Your shit service has been more than shocking.
If you treat a new customer like this who is still within the 14-day cooling off period I dread to think how you treat those who are stuck in a contract.
.@BTCare spoken to two different advisors. One said my broadband should be working now (it isn’t), the other said it won’t be working until Sept 22 which means I’ll be without broadband for five days.
I was originally told 24 hours.
Advisors clearly make things up.
I think when I joked we would be lucky to have internet by Christmas, it was not such a joke after all. They say they will try to fix by this Friday. Why do I have no confidence this will actually happen? @BTCare
@BTCare I have recently had trouble with my Internet connections. So I have repeatedly been onto your site for help. Today an engineer came around to repair my connection and he left about 30 mins ago claiming the problem was solved. It has not been and my connection is 1/?
@bt_uk @BTCare I’ve had two calls today from 01261397285 & 01361972465 claiming to be BT telling me that my internet is infected and I need to give them details to fix. Sounds like a #scam #nuisancecalls
Well done again @BTCare - another fine example of customer service excellence. Web chat unable to help gave me a phone number to call where I’ve been calling with no answer for 15+ minutes so far.
Paying for 50mb broadband, receiving 2.6mb at best.
@BTCare 1/2 Hi Dale. You are the 3rd or 4th team member to respond so some info may not be showing. Signal keeps dropping. No obvious reason why. My phone doesn’t automatically connect to WiFi even though it is set to do so.
@BTCare It’s working but my issue is that the signal keeps dropping and I regularly have to reboot it. Also my iPhone X no longer automatically connects. That shouldn’t be happening. So what tests can we carry out to establish what’s causing the issue.
@adamstokes1992 @BTCare I’ve already told them they are in breach of GDPR. It doesn’t seem to register with them. I’ve had enough of their sheer incompetence. Been a BT customer for 28 years. That’s about to come to an abrupt end.

@BTCare The order is open but you were unable to take over the line because the previous tenants placed a cease order dated October 25th. Surely if the line is active I should get their service through it?
@BTCare Spoke to order management as soon as they opened. Previous tenants are keeping the line active until November despite my order. My router won't work because it's not suitable for fibre. Reckon you could send us a fibre router so I have some sort of service in the meantime?

@BTCare Now or in another 48 hours? We first called your people on Sunday. They misdiagnosed a hub fault. It’s now Wednesday and we still have no broadband and no internet connection. Can you guarantee if I contact that address they will fix it immediately? I need better service from BT.

@BTCare my Wi-fi has been on and off all day now the router has an orange light and won’t connect at all. Called but was told to call back in 5 hours as systems are down. Checked online and there’s no issue in my area. What am I supposed to do?
@BTCare Still no LAN or Wifi this morning. I don’t care what your status thing says, there is clearly an issue. Please fix ASAP. In your contract you guarantee a LAN service at all times - so you’re breaching that at the moment...

Unless they have installed specific kit in your house, I’m guessing “monitoring your connection” means checking your sync speed. I continuously sync at 40/10 despite the issues in the evenings / weekends. I feel they are choosing to misunderstand the issue!
@BTCare So it seems - an utter scandal given yahoo, who provide this email service, offer it entirely free. She doesn’t want to keep her account but does want her password reset so she can go in and download her emails and take them elsewhere.
Hey @BTCare I live in SW12 and my broadband has cut off multiple times in the last 90 mins. Your service line says my area isn't affected, I did troubleshooting with my router and its fine - what's going on?
@BTCare hi, absaloutly outraged that we are still waiting after 5 weeks to have our internet set up after being told 5 days. Noones helping, making a formal complaint on all platforms if this is not done!
@btbusinesscare phoned again to report the issue this member of staff has sent ANOTHER engineer out who has once again informed me he cant fix anything because BT have cut my number off
This is a disgrace completly & utterly disgusting that im still in the same position as day 1
