    @bt_uk we had shockingly bad internet for over the last few days. It is now more not working than working . Have tried to call . 30 minute waiting time. This is not good service .

    @bt_uk let’s discuss selling customers fibre packages... then 2 months later, less than 48 hours before install deciding we are not critical and leaving me with an open ended install date? Selling packages you can’t deliver on is v poor. Especially when home schooling etc

    @bt_uk hey got a text saying my broadband should be activated by now but it's still not working and hub is flashing purple. I've checked that it's properly connected to the master socket. Any tests you can run to make sure that the service has actually been activated? Cheers

    @bt_uk over 3 months of being a new customer and still no proper internet, was suppose to get a call back at 7pm today to try and sort once and for all but nothing, am now once again ringing you back, not good when we are all still suppose to be working from home!

    @bt_uk Bad start to being a new customer, engineer was booked to come yesterday to set up our new broadband, never showed, called this morning and was told it was too dark for him to complete what he needed to do outside, now get told the next available date is 7th April

    @bt_uk Openreach website says 2025, i really shouldnt be paying 29.99 a month for an unpredictable service. Your BT app says i have poor wifi, but you customer service agent told me that was not correct. If i could leave i would but cant afford to pay your cancellation fees

    @bt_uk i have had two openreach engineers telling me that my line is unstable which is why my internet keeps dropping out and it wont improve until fibre is installed to the property. BT seems to think this is totally acceptable for myself and my neighbours, not happy

    @bt_uk - during my recent conv. with your retention team re broadband/sport renewal, there was so much background clapping, I couldn’t hear the call rep, so asked him to tell them to be quiet….so he hung up the call. Perhaps it’s time to move to a better deal/service from Sky?

    @bt_uk No, there's no open WiFi networks where we live. Can't make any calls, can't send messages, no mobile Data signal, totally cut off from everything, if there was an emergency in our home this would be extremely dangerous..
