The service we were promised when transferring from one property to another is so bad (now just 5 megabits) that we cannot stay with BT. We need to arrange cancellation of services. I have rebooted box, checked all my leads. Signal quality/strength is fine in mornings but in evening quality is 10% or less and pic and sound cut out.
