For both @SkySports and @btsport to require millions of customers to queue for hours to cancel when there is no sport is corporate chiselling of worst sort. You can buy online - should be able to stop online.

@bt_uk when myself and my partner are on video calls we get regular freezing for a few seconds and then the video and audio feed will speed up to catch up with itself. Speed tests return 280mb+ and router resets don’t resolve the issue. This is over Wi-Fi. Can you help sort this?
