@BTCare If anyone is thinking of going to BT don’t.They forced my mum onto digital and no end of issues since,she is a 78 old vulnerable lady and has not had a phone working since sat night numerous calls to BT & just had a txt saying taking longer than expected.

It's amazing that between March and May @skytv put my bill up by £12.47 a month without even a notification! Over 14% increase for no change in service at all - odd behaviour considering I am out of contract. Hey there @bt_uk and @VirginMedia_TV

@bt_uk Home move booked and confirmed for Monday 12th. Two days later I get a text to advise its been moved to the Thursday 15th. On phone now trying to get a resolution, but the advisor basically wants to give me a couple of quid to go away and find my own solution. Not happy.
