@bt_uk Thanks for reaching out Jordan, but to be honest, after 196 mins on the phone across 2 calls, I’m kind of done. BT is always super busy, it never changes, but they have assured me now that it will be fixed by midnight... which they assured me yesterday too... 🙄

@bt_uk I’ve had issues with my broadband dropping out for over 6 months . Had several engineer visit . Issue still resolved . Conflicting reports . Last engineer said it was the router and said I will receive a new one . 2 weeks later still not received anything. 😔

@bt_uk so for the second time in 3 week we have no land line. Unable to talk to some one as first cut off and now just ringing . How long is it going to take to fix it this time and how long until it happens again. It's totally your fault and you have hung up again 3 times

@bt_uk going on nearly two weeks no internet. failed appointments, being lied to etc. i defo would NEVER recommend these absolute idiots! now they switched the mini hub off, that barely works. lost my job because of them btw. defo going to watchdog and the papers

@bt_uk 1) You say that Lesley but this fix date has moved 5 times, and only once have you contacted me to tell me. Every other time I've had to call. I've been promised multiple call backs and they haven't happened. I've been promised text alerts from openreach and that hasn't happened

@bt_uk Is that right, so no service after a home move for 44 days is classed as unacceptable and over a week to hear something back about a complaint is not right? Who can I actually contact without being passed through half a dozen departments and having to tell my story over and over

@BaseballBrit absolute garbage from the MLB and BTSport, was by far the best US-league streaming service until now...are you able to post any news or information about how we can push this onto MLB to change this back? As well anyone able to get a refund?
