@bt_uk so was meant to have my bt package activated on the 17th of September, 12 days later ,still nothing, I estimated I’ve spent a total of at least 8 hours on hold until an advisor answers when I call up for an update. as I’ve never been given an updated from BT’s end

@BTCare hey there, I'm now on the digital phone service and paying the same for it as I was for the copper lines. Surely that can't be right and also don't want it is there an option not to pay copper prices for a service over the fibre broadband I already pay for?
