@bt_uk Hi Rita, we’ve already done that, on the 7th. They detected a fault, and said the estimate fix date is the 12th. That’s an unacceptable timeline, and too long to go without any WiFi.

@BTCare @ofcom Can BT explain to me how my mother’s account was closed because someone claimed to be moving into her address. With no access to her acc. Details. She thought letters received were a scam as the letter was such poor quality. So she called and told nothing was wrong

Disappointed with #BT #Broadband speeds @BTCare . Been monitoring for some time and speeds are dropping. I have been a loyal BT customer for some years but seriously looking around to change provider. Original contract was for 70mbs speeds, now barely getting 30mbs. #poor

Hey @bt_uk our smart hub stopped working on Friday. Since then I've called you Friday, Saturday & today. We were initially told we were priority & an engineer would be round within 24 hrs. They are yet to do so or get in touch. We have received a mini hub which doesn't work. 1/2

Newcastle’s forward players are good honest workers but you cannot help thinking that if they had a top class striker on the end of their good moves, it might have been a different outcome at Etihad last weekend. Man City would have been relieved to get those 3 points. #btsport
