    @bt_uk Hi Rita, we’ve already done that, on the 7th. They detected a fault, and said the estimate fix date is the 12th. That’s an unacceptable timeline, and too long to go without any WiFi.

    @bt_uk hi BT we haven’t had reliable internet for days. It’s been cutting in and out a few times a day for weeks and now it’s just gone. The hub cycles between orange and purple lights. Despite complaining, nothing is being done till the 12th. I need reliable WiFi to work. Help??

    For a company that prides themselves as Europe’s largest telecoms service provider, @bt_uk have the most lousy customer service team in history! If I go into detail on what I’ve been through!! All because of one master socket install. Which mind you still hasn’t been resolved.

    @bt_uk over 3 months of being a new customer and still no proper internet, was suppose to get a call back at 7pm today to try and sort once and for all but nothing, am now once again ringing you back, not good when we are all still suppose to be working from home!

    @holliexharvey @bt_uk If the Broad Band is down, work must understand that, u have proof, worst way offer to take a days leave. Send them the email u have. I used 2 get stressed on the underground and was told "don't stress over things u can't control" it dont work with Arsenal thou 🥺

    day two of broadband down from @bt_uk Promised call back from @bt_uk FTTC team failed to materialise. FTTP team have lost notes from hour on the phone yesterday and want to send an engineer out again! You couldn’t make this up!

They play Fulham away Sunday 4.30 spurs home Wednesday 8 and palace away at 12.30 Saturday. So not just an issue after CL games

    @bt_uk Because BT is crap XD 60 quid for 2 whole tiny megabits DL and not even 1 upload XP of course video calls are going to be horribly pixelated and audio very choppy. It's not just because we live in the sticks, is it? How many townspeople can vouch they're getting nothing for £60?
