@bt_uk Hi Claire, I can’t see anywhere to log the fault on that link I’m afraid. It also shows 4 faults but only one has a resolution date/time 17:01 tomorrow - which is far too long to be without WiFi - we have guests arriving this evening. Can this be escalated?

Aaron Mcmahon (@arniemc1) reported
@chris_kammy @lufcstats @btsport should just hire them all and do their own soccer sat because the sky one is pure **** now

@bt_uk brilliant response to an outage yesterday in my village. My mini hub arrived less than 24 hours after the issue (which had been resolved anyway) . Very impressed with the proactively. I have a solution if any further issues. Thank you !

@bt_uk Remember rural areas have no mobile signal, therefore no way to raise the alarm in an emergency! Having a working telephone line is essential and without it, it puts people at risk.

Amazon coverage was quality. Time for a proper football streaming service not the bollox @SkySportsPL @btsport put out.
-
Ruth Grindey (@RuthGrindey) reported
@bt_uk I get that, but what is a worry is that the line came down last Saturday - how come six days later you don’t know what is needed to fix it, and therefore can’t inform your customers more specific detail.
