After logging out of website and back in its managed to get back into the stream now but having wanted to watch a 90 mins football match pretty peeved that we missed most of 2nd half due to poor broadband 🤯 and we lost 🤬

We had 5 and you shouldn't get that on a paid subscription service. Broadband went down 10 minutes after he left. New appointment made and then cancelled not by me. . I have never experienced a service as bad.
