I cancelled my BT Sport subscription as I was unable to contact you be telephone ! Your answer 50% reduction. No thank. I now get a demand to pay. Online banking act no you quote has 30 different id’s !

It’s been cutting in and out a few times a day for weeks and now it’s just gone. The hub cycles between orange and purple lights. Despite complaining, nothing is being done till the 12th. I need reliable WiFi to work. Help??

She has not been able to make or receive calls. @bt_uk are aware of the issues and despite welfare concerns seem unwilling to urgently resolve the problem. Very poor customer service!!
