@bt_uk I would like to cancel my contract as I've been with BT for more than 18 months now and I'm moving abroad. Everytime I call, I'm waiting in a que and you can't cancel online... I don't want to be forced onto another 18 month contract. Thanks

@bt_uk Definately don’t agree. All businesses have had their challenges and have had to respond as they could. Customers have been understanding as should have been. I’ve been waiting five weeks for broadband and still not sorted. Worst customer service ever even after complaint logged.

@bt_uk your email service was poor to begin with. Since the update it's almost non-functioning. I pay you handsomely for monthly broadband and you charge me extra for 'premium' mail which barely works. Why?

Well, biggest thanks to @bt_uk Who have essentially ruined Christmas! Can’t see my family over the holidays and now I’ll have no internet either. So no Gaming,TV, streaming and no FaceTime with family! Not to mention the gifts that rely on WiFi. Worst company ever!

Day 8 @bt_uk Engineer visited again. Checked everything again. No issues with our equipment at home again. Reiterated it's a software fault at the Cleveleys exchange again. Said again many others having same issues. Getting frustrated again. Do you want his mob number to check??!
