@bt_uk why is my bandwidth/internet/whatever it may be so poor that I can watch the rugby on bt sport on my phone via 4G without trouble yet keep getting IPC6023 error code on my bt supplied YouView box (with bt hybrid fibre broadband)??!! I don’t even live in a rural area!!!

@bt_uk Have been trying many weekends and weekdays to contact you for issues with my TV. No response. App support is useless as it does not describe the box I have. Issue since box installed last year. No way to have it fixed. Might leave BT as the response rate is zero

@Shayanshafikha1 @GaryLineker @btsport As if that was the worst.... Frankly, other than Lineker himself, Ferdinand and Hargreaves I find them really poor. They lack knowledge and yet talk as if they were experts in international football. Loved McManaman as a player but he’s such a poor commentator/pundit.

So our “landline” isn’t working, number doesn’t exist apparently @bt_uk we have fttp and we don’t want this phone anyway, so don’t worry about fixing it, just stop charging me for a service I don’t / can’t use
