I tell my story of no connectivity and system failures to everyone and it makes no difference. My suggestion is to try using your systems as a customer !! Aweful

Then got messages about changes to the phone service and arrival of Hybrid Connect and things have gone wrong. Constant dropouts, erratic speeds. The Hybrid engineer knew nothing of phone changes. Help.

No so polite when you tell them to get lost. What can we do about these calls, we are tps'd on our line. These guys are making you look bad :)
