@bt_uk someone from open reach came did lots tests turned out that the fibre optic cable as near to breaking so packet pingback signal was degrading

@BTCare If anyone is thinking of going to BT don’t.They forced my mum onto digital and no end of issues since,she is a 78 old vulnerable lady and has not had a phone working since sat night numerous calls to BT & just had a txt saying taking longer than expected.

Once again, raging against a "service provider" that actively avoids service. @bt_uk has switched me over to digital voice -- which I did not ask for -- and our router doesn't have a telephone port. So we are cut off. Can't reply to the "You're good to go" email. No contact.

@bt_uk Really? Ok I pay for your top broadband package - it’s slow, keeps on dropping and if we get WiFI it’s slow? Also have had no landline for a month and there’s no one to call - each day I check online fault progress each day it says it will be fixed that day??? Can I email/call??

@bt_uk I was assigned an escalations specialist who regularly claimed matters were escalating despite Openreach refusing to provide any clarity on the issues. On Tuesday night, internet connected, right before the day I was promised a direct overseer for openreach.
