Then an engineer comes and checks a cable outside. (Bare in mind its to do with our cables in our home) and says everything is fine. It’s a joke.

Sorry but you will check speed into property but not from router!

After 48 years as a customer I’m told I have to pay up to March despite never having signed anything nor being told I had a new contract. Spent time between web chat and call, got activated for 30 days and now received email internet up and running 4g disabled so have no internet again.
