    @bt_uk we have had an ongoing issues with our Broadband for 2 months! Engineer visits weekly, tickets closed with absolutely zero resolution or compensation. Only one person working who cannot even join a video call - customer service great everything else absolutely pathetic!

    @LozzaFox @virginmedia Probably the WORST customer service out there. Mis-sold me a contract by offering to end my @bt_uk contract early. That was over a year ago and I’m still fighting to get back the £318 owed. Plus once you leave the room that the router is in your Wi-fi goes back to dial-up speed
