Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Croydon and nearby locations:

  • Geords Jo Clennell (@Geords) reported from Merton, England

Been in our flat for 2months and we have only had 9 days of working internet with @bt_uk but have been paying full whack for a terrible service. Apparently we have a LOS this time. More days away from work to wait on engineers #BT #internet #poorservice

  • jlarsson89 Johan Larsson (@jlarsson89) reported from Eltham, England

@bt_uk still having latency issues which I assume you will claim are routine, speeds are fine and as expected but the important thing for a connection is reliability, I'm still getting lag spikes and dropped connections from both online games and voip. Yes, my settings are fine.

  • jlarsson89 Johan Larsson (@jlarsson89) reported from Eltham, England

@bt_uk Wireless, exactly the same way it was before I was forced to get a new identical account with the same users doing the same things without issues. My ms goes from the 20s to in the thousands in semi-regular intervals regardless of time of day or other usage.

  • prof_j_mitchell John Mitchell (@prof_j_mitchell) reported from Bromley, England

I remember when @bt_uk had the customer service mantra of Right first time. Seem a long time ago from recent experience.

  • machacro Matthew Crockett (@machacro) reported from Whyteleafe, England

@bt_uk @btsport Nothing. And BT player is adverting wrestling. Just had my account increased by 30 quid a month too, would like to cancel

  • Bernie82_ Steve Bernard (@Bernie82_) reported from Wandsworth, England

Do we really have to see this @btsport ad every 60 seconds. Bad enough to watch it once #BBL09

  • jlarsson89 Johan Larsson (@jlarsson89) reported from Eltham, England

@bt_uk Actually you can, you just won't because of company policy. Any ISP that actually gives a shit about being an ISP would've sorted everything out in at most 3 business days. Yours sincerely, "Jonah"

  • jlarsson89 Johan Larsson (@jlarsson89) reported from Eltham, England

@bt_uk Yes I'm aware of how networks work and the difference between wifi and an ethernet cable, what I'm saying is that your latency issues weren't a thing a month ago with identical everything except name on the contract. Stop dodging responsibility and fix your issues.

  • EJWardNews EJ Ward (@EJWardNews) reported from Lambeth, England

@streathamalley @bt_uk My area is not cabled for Virgin. I had them before I moved here and never had a single issue.

  • Djbarryc Barry c (@Djbarryc) reported from Bromley, England

@BTSportBoxing where’s the after coverage and all the celebrations poor coverage by @btsport

  • prof_j_mitchell John Mitchell (@prof_j_mitchell) reported from Bromley, England

  • dickster0103 Richard Easton (@dickster0103) reported from Camberwell, England

@bt_uk Love your complaints process! You fail to deliver on your commitments. I contact you repeatedly. You offer to raise a complaint, which you do....And then close it again an hour later without actually doing anything or consulting me! Must make you KPI's look great.

  • ticolespaul tico tico no fubá (@ticolespaul) reported from Hammersmith, England

Anyone had experience of intermittent fault on a BT line and an interference engineer @bt_uk y complaint is escalating as my patience runs out

  • miltipello Joshua Milton (@miltipello) reported from Camden Town, England

Very slow on the uptake, or @btsport have failed miserably on publicising it, but the fact they've attained some @NHL live game rights is potentially huge. They've done a great job with MotoGP and increasing baseball coverage, so hopefully they step it up with hockey too.

  • ticolespaul tico tico no fubá (@ticolespaul) reported from Hammersmith, England

@bt_uk hey, I need help please

  • L_Alborough_ Luce (@L_Alborough_) reported from Lambeth, England

Hi @bt_uk, I've just switched my families mobiles to BT seamlessly, but am a little disappointed to learn that there's no visual voicemail available yet? This isn't exactly new technology, and is available on the EE network, so when will this be introduced?

  • LaurenHill0808 Lauren Hill (@LaurenHill0808) reported

@bt_uk Having sort of intermittent problems.. like it’s bad for 3 nights.. then it’s ok for a bit… then it’ll start again… so I don’t know if it’s a BT issue or a my house issue lol
