    @bt_uk So money expert is the reason I was called an idiot at my own door ? ( May I add quite Loudly ) I was told by EE if I was to leave my contract as they kept trying to make me do so I would have been charged £200... The very thing they called me an idiot for not wanting to do.

    If you ever consider signing a contract with @bt_uk, I'm begging you, think again. All they do is let you down, repeatedly. Absolute nonsense company. Their relationship with Open Reach is just a shambles.

    @Mumsyto2 @bt_uk me too, don't use landline much but notice incoming calls not connecting and no dial tone to make calls out. BT diagnostic says I have an unresolved billing issue....WTF I pay by DD and up to date.!!

    @bt_uk Done this, apparently there is a huge outage in the area. Would have saved a lot of time if the service status checker could have told me this.
