    Hi @bt_uk we’ve had no fibre broadband in our area (Forest Hill, SE23) since Saturday. It was supposed to be fixed by 1pm yesterday. Spoke to call centre and they promised it would be done by 5pm. Still not working this morning - what’s going on?

    @bt_uk automating the customer care doesn’t help. There needs to be the right initiative and the right people to take care of customers. Disappointing and deplorable!!!!!

    Love it! Just got a message off @bt_uk about now having to wait till July 29! 2 days b4 installation I received a message about today being delayed and now another message reads above...wait a month! Such bad communication!

All i know is right now my connection is FTTC copper wires to the house is most likely why it's so slow, If i do a speed test it says i'm getting about 20mb download/2mb upload but in the house i get 2mb
