@bt_uk Updates? All I know is I went to the GPs after they left and the main road I live off had at least 8 Openreach vans doing repairs. The road my cul-de-sac is off isn’t that long. I was told by one operative there were numerous issues in my area

Communication providers are offering these to their customers that are vulnerable as per regulatory requirements
