  • A71KUR A.R (@A71KUR) reported from Stratford, England

    @btsport that’s bs, terrible decision.

  • sgfmann George Mann (@sgfmann) reported from Ilford, England

@bt_uk I was turned down when I wanted to negotiate, I was charged £85 for broadband and BT sport for three years. I was told “you agreed the price tough”. As I said due to family issues my eye wasn’t on the detail. Closed my BT account over a year ago, never will return.

  • PeterLingua Peter Hughes (@PeterLingua) reported from Tottenham, England

@bt_uk keep being phoned by people who claim they work at BT and are calling me because I have problems with my internet which I don’t and haven’t reported to you. Just checking this definitely isn’t you and not a scam? Was called from 02085584464

  • chrissiemoux Christiana Petrou (@chrissiemoux) reported from Romford, England

@bt_uk Need help! 3rd time asking! The cab outside my house is making a load rustling noise! I can hear it watching TV and in bed. I am worried it isn’t SAFE. PLEASE HELP!

  • steve2682 Armstrong (@steve2682) reported from Bexleyheath, England

@SkyHelpTeam I have been on hold for 33min, is there anyone working in your call centre?? I still have an ongoing internet issue. Your wait times are shocking. Think it’s about time I moved over to @bt_uk

  • jimbo888 jim lee (@jimbo888) reported from East Ham, England

@bt_uk please can you do something about the sheer amount of spam callers we’re getting. 3-4 a day to my mother who has dementia. Already called 150 and they can’t/won’t help

  • teenaantoniou Teena Antoniou (@teenaantoniou) reported from Walthamstow, England

.@BTCare are you available to help on broadband issues? You don’t answer calls and there are no online booking slots. Halo is supposed to have 24hr help?!?!

  • sgfmann George Mann (@sgfmann) reported from Ilford, England

@bt_uk Because we were loyal customers for a decade and you responsed to that loyalty but ramping up our charges outrageously. Because of some difficult family times, we didn’t check as closely as we should but I will never give BT a penny more.

  • original_addick Graham Allen (@original_addick) reported from South Darenth, England

Hey this is bad practice @bt_uk @BBCNews disgusted to get a call today from BT trying to sell me BT Halo and using challenges of internet demand during Covid as a sales technique.

  • martin466004 Martin (@martin466004) reported from Bromley, England

@DaveKirwin @bt_uk This one needed a drop of light oil just to help loosen the dial up, but otherwise is in cracking condition

  • seankerrigan Sean Kerrigan (@seankerrigan) reported from Ilford, England

@norfolkbirdtour @bt_uk Surely Labour is far more expensive than a bit of cable .... so put cheap crap in and when it fails come back and do it again .... senseless

  • robholley Rob Holley (@robholley) reported from Camberwell, England

@ladyjazmana That’s what I’m doing with BT. Was so tired of the slow speeds/no Internet and paying £55 for the privilege plus a land line (??) and BTSport (!!)

  • Flaminhaystack Antonia (@Flaminhaystack) reported from London, England

@jenniseex @bt_uk @virginmedia Yep. I have very poor Internet in my home and pay large prices. Everytime I phone to get it rectified, I'm told there is nothing wrong with the WiFi and my house is the issue. Pathetic. I detest them

  • Farah_Lou farah says (@Farah_Lou) reported from Loughton, England

@bt_uk The mind BOGGLES how your engineers don’t work on weekends? In this day and age you should have 24/7 engineers the same way that plumbers/electricians work. It’s just ridiculous that we pay for a service that can only be fixed on a weekday.

  • Team_M_T Lynn MT (@Team_M_T) reported from Tottenham, England

@bt_uk You might be answering calls but sadly not delivering. Grandparents house move in difficult circumstances, booked in October, have been let down every day for the last 2 weeks. Potentially no internet over Christmas in a rural area with poor cellular network cut off from family

  • ShadaBhaiShahed S.A (@ShadaBhaiShahed) reported from Stratford, England

@bt_uk hi I really need help urgently, an open reach engineer came on Monday to install my complete Wi-fi package it was working fine. But My smart hub 2 has been flashing purple light since 7pm yesterday I have not internet and I’m working from home.

  • CharlotteHuzzey essexgingerbread (@CharlotteHuzzey) reported from Basildon, England

@bt_uk I am trying to cancel my service but have been waiting for an hour to be connected. Please help. Thanks

  • kanishofficial kanish official (@kanishofficial) reported from Camberwell, England

@bt_uk Internet down around Bermondsey. What the hell is going on? 🙄😒😡

  • jimbo888 jim lee (@jimbo888) reported from East Ham, England

@bt_uk I already block them but unfortunately they’re never ending. Surely these numbers can be traced and the relevant authorities can get them shut down as they’re trying to defraud people, Also they’re claiming to be the person’s internet service provider

  • longfella31 Mark Perry (@longfella31) reported from Romford, England

@btsport how does having the 4th & 5th round draw on the same night help fixture congestion?

  • Buffyfan7 Nik (@Buffyfan7) reported

@bt_uk Is that it? Your app says to try the customer service teams on Twitter and you don’t actually do anything? I like that you think it’ll be fixed tomorrow, last time this happened it took 6 days.

  • isitjustme43 Isitjustme? (@isitjustme43) reported

@btsport How much are tickets going to cost if few so fans are in the stadium? Clubs will lose profit anyway. Feel for Northern England, especially clubs in lower leagues. #Awful

  • brydopants Bryan (@brydopants) reported

@bt_uk I'm not receiving any TV signal in the Glasgow G20 area. Are you aware of any fault?

  • zakrules123 zak chapman (@zakrules123) reported

@bt_uk The issue is my postcode isn’t coming up when trying to purchase. I’ve tried to contact openreach but they’ve been far from helpful

  • LucyByrne_ Lucy Byrne (@LucyByrne_) reported

@bt_uk ...which your customer service helpline should not have sold him. If they’d looked at our issue they would know that the reason for poor internet is our ports have been BLOCKED!! My dad is paying for sky which we haven’t had access to for 3 weeks..(cont)

  • zakrules123 zak chapman (@zakrules123) reported

@Tonysmini @bt_uk Hi. Already contacted Royal Mail and they state our details are up to date on their database. So only thing I can think of is our housing association hasn’t registered our house yet or an issue with openreach but trying to contact them is horrendous
