@bt_uk excellent customer service from Tom this morning. Refreshing to actually have people who are committed to solving your problem. Best experience I’ve had with BT and I’ve been a customer for 6yrs +. Just to add it wasn’t the outcome I wanted but can’t fault Tom for trying!

I've been a customer with @bt_uk for years. Broadband connection issues have become more frequent despite BT putting their prices up. Once again today there is another fault. Once again to do my job I'm forced to connect over mobile data. No more. I'll be switching providers.

@bt_uk An engineer is booked. The point is number of days with inferior connection causing problems on a regular basis. It will be fixed tomorrow or next day, but I have no faith that it will last much more than 2 months.
