Conflicting reports . Last engineer said it was the router and said I will receive a new one . 2 weeks later still not received anything. 😔

BT is always super busy, it never changes, but they have assured me now that it will be fixed by midnight... which they assured me yesterday too... 🙄

If I upgrade via BT (which takes me to the EE store!) do I need a PAC code as BT is now partnering with EE - when I swapped before I did?

Delays are not visible to the person taking your order, it’s only when the engineer tries to carry out the work it becomes an issue. You will get 1/2
