  @bt_uk Thanks. Honestly, my husband has called at least 10 times. We’ve had multiple openreach visits. Each claiming to have fixed it but haven’t. Latest is tomorrow but I have zero confidence it will fix the issue.

  @btbusinesscare I've been 'reaching out' to BT Business since 28th November (that's OVER FOUR Weeks) and I Still have no Internet. Customer Care has been non existent. I've been passed from dept to dept. Promises to call me back never happen. Star grading 2 out of 10 (and I'm feeling generous)

  @bt_uk I’m absolutely disgusted, in this day & age of phone scams you have people phoning from unsolicited numbers about contract renewal (+44 1438 989233). All the person on the other end of the phone could say was “I promise I work on behalf of BT”. I said I can promise I’m the king of England. Do you see how stupid and dangerous this practice is? I think as a company you desperately need to review this, it’s dangerous and it’s making me think if you can be trusted at all. In this day and age it’s unforgivable to do this in this manner.
