    Have tried to resist the urge to go Full Karen on @bt_uk. Phoned them 2 weeks ago to tell them my parents’ home phone line has been cut in half and broadband is down. Have booked 4 appointments with their engineers, each time they haven’t turned up or said anything. shite 🗑

    @bt_uk my favorite christmas movie is when the internet goes down, i can't do work, and the company i pay for internet access says nothing about the current internet status, with my having to rely on potentially incorrect 3rd party websites.

    @bt_uk I don’t know, I so rarely watch live tv, but it’s Xmas, I have retuned cos freeview reception is so bad, I now have 41 tv aerial channels, all rubbish reception, 141 subscription channels,most I don’t recognise. Four news channels. No HD channels WTF am I paying for?

    @bt_uk So far so good. Apart from a couple glitches Tuesday night lasting about 10-15 minutes each, broadband connection has been stable since then. Service Status page reports no known issues in my area at the moment, so🤞

    @MellyChaps @btsport @Virgin It's a scandal. Big companies are always the worst payers. I refused to supply WHSmith's with my books even though they sold well, because they deliberately took forever to pay. It was a hassle I didn't need.
