    @bt_uk hi. My broadband is very very slow and hs been for a couple of days. Contacted customer services yesterday and they told me it was fixed. It isn’t. Last week I was getting speeds of 27mbps today it is 6.6mbps.

    @bt_uk I’ve had issues with my broadband dropping out for over 6 months . Had several engineer visit . Issue still resolved . Conflicting reports . Last engineer said it was the router and said I will receive a new one . 2 weeks later still not received anything. 😔

    @btsport what an awful service trying to watch #UEFAChampionsLeaguefinal continually freezing on u-tube and missed the penalty disgusting allowed to have both European finals pitiful coverage and should never be allowed to happen again

    @j_tran18 @btsport sound still going but have huge red and white tracks where the players are running it's truly awful. This must never be allowed to happen again and must be available on teresstrial in the future

    @BigBlueDave @bt_uk @btsport @btsportfootball @YouTube Similar speeds, similar problem. Switched router off/on and it's much improved. Albeit, dropping out periodically for a couple of seconds. Only a problem on Smart TV YouTube app. No streaming issues via PC.

    @CantSwingACat @bt_uk You should try Virgin Media! Don't forget you're entitled to Ofcom compensation if the has been a total loss of service for over 24 hrs I.e If their Infrastructure is at fault #poorcustomerservice

    argh @btsport is the worst user experience website I've ever encountered?! Have to sign in multiple times then when you get to what you wanna watch... boom, it changes to something else. Ridiculous. At least you're not extortionately priced eh.. oh wait..

    Complaint tool is disabled again, same issue as always, saying there is no contact phone number on my account even though there 100% is. It’s fairly obvious to me that the complaints section on your site is designed not to work to manipulate @bt_uk complaint statistics

    @bt_uk Very poor customer service, BT forcing customers onto EE without putting customer service in place meaning we are still paying full contract rate for our 2 mobiles, rather than SIM only deal.
