Just had the misfortune to catch a few minutes of 'The Football's On' on @btsport . Never again. Like giving weekly airtime to your mate in the pub who think he knows his football, but just doesn't get it. Reactive dross.

Why is it that sports channels advertise motor sports by showing the crashes but don't advertise football by showing the broken legs? @SkySports @btsport #F1

@bt_uk @bt_uk I've been told by your support team that it's par for the course (verbatim) to have an SLA of over a week for residential clients who are left without Landline, Broadband, Mobile and Mobile Data because of a BT faulty installation!
-
ShiskaBob89 (@Bob89Shiska) reported
@bt_uk I've been on the phone with your technical support who have just told me that having a residential client without landline, mobile, data and broadband is par for the course because they only escalate cases for business clients.
-
riley (@hidinginthevoid) reported
@shazzah_harm @bt_uk Because that is FAR too obvious for them! Send you a broken unit, then when you complain, completely ignore you

Hey @bt_uk you sent us a temp Mini Hub that only works for 10 minutes until it shuts down and we cant see it anymore- even when it is reset. Like we need to work. Why is it so hard to send us an actual working device that's been tested?

Matthew Allen (@mattallen76) reported
@bt_uk It’s now 5 weeks that I’ve been without fibre. That’s 5 weeks of excuses. 5 weeks of broken promises. 5 weeks of not being able to run my business properly. Enough. Is someone going to pull their finger out and get this sorted? #badcustomerservice
