    day two of broadband down from @bt_uk Promised call back from @bt_uk FTTC team failed to materialise. FTTP team have lost notes from hour on the phone yesterday and want to send an engineer out again! You couldn’t make this up!

    @bt_uk Hi Rita, we’ve already done that, on the 7th. They detected a fault, and said the estimate fix date is the 12th. That’s an unacceptable timeline, and too long to go without any WiFi.

    IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR BROADBAND , DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk !! THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!! Been waiting at my flat since 8am, only to call up and find out the appointment was not booked correctly !!! Everyone that works at @bt_uk clearly have an IQ of a toddler.

    @bt_uk I have been checking the speed thru BT app, it says I have no issues, I am getting 62mbs, but everytime I check with independent speed Checker (SpeedTest), they have continually been coming in at around 30mbs. Sorry but you will check speed into property but not from router!

    @holliexharvey @bt_uk If the Broad Band is down, work must understand that, u have proof, worst way offer to take a days leave. Send them the email u have. I used 2 get stressed on the underground and was told "don't stress over things u can't control" it dont work with Arsenal thou 🥺

    Disappointed with #BT #Broadband speeds @BTCare . Been monitoring for some time and speeds are dropping. I have been a loyal BT customer for some years but seriously looking around to change provider. Original contract was for 70mbs speeds, now barely getting 30mbs. #poor

    My 84 year old grandmother has not had a working landline since 29th May. She has not been able to make or receive calls. @bt_uk are aware of the issues and despite welfare concerns seem unwilling to urgently resolve the problem. Very poor customer service!!

    @bt_uk hi BT we haven’t had reliable internet for days. It’s been cutting in and out a few times a day for weeks and now it’s just gone. The hub cycles between orange and purple lights. Despite complaining, nothing is being done till the 12th. I need reliable WiFi to work. Help??

    For a company that prides themselves as Europe’s largest telecoms service provider, @bt_uk have the most lousy customer service team in history! If I go into detail on what I’ve been through!! All because of one master socket install. Which mind you still hasn’t been resolved.

    @SarahAuty @bt_uk Openreach is responsible to maintain and repair the network. Your provider is responsible to manage any fault issues on your behalf. This means that they must contact Openreach for you. Your provier is our direct customer so we have a team who they can contact.

    @bt_uk Hi, we are due to switch to you on Monday 6th, our current internet is shockingly bad (2 mbps bad) if I connect your router early and the hybrid connect will the hybrid connect work? It's got to be better than what we've got now. Thanks

    @bt_uk our broadband went down today (Fri). The earliest engineer appt is next Weds; that may only locate the fault. We live in a rural location, barely any mobile data coverage, and my wife works from home, yet we are at least 5 days from resolution. Is there nothing you can do?

    @bt_uk Hi there. A member of our Customer Service Team has been trying to call all week in relation to remove an old BT phone booth that's on one of our estates but they've been able to get through. Please could we request a call back for them or know your recommended next steps?
