@BTCare If anyone is thinking of going to BT don’t.They forced my mum onto digital and no end of issues since,she is a 78 old vulnerable lady and has not had a phone working since sat night numerous calls to BT & just had a txt saying taking longer than expected.

Have tried to resist the urge to go Full Karen on @bt_uk. Phoned them 2 weeks ago to tell them my parents’ home phone line has been cut in half and broadband is down. Have booked 4 appointments with their engineers, each time they haven’t turned up or said anything. shite 🗑

@bt_uk can’t believe how bad the customer service has been with BT. No internet for two weeks, tried to end contact and was told to pay £350 to do so. Absolutely shocking!

@bt_uk we have been on hold for an hour waiting to speak to someone. The service we were promised when transferring from one property to another is so bad (now just 5 megabits) that we cannot stay with BT. We need to arrange cancellation of services. Please instruct how to do so.

@bt_uk This issue is, I’ve upgraded to Halo 3, or whatever name you’re calling this package, on Monday because I was told this would guarantee stable internet connection. This guarantee is a lie! I was also told I would receive 2 discs on Tuesday, it’s Wednesday now with no discs

@bt_uk What a waste of time - this number, once answered had the same menu as the general number. I have been transferred 4 times spent one hour six minutes on the phone and was cut off. No-one seems to know how to sort this problem and I’m at my wits end. Very stressful!
