    @bt_uk we’ve just had the second engineer round to try and sort out our internet and it’s still not working. Every time I call no one has a solution. How do I get this fixed!?

    My 84 year old grandmother has not had a working landline since 29th May. She has not been able to make or receive calls. @bt_uk are aware of the issues and despite welfare concerns seem unwilling to urgently resolve the problem. Very poor customer service!!

    Honestly had it with @bt_uk. Moved house, they botched moving internet so we were without it. Tried to upsell to more expensive contract to solve "issue" despite my speed already halving due to move. Got the Hybrid Connect device today and it's crap. Can't find a 4G signal

    @bt_uk Both had trouble hooking up the fibre, and then I got a text saying it might be Weeks before sometime else comes out. And now, I'm told that someone will come out, though time travelling back to yesterday.

    @bt_uk I understand. I am explaining that the speed in areas which was good is now not good since using “complete wi-if”. So it has negatively impacted everything. I have spoken to multiple people and logged a complaint. I would like someone to call me to sort or discuss compensation

    @BTCare wondering if you can help, should have had phone line installed on 13/04/21 but there was a fault with a box on a telegraph pole that the guy couldnt climb due to a red sticker on it, so said hed arrange cherry picker to fix it. Guy turns up yesterday but again without it

    @lollujo @bt_uk You can't make this up! In all seriousness have you tried asking for a refund for the lack of fibre service? I know you've had b'band, but not the service you've been paying for... Or the very least sending them a bill for the waste of your time.

    @GaryLineker @btsport Far too much testing going on. End the testing, end the furlough, and covid would go away, if the govt/SAGE allowed it to. Why are healthy people being tested still? Would you go to a hospital to check for a broken leg if you could walk ok? Big bucks is driving this.

    @bt_uk Booked in advance so they should be kept. We will now be without internet for a month due to your incompetence and cowboy @Openreach engineers how do I file a complaint as you clearly think this is acceptable, which is isn’t.

    @lollujo @bt_uk Kev, I'll never go back to BT after they repeatedly kept no showing or claiming to go to the wrong address for bookings to install broadband and then had the cheek to try and fine me for these failed bookings and even tried taking me to court over the money owed. Awful company.
