@virginmedia @btsport Hi. Who is to blame/what is the issue with BT Sport 2 HD? It breaks up after a few minutes and keeps breaking up making it completely unwatchable. It’s been happening for months but kept forgetting to chase it up. Thanks.

@bt_uk You might be answering calls but sadly not delivering. Grandparents house move in difficult circumstances, booked in October, have been let down every day for the last 2 weeks. Potentially no internet over Christmas in a rural area with poor cellular network cut off from family

@bt_uk So… “We’ve tested your service and found a problem within our network. We will arrange an Openreach engineer to investigate.” @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk If you know there is a problem, why does your status page report there are no issues? Why do I need to proactively request a fix?

They play Fulham away Sunday 4.30 spurs home Wednesday 8 and palace away at 12.30 Saturday. So not just an issue after CL games

@GlennMoore7 @TheDesKelly @btsport I agree Glenn. As a paying customer, I enjoyed Jurgen and expressing his honest ‘opinions’, rather than just a typical, dull, boring post-match interview with the same recycled questions and the interviewers getting an easy ride 👍
