    @bt_uk called Bt to upgrade my services she said she’d call me back 30 minutes, it’s been over an hour know, I don’t think I bother anymore , what crap service, as usual by BT , I don’t why I even bothered thinking I should up grade with BT , useless

    @bt_uk where do I start with how terrible your service is , let me start with being passed from one person to another on a call then put indefinitely on hold , next contract switching to a provider with manners .

    @Ofcom Please encourage @bt_uk to make it more obvious that once the BT home phone service goes digital as the PSTN is being switched off 999 calls cannot be made in the event of a power cut or broadband failure. On their comms its in the small print.

    @BTCare @ofcom Can BT explain to me how my mother’s account was closed because someone claimed to be moving into her address. With no access to her acc. Details. She thought letters received were a scam as the letter was such poor quality. So she called and told nothing was wrong

    @bt_uk It would help if you enabled being able to stream the coverage from a mobile device onto a tv via Chromecast or similar. I don’t have access to another device other than a mobile and I’m sure you can appreciate watching on a mobile isn’t ideal.

    Wow, @bt_uk your customer service and internal systems are utterly disappointing. First you send me the wrong kit multiple times over 5 weeks(!) and then send me a message telling me if I don’t return the most recent one, I’ll be charged £50 - eventhough its STILL the wrong kit!

    @bt_uk I have no Wi-Fi, so, I literally cannot watch anything on TV or on my tablet. My so called Halo Hub, just keeps flashing orange. When I called BT, I was told that BT closes at 20:00 🕗 on Saturday’s. Are you not supposed to be open 24 hours to solve problems like these?

    @bt_uk Your chat service is a waste of time - I spent an hour explaining again and again that we have a digital aerial as well as the BT box & that the aerial doesn’t have a subscription or provider…it’s just an aerial with a tv liscence like all others in the UK!

    @bt_uk After an hour of waiting dates chat I was told by your chat agent (“Om”) that I needed to contact my aerial service (whatever that is?!) as he / she couldn’t help! Even though the problem is directly related to the BT box

    Quick update. Managed to get hold of a person. They wanted to run me through ALL the steps I've already done. Got transfered to retentions, told I'll have to pay £144 to leave. Fine. Then got transferred to the tech team. Who HUNG UP!! @bt_uk think you can help?

    @bt_uk @SianJam69927160 I've got a mini hub, but cellular reception where I live is poor, so it can't establish an Internet connection. Can anything be done about this? I see there are antenna sockets on the back of the hub. Would an external antenna help?

    @Sillytees @bt_uk Work for Electrical Distribution Company, BT are, by a country mile, the worst company I've ever had to deal with. And there's no way to contact anyone and get a problem resolved in person. Service costs money, and that all goes to the bosses and shareholders!

    I hate how much of a slave to the Internet i am my @bt_uk broadband has been down since the 21st December. Worst time ever! Especially with 3 kids! 😭😭 Supposed to be fixed today but no such luck!!

    @bt_uk Thanks but i’ve had enough of being on the phone to them, never a straight answer, all we want to know is when it will be fixed. I have my 16 year old in Austria on a school trip and no way of him contacting us in an emergency, it’s ridiculous

    @YouViewSupport @bt_uk There is always a delay from pressing a button to something happening. I’ve tried replacement remotes, replacement boxes, cleaning and stuff. It’s been like it for years but more noticeable when visitors point out how slow it is compared to others. 🙏
