@jugglerbry @bt_uk I was originally charged 33 per month for broadband, now they decided to charge 52/ month without notifying me about the change - they will still leach on my direct debit and despite calling them up to cancel it - they pretend they can’t hear the line and hang up on me! @bt_uk

@SkySports @BBCSport @btsport until you stop interviewing celebrities outside etc, ppl won’t take #COVIDー19 seriously. Your interviews shud b via Skype etc. Pls use the tech. Ppl think if a footballer can talk from outside on TV, then it’s not so bad. But it is, is horrendous.

@zXenx @bt_uk No, I am not, i waited 50min as expected and instead I was treated poorly and the customer helpline person decided to hung up on me saying he cannot hear me despite I can hear everything and the phone reception is very good here! Nothing to do with self centredness my friend 😂

@bt_uk Sure would be nice to have my service installed. Did a home move and given a date. Great. Unexpectedly canceled. Able to rebook for the next day. Fine. Now that's been canceled too. Now I can't rebook until Friday and have to wait another week for install, possibly longer!
