    @bt_uk Two days ago, told that someone would come today from 8-1 but no one turned up and we got a text full of grammatical errors saying that the next update would be on Monday 🙃 it will be 2 and half weeks by then. It’s unacceptable.

    @jenniseex @bt_uk @virginmedia Yep. I have very poor Internet in my home and pay large prices. Everytime I phone to get it rectified, I'm told there is nothing wrong with the WiFi and my house is the issue. Pathetic. I detest them

    I check at the start of every game im watching the HD version of @btsport - easily the worst picture quality. Anyone else think this??

    @virginmedia @btsport Hi. Who is to blame/what is the issue with BT Sport 2 HD? It breaks up after a few minutes and keeps breaking up making it completely unwatchable. It’s been happening for months but kept forgetting to chase it up. Thanks.

    @bt_uk You might be answering calls but sadly not delivering. Grandparents house move in difficult circumstances, booked in October, have been let down every day for the last 2 weeks. Potentially no internet over Christmas in a rural area with poor cellular network cut off from family

    @bt_uk The mind BOGGLES how your engineers don’t work on weekends? In this day and age you should have 24/7 engineers the same way that plumbers/electricians work. It’s just ridiculous that we pay for a service that can only be fixed on a weekday.

    @bt_uk reported a fault. Got a date and an engineer name. They didn’t attend, pretended they had. Complained, made another appointment. No name this time but still pretended they had arrived. So new “fast “ broadband slower than old. Service? What service.

    @bt_uk paying for a service you are not providing. Can’t call you up to complain. Ironic. I’ve had no service for the best part of 3 hours. It’s been dropping out here and there for a couple weeks now.

    @denkmit I agree entirely. I am a BTSport subscriber and have to go searching around on BTSport Extra channels to find the MotoE coverage. It’s an unacceptable position for the main broadcaster to treat the series this way.

    @bt_uk Really not impressed with the service. We’ve been waiting a month for WiFi installment and on the day we received a text saying our service has been pushed back a whole MONTH with a household working from home and no compensation for the inconvenience. Disappointed.

    @bt_uk hi can I confirm that an engineer is attending today I received a text saying my box isn’t working properly which is true the download/upload speed is awful, I chose a time slot however missed the phone call on the morning from yourselves
