    Our @bt_uk broadband is down. They’ll fix it by Monday apparently. Kids spent the first 24 hours going through grief cycle (shock, disbelief, anger etc), then a resigned slump, and have now become manically busy and exuberant and I am desperate for them to get YouTube back.

    So annoyed @bt_uk unprofessional and rude customer services and the scam you are running with the gift cards incentives for purchase of your packages. Gift cards never arrive and you do not want to deal with it even after official complaints are made. The worst customer service!

    Hey @bt_uk our smart hub stopped working on Friday. Since then I've called you Friday, Saturday & today. We were initially told we were priority & an engineer would be round within 24 hrs. They are yet to do so or get in touch. We have received a mini hub which doesn't work. 1/2

    .@bt_uk Your customer service is the worst. My elderly parents received a visit from @WeAreOpenreach yesterday to fix their landline, were assured it was fixed and it's not. Furthermore your directors do not even respond to emails. My father needs access to a line now, not Weds.

    I move house and seemingly return to dial-up. @virginmedia guy was a man looking for a problem and probably saw a solution getting in the way of an easy day. @bt_uk say 2 weeks to £50 activation even though cables already in and I’m self-installing and it’s only 3-7mb !!!! 😠

    @bt_uk I’ve had issues with my broadband dropping out for over 6 months . Had several engineer visit . Issue still resolved . Conflicting reports . Last engineer said it was the router and said I will receive a new one . 2 weeks later still not received anything. 😔

    @mrjakehumphrey Unrelated and you'll probably never see this - but perhaps you could relay to @btsport that a @netflix style subscription model would be ideal. Anyone with a firestick / smart TV could watch - many can't subscribe to BT internet (new build estates) - like myself.

    @bt_uk so 2 half months after raising a tech complaint, which I then attempted to raise to a complaint in gen- and subsequently gave up (they make it very difficult), I receive a follow up email, which I respond to, and then like the earlier complaint- nothing #bt #poorservice
