Saying hard luck, we will launch an enquiry but not giving money back, even classier. DO NOT go with BT broadband. Can’t wait until contract is up. Poor service when people are struggling.

Tell them I want to cancel something from my contract and theres a £94 cancellation fee BUT I can add to my contract no problem - absolute mercenaries!
