    @bt_uk we had shockingly bad internet for over the last few days. It is now more not working than working . Have tried to call . 30 minute waiting time. This is not good service .

    @bt_uk @amysverse_ Dear BT. I've had the same issues this week and @virginmedia asked me to contact YOU about this as BT Sport are the programme providers / rights holders. What are we supposed to do here? We completely stuck in the middle and paying for the privilege.

    @bt_uk Bad start to being a new customer, engineer was booked to come yesterday to set up our new broadband, never showed, called this morning and was told it was too dark for him to complete what he needed to do outside, now get told the next available date is 7th April

    @bt_uk will most likely have to go into the office during this time which is not ideal as we are all still meant to be staying home as much as possible, surely there is a way open reach can sent someone sooner as an emergency

    @bt_uk hey got a text saying my broadband should be activated by now but it's still not working and hub is flashing purple. I've checked that it's properly connected to the master socket. Any tests you can run to make sure that the service has actually been activated? Cheers

    @jenniseex @bt_uk @virginmedia Yep. I have very poor Internet in my home and pay large prices. Everytime I phone to get it rectified, I'm told there is nothing wrong with the WiFi and my house is the issue. Pathetic. I detest them

    had an IP bleed between us and our neighbours for 3 weeks. Still waiting for BT to diagnose the problem (although we have!!) social media team amazing but @bt_uk very slow. Anyone else had similar issues? Means slow or no internet, random webpages blocked. Drop outs on zoom.

    Used to have best internet with @bt_uk - but in past week, our neighbours and us are having huge problems. Fibre speed still showing fast, but constant drops and buffering on streaming services. Feels like the days of dial up Wonder if the issue is outside the property?

    Good ****** but @bt_uk #DigitalVoice is a terrible pain in the neck. Call quality is so poor I have started asking people to use WhatsApp for calls instead (our mobile signal is virtually non-existent). The customer service people are always nice but I haven't got the energy...

    @SaraLlanover @RealWilde @bt_uk I'd be overjoyed with 3.15Mbps. Best we get in my corner of Monmouthshire is 1.5Mbps. Also no mobile signal but we too have lots of Openreach vans around at the moment putting up new fibre cable and connectors. They've not connected anyone yet or told us if we will be connected

    @IanRouth I've just changed to BT, because my current supplier can't provide landline services once the analogue system is switched off. So I went full fibre FTTP, not that it makes any difference to the shoddy service from @btbusinesscare. This is how they treat new customers.

    @bt_uk - AND so it continues. The connection was set up for tomorrow (Friday). Just received an email saying it’s been cancelled for the FIFTH time. A BT unbreakable contract for an unusable service! Surely this is mis- selling at best and fraudulent at worst!! Ombudsman??

    @bt_uk Tomorrow. Problem is that we haven’t exchanged contracts on new house yet so no certainty at all. I can’t order a service on someone else’s house. Anyway, I’ll write off the £320 - put it down to BT inflexibility and find someone offering better customer service. #BTRipOff

    @bt_uk I can’t get a Virgin engineer until Saturday and suspect he won’t be able to fix it as im expecting it’s due to damage to the cable caused by the pavement being dug up
