@compo99 @btsport Well, they offered to pause subscriptions for those that weren’t using the service which was the right thing to do with no live sport. Now their is, you should be able to watch it if you start up again. Bt pay for the rights on the basis people pay subs

Just left @bt_uk and switched to @virginmedia Best move ever! 50% cheaper and broadband is 60x quicker! Standard and quality of service by @bt_uk was awful, not fit for purpose!

I do not recommend BT Full Fibre unless you have a week of your life to waste while @bt_uk attempt to get it to work! 5 days now its been unstable and still not sorted out. Lots of promises its fixed but its not now another day wasted tomorrow with an engineer visit!

@bt_uk on-going broadband outage issues in Brookfield, Renfrewshire. 5 days in past two weeks - entire days without broadband. Again today and estimated completion time 19.30. Terrible service.
