@bt_uk Definately don’t agree. All businesses have had their challenges and have had to respond as they could. Customers have been understanding as should have been. I’ve been waiting five weeks for broadband and still not sorted. Worst customer service ever even after complaint logged.

My anxiety is being tested by @bt_uk. Engineer failed to show yesterday and so no broadband today. 3 phone calls on hold for half an hour before being cut off. My heating, cat flap and printers are all flashing and nobody wants to help.

@bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph on April 28 you closed email accounts attached to my BT package (I pay you monthly by direct debit and you are happily charging me) with no warning. I called to ask for them to be reinstated and I am still waiting. Not very good service

@bt_uk my parents internet is terrible (advised on old cables as fibre not in the area) so it’s really slow, however it constantly disconnects. There’s been 6 occasions alone today this has happened. Reported to BT, received a new hub, same issues. What can they do next please?
