    @bt_uk Have been trying many weekends and weekdays to contact you for issues with my TV. No response. App support is useless as it does not describe the box I have. Issue since box installed last year. No way to have it fixed. Might leave BT as the response rate is zero

    It's amazing that between March and May @skytv put my bill up by £12.47 a month without even a notification! Over 14% increase for no change in service at all - odd behaviour considering I am out of contract. Hey there @bt_uk and @VirginMedia_TV

    @BTCare If anyone is thinking of going to BT don’t.They forced my mum onto digital and no end of issues since,she is a 78 old vulnerable lady and has not had a phone working since sat night numerous calls to BT & just had a txt saying taking longer than expected.

    Not even a full @bt_uk user yet but already the customer service and the installation part of this company is such a disaster and a missed opportunity to help out this disgruntled person!

    @jonesrachelann @btbusinesscare @Keir_Starmer Just occurred to me that I’ve heard of a number of people having problems with O2 and Virgin. All having difficulty with problems re getting through to call centres . O2 keep saying caller failed the security test until they threatened complaint

    @bt_uk @BTCare first experience with them is awful! Any other company can save us please 🙏 waited weeks to get a slot for them to active it. Didn’t work when they said. Now tell us sent the wrong box and we need an engineer but have to wait. Not a good start to this company 👎

    So we have a dedicated business leased line and @BTBusiness @btbusinesscare are doing **** all about it! Been down for over 24 hours and despite being told several times its still not on, assume we we been able to invoice you for thousands of pounds for loss of earnings

    @BTBusiness @btbusinesscare BT Business, appalling service this morning. Spent an hour waiting for an agent, didn’t notice when they did finally message and they gave me just two minutes to reply and as I hadn’t noticed them within that time they ended the chat. No Broadband

    @BTCare For a company to take £366.86 for a month bill after your agent said “ we have raised the complaint…money will not leave your account” to seeing you have double billed me! This is why you don’t have direct debits with idiot companies!
