@bt_uk Definately don’t agree. All businesses have had their challenges and have had to respond as they could. Customers have been understanding as should have been. I’ve been waiting five weeks for broadband and still not sorted. Worst customer service ever even after complaint logged.

Sadly after a month @bt_uk fixed the internet. I'm left with 25 down and 4.5 Up for £60 a month. Their mini hub they provided gives 38/20 for £50 a month. I can't stream on that sadly. Why can't BT just install FTTP even the engineer said the cabinet is overloaded.

@bt_uk The issue is the cabinet used to provide 70/20 after 3 years it was 50/10 and now so many people are on the cabinet it's 24/4. The engineer said the cabinet is full and BT really should be upgrading.

@bt_uk Bt can you explain why my Wi-Fi has been of for 3 weeks now when we live in a fairly rural area and can’t get signal without our broadband and the fact that you have lied about fixing it multiple times
