    @bt_uk I talked to BT re changing the account holder, who had died. Was told needed new contract, credit check, but no loss of service. Cut off that night told not connected for 10 days! People work from home! Help!

    @bt_uk Hi team. So, no one turned up yesterday in the booked time slot. So what happens now? FTTP was meant to be live on Tuesday. Then yesterday. Such a disappointing start along with all the damage and ancillary issues caused.

    @bt_uk to access my website. This happened a couple of years ago, where BT refused to accept fault for this issue initially (it affected a number of UK based websites) until they eventually realised they were to blame for this problem. Grateful for assistance please.

    @plusnethelp I need support with setting up my btsport app which I have just signed up for. So far been on phone for 1 hour with BT who then said I need to contact you. Currently been transferred 3 times and still on hold with Plusnet for 40 mins. This is awful
