    @EE Hello Russ, it is 4G mobile conn, which is way slower than 3G conn. Raised & escalated with @bt_uk, but as network belongs to EE, nothing they could do. Please help!

    Shocking from @bt_uk to hike their sports pack prices whilst 3 months into an 18 month contract. Their customer service is shocking as well. People refusing to speak to me about the issue and others transferring me mid sentence #wouldnotrecommend #poorshow #customerservicefail

    @bt_uk I canโ€™t get any customer service by phone, just constantly on hold whenever I call. Iโ€™ve had a failed upgrade and now not even getting the TV channels Iโ€™m paying for. Please fix it or allow me early cancellation so I can move to Sky.

    Trying to watch a football game on the @btsport app is excruciating. The quality is so poor, imagine having an app that bad by a communications company in 2022. Awful quality.
