I ended my @bt_uk service back in January.... and I am still paying for it!! I have phoned on 5 occasions!!! Only to be told I would be refunded “today” over £100! It is now mid April and have still not received any refund and have spent over 5 hours on calls to them! @Ofcom

  • chrisroy89 Chris Roy (@chrisroy89) reported from Broxbourne District, England

Yet again another example of horrific service from @bt_uk but I have come to expect no less from this company. Very quick to take your money (never any issues there) but when they have taken too much from their own mistake not quick to correct their error..... @Ofcom tbc....

  • MewesRonnie Mewes (@MewesRonnie) reported from Bexleyheath, England

@Odds_Watch @btsportfootball @honigstein @btsport Slow and steady, but to be expected. I’m hoping for good thing but know it won’t happen overnight, he needs to be backed as well which will be even harder now. But think he has potential to do well.

  • pkllwy Paul Kellaway (@pkllwy) reported from Poplar, England

@bt_uk It's just a shame that your customer service department isn't able to use commonsense and escalate to openreach for investigation when there was patently a problem reported

  • RebeccaMc Rebecca (@RebeccaMc) reported from London, England

@bt_uk I switched to BT after weeks of having no broadband due to issues with a previous supplier. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone I've spoken to as they couldn't have been more helpful. I'm now up and running and very happy!

  • LPESSN LPESSN (@LPESSN) reported from Camberwell, England

@ashley_jp_83 @TKASMrShepherd @RaynerSport At the end of the day it all boils down to TV money. Both Sky and BTSport wanted the games back as they weren’t going to pay the full amount. Women’s game would have been easier to restart.

  • martinc1970 Martin Chamberlain (@martinc1970) reported from Stone, England

@bt_uk Direct debit cancelled. I don't see why I should pay my bill when you've got no interest in fixing my broadband or even providing me with a service or update within 50 days. You should be paying me compensation too.

  • aimee_bennett97 aimee (@aimee_bennett97) reported from Sutton at Hone, England

@bt_uk our phone line is down, says on the front of our phone “no line” help please

  • JaneBLyons Jane Lyons (@JaneBLyons) reported from Camberwell, England

Absolutely. There’s been nil interest or support from @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach for years. Now reached crisis point with with so many relying on bad WiFi to keep learning, working or to get their shopping slot. Action now please

  • martinc1970 Martin Chamberlain (@martinc1970) reported from Stone, England

@bt_uk Working broadband on main router or mini hub would be nice for a change. This is nothing short of breach of contract. In this day and age how can it take 50+ days to sort a problem with no proper explanations of what's wrong. I'm cancelling ASAP

  • pkllwy Paul Kellaway (@pkllwy) reported from Poplar, England

Hi @bt_uk another neighbour in the building has also reported identical issues. Sending me a replacement router clearly isn't the solution

  • jasonwilliams22 jason williams (@jasonwilliams22) reported

@bt_uk shocking service. No broadband since November application. Just given lies & lies. Out of 4 arranged visits, one engineer arrived. Still didn’t fix it. Have complained lots but no one care enough to update us or fix it. Running a new business on mobile data. Disgrace.

  • nickyd_london Nicholas Paul Dalby (@nickyd_london) reported

@bt_uk Ok thanks, however we do not have a landline as we are broadband only. Can I still check service status?

  • davidpmathieu77 David M (@davidpmathieu77) reported

@bt_uk The term be careful what you wish for comes to mind here. I pay broadband via dd every month yet have received a letter from a debt collection company about money I owe, how?! And now I've been on hold 20 minutes. This is completely unacceptable and needs a resolution immediately

  • FactsThen FactsThenTheory (@FactsThen) reported

@DiyPundit @btsport Accidentally watched DIYPundit just now after the elClassico match. Was hoping to get some tips on routers & damp-proofing. Never mind, that Hugo Money and others were quite good at sports. Learned stuff I never knew I didn't know. Nice microphone foam covers. Good advert break.

  • CitehForum MCFC Jay (@CitehForum) reported

@bt_uk my internet has been faulty for nearly 2 months now. A engineer was sent out and he said as was fine but the problem still consists. I’ve been paying my bill but you guys aren’t holding up your end of the contract as I’m getting 5MBPS which is horrific

  • Spiderchoc Mr Kippers (@Spiderchoc) reported

BT internet is down because of course it is. I pay the same amount as someone who has 4 times the speed. @bt_uk ******* garbage. I’m out of contract now, have very few options but all are far cheaper than BT so will be looking at them now.

  • sTrongFuse T (@sTrongFuse) reported

@Swirlingfire @BTCare The core service was the broadband, which mostly worked, it was the bundled extras like the back-up mobile WiFi through EE which were useless as I have no EE coverage in my area so luckily I never needed it

  • Andyo73 Andy ODonnell (@Andyo73) reported

@blok_32 @SkySports @btsport It's awful mate. Don't know how they get away with it.
