@bt_uk Definately don’t agree. All businesses have had their challenges and have had to respond as they could. Customers have been understanding as should have been. I’ve been waiting five weeks for broadband and still not sorted. Worst customer service ever even after complaint logged.

@bt_uk would like to give a shout-out to Ross in the connections team at Doncaster for outstanding customer service. We placed an order in January which was messed up on, at least, 4 occasions. After numerous calls with managers and still no resolution, we got through to Ross……

@bt_uk 4 weeks of waiting for an engineer to plug in a device to say all is fine and broadband would be activated that night. Now waiting for over a week for line activation. Promised multiple phone calls back from your support team. Not one has called back. Shocking service!
