but it’s better to highlight incompetence.
