@BigBlueDave @bt_uk @btsport @btsportfootball @YouTube Similar speeds, similar problem. Switched router off/on and it's much improved. Albeit, dropping out periodically for a couple of seconds. Only a problem on Smart TV YouTube app. No streaming issues via PC.

@bt_uk Or get cheaper broadband and buy yourself a decent router. The only difference with BT is they ship a router with a stronger signal than other providers. Which is great if you don’t happen to have a neighbour who’s on BT and their signal interferes with yours in some rooms.

@bt_uk I have many response from BT here but when I replied I am asked to call 0800. BT can't deliver now than almost 2-month, I can terminate my contract without paying termination fee. Is that correct. I want to cancel today if not fixed. Too much problem.

@mikeincov @bt_uk The problem is all providers use the same network which is operated by Openreach. If Fibre wasn’t available with BT it won’t be available with another provider. But I’m interested to know...did the new provider give you faster speeds and if so who was it so I can switch please?
