@bt_uk Definately don’t agree. All businesses have had their challenges and have had to respond as they could. Customers have been understanding as should have been. I’ve been waiting five weeks for broadband and still not sorted. Worst customer service ever even after complaint logged.

Today we got an email saying our complaint had been resolved, so closed, and if we wanted to talk about the complaint, we should call the number in the box below - there was no number in the box below. #kafkaesque

@bt_uk Has to be the worst internet provider ever, got BT at my shop constantly have problems and have nothing good to say about them. They send an engineer out to look and blame the problem on you. The slam you with a hefty bill to pay for it What a joke
