  @bt_uk your health check isn’t working. Your stupid robot tells me my speeds are fine. I’m playing ps5 on a wired connection with an upload varying between 15-20 and it should be 100. There is clearly an issue and I cannot do a thing about it.

  @bt_uk wow BT - when are you going to learn that supporting loyal customers is just as important as getting new ones. 30 years with BT internet/broadband, paying bills every month means nothing except I have to pay £30 more than a new customer. Account now cancelled!

  @leonburton @btbusinesscare BT are an abomination. I will never use them again. Horrible company using sharp practice in every area. There are plenty of decent local telecoms specialists that are small and user friendly.
