    @paullewismoney @MartinSLewis Mum charged by @BTCare for BT tv which she’s never had. Have taken over £700 since 2013. Raised complaint but promised call back hasn’t happened. Have chased but still haven’t heard back. Small claims court to pursue money?

    @bt_uk cancelled on us twice without notice after we notified you of our moving date. Terrible service for those they consider loyal customers. Will go to Ofcom as service not provided and impossible to contact someone to speak with.

    @bt_uk BT services are the worst in history. How can I change service provider to @Bt_uk since 25th August and yet to be connected to its fiber broadband in October. It’s really a pathetic story . I have been data on my phonetic work from home .

    @Ofcom Submitted, I honestly couldn't fit all that has happened into 1500 words, it's that bad. Did a synopsis instead, it should be enough to raise eyebrows about how @bt_uk & @BTSopenreach treat disabled customers. Especially considering they have vulnerable people policies.

    @bt_uk I don't want to cancel services, but neither did I want a rubbish set top box, that I must have ultimately paid for. I would rather have had money off, now I have to nurse maid a useless piece of electronics that as I said is not very environmentally friendly item

    @bt_uk No. I went to the pub. The internet service here just sucks. Super fast broadband! Drops multiple times every day. I’ve given up trying to get you to fix it. Openreach are at the cabinet virtually every day. It’s rubbish

    @SkyHelpTeam joke of company. 1 week ago agreed to move from @bt_uk broadband to @SkyUK. Openreach cancelled order, now can't have same price as week ago, despite having contract. Messed about on phone today, have to wait until Thur for update. Tempted to cancel TV I've had yrs

    @bt_uk, #bt_uk, Why are there no subtitles on now tv through the your view settop boxes. We expect a service and clearly you cannot provide it. For people deaf, this is big problem. I will be contacting my affiliates at the deaf and blind organizations to go directly to sky...

    @bt_uk yet again I have no internet on which to watch bt tv. Now been out for at least half an hour. Your service is a disgrace and I am absolutely sick of it. Will be back to Sky as soon as I can get out of your contract
