@bt_uk can’t believe how bad the customer service has been with BT. No internet for two weeks, tried to end contact and was told to pay £350 to do so. Absolutely shocking!

@BTCare If anyone is thinking of going to BT don’t.They forced my mum onto digital and no end of issues since,she is a 78 old vulnerable lady and has not had a phone working since sat night numerous calls to BT & just had a txt saying taking longer than expected.

The worst company I have ever dealt with @bt_uk took 6 weeks for broadband then overcharged me & when I wanted to leave they blackmailed me saying ‘if you leave we wont refund you, if you stay you can have a refund’ Called 18 times with NO resolution. @financialombuds
