Phoned them 2 weeks ago to tell them my parents’ home phone line has been cut in half and broadband is down. Have booked 4 appointments with their engineers, each time they haven’t turned up or said anything. shite 🗑

When I called BT, I was told that BT closes at 20:00 🕗 on Saturday’s. Are you not supposed to be open 24 hours to solve problems like these?

Callum (@ItsCallumtomz) reported@bt_uk Unfortunately no, I think the issue has sorted itself out, I think it has something to do with CityFibre being installed in my area because my broadband has either stopped fully or slowed down 3 days running. I’ll see what happens come fri, if all fails I’ll call again.
