    @dw3st0n @bt_uk @bladey2k57 I just had the same problem. I'm wondering whether the BT ID email username needs to be identical to the email associated with your Microsoft and XBox account; if they differ, as mine do, they'll not pair up. It is poor that the call centre staff have no idea.
