    @paullewismoney @MartinSLewis Mum charged by @BTCare for BT tv which she’s never had. Have taken over £700 since 2013. Raised complaint but promised call back hasn’t happened. Have chased but still haven’t heard back. Small claims court to pursue money?

    @bt_uk BT offer expensive broadband, a poor service, & appalling customer support. I tried you guys 4 years back, junked after 2 years. I would never sign-up again. Now you force your ads into my Twitter feed, get a decent media buyer to exclude my device from future campaigns, thanks

    @bt_uk so was meant to have my bt package activated on the 17th of September, 12 days later ,still nothing, I estimated I’ve spent a total of at least 8 hours on hold until an advisor answers when I call up for an update. as I’ve never been given an updated from BT’s end

    @bt_uk excellent customer service from Tom this morning. Refreshing to actually have people who are committed to solving your problem. Best experience I’ve had with BT and I’ve been a customer for 6yrs +. Just to add it wasn’t the outcome I wanted but can’t fault Tom for trying!

    For gods sake @bt_uk not only has my extortionate bt broadband been down for most of the day but I’ve now been on hold for almost 40 minutes for the 3rd call I’ve made today. Shite.

    Hi @bt_uk, I had an engineer booked next week to install full fibre, and was told today by email that this would be put back by TWO MONTHS. That’s an awful way to treat customers.

    @btsportfootball @btsport @FA how on earth did that match go ahead last night. Bishops stortford v St Albans... no social distancing anywhere, hardly a mask in site.. sends out all the wrong messages to the rest of the population, should never have taken place or shown on TV!

    @bt_uk our broadband & phone went down in Northolt UB5 area around 5.30pm and when we spoke somebody on the phone they said it could be down til the 12th of November and it's totally unacceptable if this is the case
