Best experience I’ve had with BT and I’ve been a customer for 6yrs +. Just to add it wasn’t the outcome I wanted but can’t fault Tom for trying!

It's a joke. The amount of money you guys make and you can't even upgrade your services to make them reliable. My home WiFi is just as bad
