    @bt_uk I’ve been trying to, but your online Black Friday offer goes into ‘technical problem’ every time I try to buy, then pushes me to other offers but won’t complete those either. In fact I’ve had the ‘last chance’ BF email today, but won’t let me progress. Total waste of time

    Okay @BTCare, these people are really aggressive. I appreciate there’s probs nothing you can do, but two calls from the same guy today trying to hack. I checked Homehub and indeed there is series of anomalies in the events log. Don’t pick up phone, I get it, but no real solution

    @AllegroEddie @bt_uk wait till u complain i cant get any help since all refusing support.not good for disabilities and life threatening health that cant have working broadband and uses panic alarm and lifeline for it. because i dare stand up for disabilities and complained all mine missing on cpu
