@hscrutton @bt_uk They only want your money... Took me a year to get them to realise I had fibre in a old property 4 years ago... then another year to actually give be fibre broadband. Today they're supposedly doing the digital phone switchover, no interference I'm told, broadband down all day!
-
Xavier Sprocker

@fbuist @bt_uk Same in East Anglia... Told me they were upgrading to digital phone lines and Internet would be fine... went down at midnight still nothing...
-
Oscar Delta

@bt_uk I could get green @ home if you didn't keep messing up my days requiring me to alter plans and travel. You installed fibre at my home and cut the phone line off when my pensioner mother is waiting a call about knee replacement surgery - AFTER promising me there'd be NO problems.

@systemforce @bt_uk No I get it, my parents do not use smartphones and won’t despite owning iPads. Certain generation will struggle and plus if there’s a lack of signal then the landlines are a saviour

.@bt_uk it’s 1:30AM and I’m still up trying to get my work done. Why? Because the internet has been awful all evening. I’ve been trying to upload a 45 second video for the last two hours with no success. And I can’t go to sleep unless I meet my deadlines. This happens too often!
-

@aidanedwards__ @bt_uk It's down all over the country... So called no interference digital switchover... Utter bollocks and they know it! Not had any here since midnight last night.

@2plus3times5 @bt_uk We live in a village. It took 4 months to get BT to put in any kind of line let alone broadband. Eventually I emailed the CEO. It got resolved. They still charged me a fortune for the privilege. We have absolutely no mobile signal. Why is this not important to them?!

@bt_uk My husband has been doing this for weeks and we’ve had no support. Last week you said you were sending someone because YOU flagged an issue/fault. Still no one. This is a known, ongoing issue. Need to do better than the same “solution” of text us and nothing.
