@bt_uk I’ve had issues with my broadband dropping out for over 6 months . Had several engineer visit . Issue still resolved . Conflicting reports . Last engineer said it was the router and said I will receive a new one . 2 weeks later still not received anything. 😔

Funny how now that my @bt_uk services are up and running, I’m getting calls and texts all the time from them asking if it’s all ok and can they close the complaint. When my services were out (for 4 weeks) I couldn’t get hold of them for love nor money! 🤔

@bt_uk Thank you so much. My son moved his computer and so far, all is good. The router is working fine, it was his computer losing connection to the router. If it happens again, I will message details so hopefully we can find a permanent solution. Much appreciated.

@btbusinesscare like to know why my landline and WiFi are down at home (due to a line fault) and BT won’t upgrade our data package on our mobiles (4 family BT SIM cards) resulting in us paying twice for internet use ........shocking !!!
