@bt_uk was on hold to your billing team for 40 mins got through said to the operator once I did I said “I don’t have a telephone number” and she put the phone down on me! Absolute disgrace! you change a pretty penny for your services and their not up to scratch

@bt_uk Hi Claire. Using the BT sport app on Samsung TV. The app is pretty poor. Lacks functionality and CONSTANTLY get the loading icon. Probs every 5-10 mins during a match. Connected via Ethernet, 300mbps BT FTTP so it’s not network. Other apps fine, so it’s just BT. Waste of money🙄

@Gamma239 @bt_uk I’m getting the same with no BT link. I think Eurosport or Formula E are the issue on this one. Only seems to happen on the clips on the show not the studio footage. Found your tweet while searching to see if anyone else had this issue.

@bt_uk I get this with BT. Phones keep getting thrown out and having to re enter password. Signal test says good with BT but some independent tests show different. I’m out of contract now so looking around to change.

@bt_uk I am happy with BT products, but when something goes wrong trying to get hold of an adviser is extremely diffcult. BT customer service is getting worst and worst as BT is trying to automitize all communications. My landline has been faulted for 10 days now
