  @BTCare two years after buying a house and moving in, bills for the previous owner keep arriving. I keep returning them to sender so assume Royal Mail is returning them to BT. I'm not even a customer. What should I do? Keep returning them and assume you'll get the hint?

  @bt_uk Hi, your customer service rep spoke to the “value team” the response was to review contract in Nov 2022. no correspondence that it was increased last year. I would be interested to know what you offer a new customer? Broadband and BT Sport - bet it is a lot less than mine!

  @bt_uk Fibre helluva slow, instead of mbs I'm kbs,from a steady 50mbs to kbs,down detector has it up & down over last 24hrs,seriously not impressed,probably take about 5min to send this !
