@Ofcom Please encourage @bt_uk to make it more obvious that once the BT home phone service goes digital as the PSTN is being switched off 999 calls cannot be made in the event of a power cut or broadband failure. On their comms its in the small print.

@bt_uk 5 weeks to wait for WiFi to then be told I need an engineer ! I am exasperated at the awful service I’ve received just for doing a home move. If it wasn’t for a £190 get out fee I would leave.

Pretty vexed that after two hours talking to @bt_uk we will be without internet and phone for at least another two weeks. They failed to tell us there was a problem with our order, when we made it and we have to reorder again ourselves even though it’s their mistake !!!!!

Honestly had it with @bt_uk. Moved house, they botched moving internet so we were without it. Tried to upsell to more expensive contract to solve "issue" despite my speed already halving due to move. Got the Hybrid Connect device today and it's crap. Can't find a 4G signal

@bt_uk Both had trouble hooking up the fibre, and then I got a text saying it might be Weeks before sometime else comes out. And now, I'm told that someone will come out, though time travelling back to yesterday.

Was eagerly awaiting broadband installation/engineer to arrive today. Nobody came. Nobody rang or emailed. I had to call you. Brand new customer. People waited in for you. This is shocking customer service @bt_uk when is the engineer actually coming???

@bt_uk So we need to re book our order and wait for openreach to turn off the old line. The issues are 1 BT did not tell us there was a problem 2 We have to re order ourselves and 3 we are still paying direct debits - even though there is no service. I realise we will get a refund

@bt_uk Hey BT, it's really strange and a bit unfair that you offer a lower price to new customers and are not able to offer attractive offers for renewing customers. My quoted price to renew is 15.4% higher than a new customer. Don't you think it should be a bit equal?

@bt_uk Its too late now. Its been rescheduled for the 16th. Shes staying with my sister till then for safety. Im just disappointed that I convinced her to quit Virgin to go with BT because Virgin were poor, only to be let down instantly by BT. New customers obviously arent important.

seriously leaving @skytv - tired of all these problems , either it just disconnects randomly, it buffers like crazy, or it keeps freezing during videos , the ammount of times ive disconnected from an online game from this wifi , wonder if @bt_uk will be better
