@bt_uk lost faith in BT ,rang BT yesterday by chance , only to find out that in December, a BT customer service advisor, only extended my contract until a further year without my permission, how bad is that, honestly I have lost my Trust with BT, people watch out.

@bt_uk Love your complaints process! You fail to deliver on your commitments. I contact you repeatedly. You offer to raise a complaint, which you do....And then close it again an hour later without actually doing anything or consulting me! Must make you KPI's look great.

@bt_uk I rang BT to say my BT stopped working, and got fixed then I said I want to renew my contract to see the deals BT had, but without my knowledge a BT customer advisor renewed my contract with out telling me in December when I rang for another reason How bad is that

Very slow on the uptake, or @btsport have failed miserably on publicising it, but the fact they've attained some @NHL live game rights is potentially huge. They've done a great job with MotoGP and increasing baseball coverage, so hopefully they step it up with hockey too.

Why is @bt_uk TV so constantly rubbish! On demand programs crash, apps are slow to work, user menu's sluggish, and that's with the quickest BT WiFi going!! Soooooo bad 🙄🙄

Edinburgh is riddled with examples of why the corner-cutting privatisation of utilities is and will continue to fail the population. @Zephyrjock @bt_uk I tried BT TV a few years back. What a rip off !! Only got about 15 free channels all the rest were subscription charged. So far the new broadband I have has been ok despite the equipment arriving three days late after the original delivery date. WiFi signal could be better
