    @bt_uk Not sure £150 cuts it tbh considering all the headache and disruption it caused. Will be looking to go forward with the ombudsman service and will put in a formal complaint to @Ofcom too.

    @bt_uk I moved the router from the side so you could see it, so it’s still a problem. Also this deal is how much? And the money back, is only if you loose it for so long etc. Explain how long and how you prove it please.

    @bt_uk reported a fault. Got a date and an engineer name. They didn’t attend, pretended they had. Complained, made another appointment. No name this time but still pretended they had arrived. So new “fast “ broadband slower than old. Service? What service.

    @bt_uk You might be answering calls but sadly not delivering. Grandparents house move in difficult circumstances, booked in October, have been let down every day for the last 2 weeks. Potentially no internet over Christmas in a rural area with poor cellular network cut off from family

    @virginmedia @btsport Hi. Who is to blame/what is the issue with BT Sport 2 HD? It breaks up after a few minutes and keeps breaking up making it completely unwatchable. It’s been happening for months but kept forgetting to chase it up. Thanks.

    There is a scam going on. A machine is calling the @bt_uk line claiming you have ordered an iPad on @AmazonUK and want your bank details so as they can issue a refund. If BT would like to give me details where I can report this...

    @bt_uk Disappointed with BT customer services,engineer came around today,having issues with my internet and range ,I was told by engineer that the contract iam on , I could have,Wi-fi BT discs ,what I don’t understand is why BT customer services never told me this.

    @bt_uk So… “We’ve tested your service and found a problem within our network. We will arrange an Openreach engineer to investigate.” @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk If you know there is a problem, why does your status page report there are no issues? Why do I need to proactively request a fix?

    @bt_uk Hey, wondering if you can help at all. The new router solved the issue but for the last 2mths its been worse than ever & having to turn the router on & off / reset set the apps etc daily which is starting to cause an issue with my job connection as work from home. Any advice?

    @bt_uk Yours left me in last place when I lived in London, I was on ADSL over copper wire and despite 5 engineer visits, you left me with internet so slow and degraded that at one point, my internet speed was 0.01mbps, and I couldn't even view Facebook. I cancelled my contact.

    @bt_uk Terrible new customer service experience , if I treated customers like BT does I would know about it . My order was placed 6 weeks ago ,engineer came to install last Thursday which he left call point in a dangerous position . I have been passed from pillar to post I could go on🤬

    @btsport Thank you for ceasing screen mirroring from April. Even now there is so much lag when watching the matches on the screen (mirrored from phone with the fastest WiFi) @Apple did the same by slowing down phones. Well done, you have lost another customer. #FACup #ShameOnYou

    @bt_uk He left me with no service at least 10 people in connections spoken too I received a txt to say no update until Tuesday the earliest . I work from home the mini hub is useless need I go on 😡

    Avoid @bt_uk at all costs, terrible service! Signed up 2 weeks ago for broadband and TV and was told I would be connected withing 3 days. 2 weeks later still not connected due to "admin errors". Engineers don't work weekends so now have to wait....please avoid.
