They failed to tell us there was a problem with our order, when we made it and we have to reorder again ourselves even though it’s their mistake !!!!!

I don’t have access to another device other than a mobile and I’m sure you can appreciate watching on a mobile isn’t ideal.

So it has negatively impacted everything. I have spoken to multiple people and logged a complaint. I would like someone to call me to sort or discuss compensation
