@bt_uk It is absolutely ridiculous, how difficult it is to contact BT, if one has a problem or a simple inquiry. And to think, BT are supposed to be Trial Blazers in this field. Anyway, I need to speak 🗣 to someone about a refund for an Installation that was not carried out.

Just had the misfortune to catch a few minutes of 'The Football's On' on @btsport . Never again. Like giving weekly airtime to your mate in the pub who think he knows his football, but just doesn't get it. Reactive dross.

A question for you techphiles. Why do mobile devices always want to connect to a @TPLINKHelp router (w/ low signal) in the cabin 50ft down the garden rather than our @bt_uk home router (w/ full signal) that’s 5ft away. Is it something in the settings of my devices? @AppleSupport
