Albeit, dropping out periodically for a couple of seconds. Only a problem on Smart TV YouTube app. No streaming issues via PC.

My elderly parents received a visit from @WeAreOpenreach yesterday to fix their landline, were assured it was fixed and it's not. Furthermore your directors do not even respond to emails. My father needs access to a line now, not Weds.

When I called BT, I was told that BT closes at 20:00 ๐ on Saturdayโs. Are you not supposed to be open 24 hours to solve problems like these?
