  So I’ve had a BT landline since 1986 and broadband since 2002, but my renewal cost for broadband 900 Mb was £78.99 but after conversation £60.99, although a new customer can get it for £38.99. Ever felt like you are being ripped off.Awful customer service @bt_uk

  @me_not_animal @bt_uk I've had problems with my 90 year old mum's BT transfer to digital voice. I've been in contact with the technical team who arranged a call back that never happened. When I got back in touch after they didn't call back they denied promising to call back. BT lie to customers.

  @puddles46 @bt_uk So agree @bt_uk constantly closing complaints down without speak to customers. When they do speak to them, very uneducated in the situation. Just want to speak to a normal person 🤯
