    Congratulations to @bt_uk for providing THE worst customer experience ever. Meant to be connected today, complete shambles. Unhelpful customer service, blatant lies, refusal to resolve issue and refusal to let me speak to a manager. Great start!!

    @bt_uk was on hold to your billing team for 40 mins got through said to the operator once I did I said “I don’t have a telephone number” and she put the phone down on me! Absolute disgrace! you change a pretty penny for your services and their not up to scratch

    @bt_uk excellent customer service from Tom this morning. Refreshing to actually have people who are committed to solving your problem. Best experience I’ve had with BT and I’ve been a customer for 6yrs +. Just to add it wasn’t the outcome I wanted but can’t fault Tom for trying!

    @bt_uk so was meant to have my bt package activated on the 17th of September, 12 days later ,still nothing, I estimated I’ve spent a total of at least 8 hours on hold until an advisor answers when I call up for an update. as I’ve never been given an updated from BT’s end

    @bt_uk disgusted with the full fibre complete Wi-Fi service it’s been over 8 hours of no internet... to be fobbed off with we are aware and it will be fixed within “2hrs” I am now till waiting.... what am I paying for literally Zero fibre ZERO Wi-Fi?!?! Not impressed BT 😖

    @bt_uk BT services are the worst in history. How can I change service provider to @Bt_uk since 25th August and yet to be connected to its fiber broadband in October. It’s really a pathetic story . I have been data on my phonetic work from home .

    @bt_uk Just upgraded to Smart Hub 2. After logging out of website and back in its managed to get back into the stream now but having wanted to watch a 90 mins football match pretty peeved that we missed most of 2nd half due to poor broadband 🤯 and we lost 🤬

    @vmfieldtech @CraigHarper0105 @btsport Don’t go there Craig - I’m with them and it’s terrible. Utilisation issues in my area for over 6 months that they keep promising to fix with dates continually moving.

    @bt_uk Hi apologies I should have given an update much earlier. My landline is now working & my broadband speed has doubled & is now stable. The Openreach Engineer was very professional & isolated the fault which was found between two of the network street cabinets in the local area👍

    @bt_uk We were supposed to get super fast broadband installed on 23rd March. Our Sky BB was disconnected. We are still waiting for various cable issues to be resolved. Spoke to BT on Thursday and received condescending generic update the next day. Now left with download speeds of 3mbs.
