@bt_uk Definately don’t agree. All businesses have had their challenges and have had to respond as they could. Customers have been understanding as should have been. I’ve been waiting five weeks for broadband and still not sorted. Worst customer service ever even after complaint logged.

@bt_uk Many thanks for your help. It turns out a fuse had flipped. So, on this occasion there was no problem. I only realised it had flipped when an item on the same circuit did mot work. Just called to resolve matters.

Well @SkyHelpTeam , @bt_uk & @WeAreOpenreach you have all contributed to an awful customer experience moving from Sky to BT. Day 2 of no broadband and no idea when I’ll be reconnected. Errors at every turn and left to me to resolve #hopeless
