@bt_uk Definately don’t agree. All businesses have had their challenges and have had to respond as they could. Customers have been understanding as should have been. I’ve been waiting five weeks for broadband and still not sorted. Worst customer service ever even after complaint logged.

@bt_uk your email service was poor to begin with. Since the update it's almost non-functioning. I pay you handsomely for monthly broadband and you charge me extra for 'premium' mail which barely works. Why?

@bt_uk BT down in L19 area? Your website said it was due to be fixed at 20:13 but the fix time has now gone and still no internet. 40+ minute wait to get though to someone, cba. Second time this has happened in 2 weeks, appalling service

@bt_uk FTTP broadband has been up and down since 8.30am. Hub restart from app keeps failing, done hard reset and devices still won't connect. App stages as usual no fault in area when clearly there is....😬

@bt_uk an issue on BT side of things? Reading there may be NAT issues, which would tie in with problems being experienced with NAS and online gaming. If there is an issue, why has BT not made this public? Or explained it has been fixed.
