-
Daniel Hirschmann (@danielhirschman) reported from Hackney, EnglandWow, @bt_uk your customer service and internal systems are utterly disappointing. First you send me the wrong kit multiple times over 5 weeks(!) and then send me a message telling me if I don’t return the most recent one, I’ll be charged £50 - eventhough its STILL the wrong kit!
-
Marc Karbaron (@Karbs1961) reported from Basildon, England@bt_uk that this has been sorted. Just rang back a second time and after 1hr on hold the phone cut off. I am appalled at the disgusting service I have received having been a long term customer. I entered into a new contract with you I don’t expect bills for double the amount 2/3
-
TQ (@Trizz_7) reported from Hackney, England@btsport fix your ******* app, always telling me I’m not in the UK when I clearly am
-
Sean Kerrigan (@seankerrigan) reported from Ilford, England@norfolkbirdtour @bt_uk Surely Labour is far more expensive than a bit of cable .... so put cheap crap in and when it fails come back and do it again .... senseless
-
Lynn MT (@Team_M_T) reported from Tottenham, England@bt_uk You might be answering calls but sadly not delivering. Grandparents house move in difficult circumstances, booked in October, have been let down every day for the last 2 weeks. Potentially no internet over Christmas in a rural area with poor cellular network cut off from family
-
Ramon Guthrie (@Ramonnavarro) reported from East Ham, England@BT_uk @BTCare @BTGroup What is happening with BT Broadband internet over the past week, why does it keep cutting off, is there a problem in the Newham, London area? #bt #broadbandissues #fixconnection

George Mann (@sgfmann) reported from Ilford, England@bt_uk Because we were loyal customers for a decade and you responsed to that loyalty but ramping up our charges outrageously. Because of some difficult family times, we didn’t check as closely as we should but I will never give BT a penny more.
-
George Mann (@sgfmann) reported from Ilford, England@bt_uk I was turned down when I wanted to negotiate, I was charged £85 for broadband and BT sport for three years. I was told “you agreed the price tough”. As I said due to family issues my eye wasn’t on the detail. Closed my BT account over a year ago, never will return.
-
Leighton Stoane (@LeightonStoane) reported from Walthamstow, England@bt_uk your email service was poor to begin with. Since the update it's almost non-functioning. I pay you handsomely for monthly broadband and you charge me extra for 'premium' mail which barely works. Why?
-
farah says (@Farah_Lou) reported from Loughton, England@bt_uk The mind BOGGLES how your engineers don’t work on weekends? In this day and age you should have 24/7 engineers the same way that plumbers/electricians work. It’s just ridiculous that we pay for a service that can only be fixed on a weekday.
-
Mr Martin Calder (@Mr_MartinCalder) reported from Walthamstow, England@MarcAllera @ABAonline @bt_uk Could do with much better coverage/signal at E178SN

BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Ba$ho (@MonkeyRaincoat) reportedHi @bt_uk I am desperate to talk to a real person. I don't have a BT account. My 95-year old neighbour has lost her phone and broadband connection. She is largely deaf as well. I can't call from her phone as it is not working...1/2
-
Warren Peters (@wizza_wozza) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE It’s a joke, especially for vulnerable people living in a rural area with little mobile signal. @bt_uk recent performance has been pathetic with an elderly friend who has no wi-fi, getting on for 2 weeks with still no fix in sight.
-
jackbwater (@jackbwater) reported@mizmuggle @bt_uk Now router says "connected" (an improvement) but internet doesn't work 'cos the DNS IP address the router is getting is wrong. Can't even ping the DNS IP 81.139.56.100 No option to set DNS from BT Router! Changing DNS IP locally , to 8.8.8.8/4.4.4.4 and internet works.
-
(((Ian McKenzie))) 🇬🇧🇪🇺🇫🇷🇺🇦🇮🇱🇬🇪🇬🇱 (@iMcKenzied) reported@bt_uk As a matter of interest, do you know how many @bt_uk customers have been customers for the entire length of the company’s existence? Can’t be many. For the sake of £73 (which the next customer is going to pay anyway), you’ve turned good news into a bad story. Strange.
-
andy grey (@andy_gray) reported@bt_uk I can’t resolve ‘online’ a phone fault. It’s for my blind 87 year old father who hasn’t got a mobile phone, internet or indeed at the moment a functioning land line. His phone is not the issue. How do I moved forward and actually speak to someone?
-
Mickey Deehan (@MickeyDeehan) reported@EDiamond136 @bt_uk Just cancel your DD for the shop they can't do anything about it they try and bully you to pay it but don't give in also youfiber is cheap and you get 1 gig speed
-
Akram🇵🇸 (@akrxm94) reportedWhy do BT/TNT Sports make it so hard on their website to cancel your subscriptions? So unclear and they only give a telephone number to call, and I call twice to get cut off both times after 10 minutes. Make it easier for customers to cancel subscriptions! @bt_uk @tntsports
-
Changeling64 (@64outsider) reported@bt_uk Behind Brilliant things? How? When they upgrade system which results in vulnerable, elderly left at risk with a worse service than they had before! Seems #BT is profiting- w no free customer help number- hours spent trying to get someone to sort a problem that they caused.
-
GerryC🏇🏾 (@Epsom1780) reported@bt_uk I don’t have an account with BT though, I’m with Sky, but they’re not updating, and it’s Openreach that are supposedly fixing this problem and then updating Sky! So I need to contact Openreach!
-
Ed Thomson (@ThomsonEdwint) reported@JimSpenceDundee @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk It’s Circet that seems to be doing installations and doing a good enough job on the track but won’t repair damage done by mini digger to the road when finished. 🫣
