@bt_uk No need. The Smart Hub 2 finally arrived. Dead loss: why can't I separate WiFi bands? Sonos speakers don't work, wireless printing is "fun" too. All because I have no way to tell what they're connected to. Poor. Turning off the 5Ghz band is the only way.

@BTCare please stop sending me threatening texts saying that you want to charge me for kit I sent back weeks ago. I have contacted BT already to try and stop this and was assured it was sorted. I am a very loyal customer with a lot of services - please fix this.
