@bt_uk As others have mentioned can’t sign in to PlayStation services using BT at the moment. PSN connection status is marked as failed but everything else is working.

I have two major problems right now. Heating is not working and I cannot get online with PS5 as I have a NAT type failure. Obviously the latter is more important so after an hour of searching online it looks like it is a @bt_uk problem? Please sort it out. Thank you.
