@bt_uk I talked to BT re changing the account holder, who had died. Was told needed new contract, credit check, but no loss of service. Cut off that night told not connected for 10 days! People work from home! Help!

If they think the issue is network related rather than within their home or exchange equipment, they request that Openreach investigate (from exchange to your home).
