@bt_uk You might be answering calls but sadly not delivering. Grandparents house move in difficult circumstances, booked in October, have been let down every day for the last 2 weeks. Potentially no internet over Christmas in a rural area with poor cellular network cut off from family

@bt_uk So… “We’ve tested your service and found a problem within our network. We will arrange an Openreach engineer to investigate.” @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk If you know there is a problem, why does your status page report there are no issues? Why do I need to proactively request a fix?

@bt_uk please can you do something about the sheer amount of spam callers we’re getting. 3-4 a day to my mother who has dementia. Already called 150 and they can’t/won’t help

I've just been texting @bt_uk customer services and it turned out to be quite a straight-forward uncomplicated transaction. May need to sit down out of shock.

@bt_uk reported a fault. Got a date and an engineer name. They didn’t attend, pretended they had. Complained, made another appointment. No name this time but still pretended they had arrived. So new “fast “ broadband slower than old. Service? What service.

@bt_uk I was turned down when I wanted to negotiate, I was charged £85 for broadband and BT sport for three years. I was told “you agreed the price tough”. As I said due to family issues my eye wasn’t on the detail. Closed my BT account over a year ago, never will return.

@bt_uk Because we were loyal customers for a decade and you responsed to that loyalty but ramping up our charges outrageously. Because of some difficult family times, we didn’t check as closely as we should but I will never give BT a penny more.

@bt_uk I already block them but unfortunately they’re never ending. Surely these numbers can be traced and the relevant authorities can get them shut down as they’re trying to defraud people, Also they’re claiming to be the person’s internet service provider

@bt_uk The mind BOGGLES how your engineers don’t work on weekends? In this day and age you should have 24/7 engineers the same way that plumbers/electricians work. It’s just ridiculous that we pay for a service that can only be fixed on a weekday.

There is a scam going on. A machine is calling the @bt_uk line claiming you have ordered an iPad on @AmazonUK and want your bank details so as they can issue a refund. If BT would like to give me details where I can report this...

What a load of crap #Peterwaltham talks on #btsport The whole point of VAR is to offer the referee a better judgement, be that offside by a toe nail or a slow mo of a tackle that is actually a foul. If it not a consistent application it’s a manipulation of the rules #ARSMCI
-
Steve Kirby

@btsport you cant have VAR in doing half a job it either managing the game with the referee or it out and down too the referee. Rugby does it well.#ihateVAR

@DiscothequeU2 @btsport He doesn’t get the pen if he doesn’t dive. That’s 100% the fault of refs. If they start giving pens when players are fouled but don’t go down, players won’t need to dive.
-

@btsport @btsportfootball You are not helping the situation on fans view on VAR and referees by employing Peter Walton who constantly justifies poor decision by VAR teams and referees. He talks absolute rubbish.

@btsport an ex-ref is saying you have to cheat... Shocking. If it's a dive it's a dive and the shirt pull happens after he going down.
