Hey @bt_uk can you look into my my equipment orders are being spread across Kent? I’ve moved home and stayed with BT but it’s looking like a mistake. Called your team this morning who confirmed that my equipment is AWOL. Currently with no signal or Wi-Fi making life difficult 👍🏻

@bt_uk how can I speak to a person, and not a bot! (As lovely as the bot is...). I have a neighbour with a landline, no mobile. The line is faulty and he cannot access your repairs service. I've also Dm'd. Thank you #apolitetweet #itsveryurgent he's been on his own, no contact.

@bt_uk we have been on hold for an hour waiting to speak to someone. The service we were promised when transferring from one property to another is so bad (now just 5 megabits) that we cannot stay with BT. We need to arrange cancellation of services. Please instruct how to do so.

It's amazing that between March and May @skytv put my bill up by £12.47 a month without even a notification! Over 14% increase for no change in service at all - odd behaviour considering I am out of contract. Hey there @bt_uk and @VirginMedia_TV

@bt_uk We’ve had big broadband problems for 2 weeks! Engineer changes the face of the broadband socket box however NOT THE BACK PLATE! Still the old socket. half a job! Broadband very very slow only 14 download!! REALLY?? paying for 28 Very stressful and not being resolved.

So the new EE qmini hub from @bt_uk that was sent to the wrong address connects to local network but not to the internet!! this is the fourth one that has done this and I am sure that will be my fault also

@Andrew_Frankel @bt_uk Unfortunately for anyone in tech they’ve long fallen in the “wouldn’t touch them if they paid us”, utterly useless and forever internally blaming it on another department, hence why always use Zen or Phone Coop, same lines but humans to talk to for support and they deal with BT

@virginmedia This is the problem... The WhatsApp service is diabolical, terrible in addition to 2hrs on the phone it took from 11am to 5pm and barely any progress. I guess you don't like retaining loyal customers. I'll be moving to @bt_uk and I'll be recommending my 431 staff do the same.

@bt_uk our phone line and broadband has been down since the 14th and saying it won’t be fixed until 29th, why is it taking so long??? Lots of elderly live in the area so have been isolated by this.
