@bt_uk - Have had no BT Business phone line since Monday, Cloud phone will not receive calls, reported 4 times Monday, reported Tuesday, reported yet again this morning Wednesday. After 22 years of dealing with BT should of gone to virgin, Shocking service.

@bt_uk not happy by the service I have received getting your broadband installed. Engineer supposed to come yesterday but nobody showed up. Rang customer service 3 times all to be told different things. Now waiting for a call back today but who knows when it will be installed.
