@threeredkings No they won’t- @btsport @bt_uk has no issue charging for 24 / 7 WiFi & delivering 16/7 service but offering an upgrade to get a refund when service fails.

Hi @btsport @virginmedia Dolby Atmos sound on BT Sport Ultimate is sounding horrible on live football. Difficult to describe but it sounds artificial and filtered. Sounds completely normal when Atmos switched off. Any change of a tweak?

@bt_uk send an engineer around to fix mine and @jackcooper90 internet and he’s spent 2 hours and it’s worse than it was before. As he left he said ‘it’s 35 MBPs download speed’ we’ve tested it and it’s between 3-6👍👍👍
