@ashley_jp_83 @TKASMrShepherd @RaynerSport At the end of the day it all boils down to TV money. Both Sky and BTSport wanted the games back as they weren’t going to pay the full amount. Women’s game would have been easier to restart.

  • JanetEBaldwin Janet E Baldwin (@JanetEBaldwin) reported from Sutton at Hone, England

@UFCEurope #UFC249 tonight is gonna be a payed one and I already know it’s gonna be a struggle to watch it! Kind of praying they figure it out the service by now. I have the @btsport deal but whenever is one of these more special cards you still have to pay on some ppv deal.

  • martinc1970 Martin Chamberlain (@martinc1970) reported from Stone, England

@bt_uk Direct debit cancelled. I don't see why I should pay my bill when you've got no interest in fixing my broadband or even providing me with a service or update within 50 days. You should be paying me compensation too.

  • OllieGeale Ollie Geale (@OllieGeale) reported from Camberwell, England

@benlewismedia @btsport I've never met a man to rely so heavily on an Interview Wing 🤣

  • martinc1970 Martin Chamberlain (@martinc1970) reported from Stone, England

@bt_uk Working broadband on main router or mini hub would be nice for a change. This is nothing short of breach of contract. In this day and age how can it take 50+ days to sort a problem with no proper explanations of what's wrong. I'm cancelling ASAP

  • memyself_n_boo Ria Hall (@memyself_n_boo) reported from Enfield Lock, England

Can you help @AmazonHelp bought @bt_uk cordless phones from you on 8th Jan. line wasn’t installed til 31/1 we have had no landline since Monday. Engineer says due to the handsets bought from @amazon that would seem to be faulty. Can’t speak to anyone and only opt 2buy again

  • JanetEBaldwin Janet E Baldwin (@JanetEBaldwin) reported from Sutton at Hone, England

  • JaneBLyons Jane Lyons (@JaneBLyons) reported from Camberwell, England

Absolutely. There’s been nil interest or support from @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach for years. Now reached crisis point with with so many relying on bad WiFi to keep learning, working or to get their shopping slot. Action now please

  • MewesRonnie Mewes (@MewesRonnie) reported from Bexleyheath, England

@Odds_Watch @btsportfootball @honigstein @btsport Slow and steady, but to be expected. I’m hoping for good thing but know it won’t happen overnight, he needs to be backed as well which will be even harder now. But think he has potential to do well.

  • petergardner50 peter gardner (@petergardner50) reported from London, England

@btsport Tried to log in with details saved . Wont let me as normal . Hopeless service never get to anyone . About anything had it with you lot . Dreadfull service .

  • pkllwy Paul Kellaway (@pkllwy) reported from Poplar, England

@bt_uk It's just a shame that your customer service department isn't able to use commonsense and escalate to openreach for investigation when there was patently a problem reported

  • stevetom110 Steve (@stevetom110) reported from Eltham, England

@btsport my monthly bill is going up and up and there’s no sport on. I call, it’s reduced, now it’s been put up from £17pm to £25!!! Please help, cannot get through on phone 😡

IT'S MONDAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!!! Which means, hopefully my new @bt_uk smart hub arrives and @WeAreOpenreach engineers fix my line! Postman has been and no hub yet... Pray for me plz🙏🏻

  • 86Whitey Whitey86 (@86Whitey) reported

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve raised a complaint. It’s an @bt_uk Open reach process that @Ofcom need to hold them to account on. The engineer was never assigned “due to workload” so now as a “missed appointment” I go to the back of the queue - what a joke. Monopoly on the network, so do what they want.

  • purementalman bryan thomson (@purementalman) reported

@bt_uk am not happy because i pay £40 a month for internet to get a max of 32mb, yet someone 2 miles down the road with fibre gets 140mbs for cheaper, because i stay in a sma village were low down on the priorty for fibre, complete scam if you ask me

  • normanireland1 ReparationsForNeanderthals (@normanireland1) reported

    @DawnButlerBrent @bt_uk @BTCare So the problem isn't vandalism then?

  • ArtPennines NorthPenninesArtTherapy (@ArtPennines) reported

That satisfying feeling when you outsmart a scammer! Supposedly calling from @bt_uk to improve internet speed, but no authorisation to email me. When asked their location they give a London address, when asked why they are not calling from a London phone number:they hang up.....

  • MarciaR18022957 Rose-M (@MarciaR18022957) reported

@bt_uk I have tried but they are busy been on hold for 30 mins plus already. The engineer said there was an issue with the aireal and the council will need to fix it. I contacted my council and they are saying the box is not compatible with the aireal so an old box please or a refund

  • lesleypart Lesley Partington (@lesleypart) reported

Absolutely unbelievable that we have been having fault after fault with @BT(@bt_uk) and they can’t send an engineer as they haven’t got the communications to contact them! They can’t say when they will be able to contact anyone either. Priceless. Atrocious service on every level.

  • lesleypart Lesley Partington (@lesleypart) reported

@bt_uk Just wasted 2 hours on the phone to @bt-uk who continue to tell me they can’t contact anyone to solve our broadband and landline problems. They have told me they made appointments with engineers but that the system couldn’t actually handle this so the appointment was never made.

  • MrScarzy ry (@MrScarzy) reported

@bt_uk Just WiFi is so unreliable for the price I pay, absolutely not worth it. Was paying £27 a month with virgin for guaranteed 100mbps and in 12 months it NEVER went below (even on WiFi)

  • tousb86 Tousb86 (@tousb86) reported

@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Between the two of you can someone sort out my Internet and fix a home move gone wrong?? Absolutely shambolic service to date….
