  @bt_uk I switched to BT after weeks of having no broadband due to issues with a previous supplier. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone I've spoken to as they couldn't have been more helpful. I'm now up and running and very happy!

  Have tried to resist the urge to go Full Karen on @bt_uk. Phoned them 2 weeks ago to tell them my parents’ home phone line has been cut in half and broadband is down. Have booked 4 appointments with their engineers, each time they haven’t turned up or said anything. shite 🗑

  @btbusinesscare IMP-161473302 - still unresolved despite being opened in first week of December. Escalated in January and still unresolved. We need a resolution , not updates advising us you're still 'working on it'. The impact on our clients isn't acceptable.

  @btbusinesscare my 90 year old Mother is still waiting for her landline to be fixed. Fault at exchange. 3 days now she has been without and she's on your priority list. Her lifeline system is also not working because of the Fault with her landline..... When is it going to be on

  @btbusinesscare please push for @WeAreOpenreach to fix the lines. There are only 4 houses down. They are saying 15. The telegraph pole is ***** and intact. It just requires a fibre engineer. I believe we have been lied to on several occasions. This is having a detrimental impact.
