@bt_uk engineer has been est repair date next tuesday , ive done cabling and seen how fibre optic is made sounds like it maybe a cracked cable as if its a card my connection be down its just slow

Have tried to resist the urge to go Full Karen on @bt_uk. Phoned them 2 weeks ago to tell them my parents’ home phone line has been cut in half and broadband is down. Have booked 4 appointments with their engineers, each time they haven’t turned up or said anything. shite 🗑

We were wasting hours talking to the two parts of the business (who don't seem to talk to each other, use different systems and don't share info) - a terrible waste of our time, stressful and frustrating. @bt_uk You have cancelled my home broadband order yesterday. After almost an hour phone call and several hours sending messages on Twitter today, I was promised a phone call to get this issue sorted. I have yet to receive that phone call. Can we get this resolved now??
