    @SkySports @BBCSport @btsport until you stop interviewing celebrities outside etc, ppl won’t take #COVIDー19 seriously. Your interviews shud b via Skype etc. Pls use the tech. Ppl think if a footballer can talk from outside on TV, then it’s not so bad. But it is, is horrendous.

    @bt_uk agreed to @jugglerbry, my queries are not being answered despite being on hold on customer service phone line for 1 hour and get very poor response on cancelling my BT broadband service.

    @bt_uk Yes @bt_uk still requiring clarification from the DM I sent + cancellation of broadband service because I had enough! Overcharged and need refund.

    @btsport @BTfootball1 so been trying to get through to cancel sport or even pause just like @skytv have done. So time to cancel DD I bet they contact me once I’ve canceled 🤔 one way of getting through!!

    @jugglerbry @bt_uk I was originally charged 33 per month for broadband, now they decided to charge 52/ month without notifying me about the change - they will still leach on my direct debit and despite calling them up to cancel it - they pretend they can’t hear the line and hang up on me! @bt_uk

    @haggerzz @bt_uk @btsport I’m seriously annoyed with #btsport They won’t allow suspension of payments while NO SPORTS are going on. And they don’t make it any easy to cancel the subscription online. This is #abusive behaviour. I’ll call and once cancelled, i’m not returning to them!

    @zXenx @bt_uk No, I am not, i waited 50min as expected and instead I was treated poorly and the customer helpline person decided to hung up on me saying he cannot hear me despite I can hear everything and the phone reception is very good here! Nothing to do with self centredness my friend 😂

    @hughpmullen @btsport I think so. That's the main problem! Different people thing different things are accidental. I don't think we should have an incident that could be a penalty or a red card, just based off a different idea of what the rule means.

    @bt_uk Engineer turned up to install FTTP on Friday, informed us the wrong van had been sent as required a cherry picker. Heard nothing in 48 hours. Already have Smart Hub etc. All ready to be connected. Any help?

    @bt_uk And I paid to have my phone line moved to corner of my home unlinked from neighbours 2 years ago, Unlink my telephone line And restraighten my satellite dish please, If not i will remove telephone line and charge for satellite dish to be put back for a signal

    @bt_uk for a communication company your rubbish at keeping your customers informed. Reported an issue on the 4th said it would be fixed by the 7th but today still no dial tone and only one email on 8th to say you're working on it.😟
