Gary White (@_gary_white_) reported from Merton, EnglandHi @bt_uk, I had an engineer booked next week to install full fibre, and was told today by email that this would be put back by TWO MONTHS. That’s an awful way to treat customers.
-
Jo Clennell (@Geords) reported from Merton, EnglandBeen in our flat for 2months and we have only had 9 days of working internet with @bt_uk but have been paying full whack for a terrible service. BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
The Version | Upgrade your downtime (@theversionhq) reported@mongrelcelt @bt_uk You’ve clearly never dealt with @skytv
-
duncan (@mongrelcelt) reported@TupperwareNFT @bt_uk Problem is both sides claim innocence. But onus is on BT to prove they made the request (community fibre can't prove an absence of something). It'll take an ombudsman to demand evidence from BT, so they've forced my hand. So pathetic for a massive corp to hide behind call centre
-
Giles Shaxted (@gilesshaxted) reported@bt_uk I appreciate the response. After three phone calls from your loyalty team or whatever they called themselves. I ended up switching to sky. You should genuinely treat your loyal customers better than the new ones. It's not okay.
-
Joey (@laggyteabag) reported@bt_uk Im helping an neighbour try to log into their BT account. They've set a password a dozen times, and they can log into their BT emails on a browser without any issues, but trying to log into the BT app flags an incorrect password error. Is their any guidance for this?
-
Bartman6669 (@bartman6669) reported@bt_uk MUST DO BETTER. Charging my mother whose husband is terminally ill £75 a month for broadband. Called them and they stated best they can do is £52 when offering NEW customers £29. 40 years a customer and they don’t care about her. @telegraph @TheSun
-
Amanda Llewellyn (@mandllewellyn) reported@btbusinesscare Done that - of course! And your colleague’s are unable to assist me as it’s “a known problem” and “the only solution is to create a new email address”.
-
Pete Wright (@CSI_Pete) reported@bt_uk Hi. Is the offer to upgrade my broadband for £1 a scam? The “checkout broadband “ only button doesn’t work unless I alter my tv package which then starts a new 24 month contract. Seems everyone has the same issue. Seems a con to me then.
-
R B (@RLBD1920) reported@bt_uk I commute earlier and later than that. If the website just worked then I wouldn’t have this issue
-
MARK FISHER (@MARKFIS77921435) reported@bt_uk No point contacting you again you do nothing and don't care you have left a 95 yr old stranded with out a phone for 4 days. Disgraceful service
-
John (@palacejohn) reported@bt_uk Incorrect. Tried but the same useless system. Finally successful by using option to leave BT. Straight through to a human being, strange how loss of customers is more important than giving good service.
