    @bt_uk Wireless, exactly the same way it was before I was forced to get a new identical account with the same users doing the same things without issues. My ms goes from the 20s to in the thousands in semi-regular intervals regardless of time of day or other usage.

    @bt_uk Yes I'm aware of how networks work and the difference between wifi and an ethernet cable, what I'm saying is that your latency issues weren't a thing a month ago with identical everything except name on the contract. Stop dodging responsibility and fix your issues.

    @bt_uk still having latency issues which I assume you will claim are routine, speeds are fine and as expected but the important thing for a connection is reliability, I'm still getting lag spikes and dropped connections from both online games and voip. Yes, my settings are fine.

    Very slow on the uptake, or @btsport have failed miserably on publicising it, but the fact they've attained some @NHL live game rights is potentially huge. They've done a great job with MotoGP and increasing baseball coverage, so hopefully they step it up with hockey too.

    So was thinking about upgrading my internet service to full fibre. @EE can upgrade me but means I no longer have a landline. @bt_uk @BTGroup can do fullfibre and say I most definitely can have a landline still. If I swap EE want £100+ early contract expiry fee

    @bt_uk got an issue with my WiFi called through to an automated service and was told up to 4 days for an engineer to be sent- I work from home and need to let my boss know when I’ll be back- are you able to give a guideline for what day/ if you’ll be sending anyone?

    @bt_uk I understand that it’s not splitting out the network, however, as I can connect to the disc at 800Mbps why am I only getting 20Mbps download speeds from it? For devices like an Xbox then, I’d actually be better getting a home plug rather than discs?

    @bt_uk It said line is working so to try some troubleshooting which I did but didn't help. Requested a call back, was rang by an 0800 number not long ago but when I went to pick up (almost immediately) the call ended. Will DM info now, thankyou
