    So I called @bt_uk noon today asked about cancellation of my contract, i was told i can do it anytime, i started a contact with @Hyperoptic and called bt to cancel, i was then told to pay a £200+ fine!! I was never told that in the first phonecall!! #liedtobybt #btlies

    @OpenreachHelp Yes, I had, but @BTCare told me to reach out to you. @BTCare what info do you need to resolve this before I lodge a complaint with @ICOnews regarding this because the STOP reply clearly hasn’t worked.

    @bt_uk my broadband has been down for nearly 2 days with not a single update on status. When I try to check the site for my phone number, the system crashes me out. Very frustrating.

    I really dislike @bt_uk it has to be one of the worst customer service experiences out there. It takes so long to just get your call answered. The classic case of a company that’s so big, no one knows what they’re doing 😔

    @bt_uk so for the second time in 3 week we have no land line. Unable to talk to some one as first cut off and now just ringing . How long is it going to take to fix it this time and how long until it happens again. It's totally your fault and you have hung up again 3 times

    @bt_uk Thanks for reaching out Jordan, but to be honest, after 196 mins on the phone across 2 calls, I’m kind of done. BT is always super busy, it never changes, but they have assured me now that it will be fixed by midnight... which they assured me yesterday too... 🙄

    @bt_uk I’ve had issues with my broadband dropping out for over 6 months . Had several engineer visit . Issue still resolved . Conflicting reports . Last engineer said it was the router and said I will receive a new one . 2 weeks later still not received anything. 😔

    @btsport sort your streams out only 1 stream running then error flashes up with too many streams running wtf? Happening far too often now. Should have an option to close all streams instead of an automated message

    @bt_uk No point as you already have “tried” several times over the contract & you keep saying it’s fine or it’s my devices. Despite the daily line drop outs & constant traffic throttling. It will certainly help with my decision when it’s time to switch 😞

    @bt_uk Hi there, one of our cystic fibrosis nurses is trying to run virtual clinics but her bband stats are so bad it can’t support video calls. She is a BT customer but has been told there is no room in the box. Anything you can do would really help us as an NHS hospital. Thanks

    1/2 So new microphone is pretty good. Its a @TrustGaming GXT 232 Mantis, sounds so much better then my headset mic. Had a few issues at first including a wierd clicking/ticking noise that was heard when I spoke, but I cound that was caused by my @bt_uk Smart Hub.

    @bt_uk hello there! Was wondering if I could get some help as our internet has been down for half a day and despite doing everything recommended to us (resetting, checking the wires, etc etc) with no success. Our Home Hub 5 having an orange light and flashing red symbol.

    @bt_uk They have to have Halo 2 instead of Fibre 2 simply because they are existing customers. If there wasn’t a pandemic I would help them set up with a new supplier in a heartbeat, but I can’t go in their house to do it. It’s appalling and I feel like I will never use @bt_uk again 😞

    @zoelondondj @bt_uk BT are terrible! We switched as cheaper and after 6 months couldn’t bare it anymore and ended contract early and went back to sky! Absolutely awful internet
