    Why am I surprised? Online account with @btsport I can do anything other than cancel my account! At £36 a month we don’t think is good value but they make it so difficult to cancel. Shame the FCA don’t regulate them!

    @bt_uk The 4g mini hub you’ve sent me isn’t working. It doesn’t show up when I search for it under Wifi. Tried a hard reset & held the button down. Any ideas?

    @bt_uk do not understand the mental stress they are causing with incorrectly charging me over triple the amount they should every month. 0 help from customer services or complaints. Where do I go from here?

    I am so gutted I can’t watch @WestHam all thanks to @btsport and @EE when I pay £15 a month for a service and now I can not log in because my BT ID no longer works and get told I have to wait 72 hours for it to be sorted. Absolute Joke. 😡😡😡😡

    Hi @bt_uk @BTCare Big shout out to Garry. Excellent service, after losing Landline L & Broadband on 25thOctober, due to cables being stolen, whole village and area out. He has stay with this issue until reconnection He has called me today to confirm refund to A/C 👍 #Excellence

    Thank you @bt_uk for helping me. It seems that I wasn't correct as they resolved the issue within their time frame & I wasn't entitled. (The wording could be clearer though.) They also compensated me for a missed visit. I apologize.

    @BTCare we are at our wits end with your customer service. You continually cancel our appointments as you say our service is fixed but it’s INTERMITTENT! And you have already admitted it’s a terrible service, and every weekend regular as clockwork you cancel our next engineer!

    @bt_uk absolutely shocking customer service, major issues since we joined various promises of engineers,no show all the time and being fobbed off on the phone about problems being fixed yet nothing has changed

    When you're supposed to get compensation for a missed appointment or service why do we have to "claim" it & why is the "claim" window time limited? Perhaps @bt_uk can explain, especially as they boast about it.

    @bt_uk spoke to a advisor 2 days ago about a network issue on our line and a engineer would be out, yet when I check on my account there is no fault raised and no engineer has turned up

    @bt_uk Shocking service, no escalation of a complaint allowed as your at home, leaving my vulnerable parents unconnected since early January. Almost an hour on hold every time we call to be fobbed off, not happy!!

    @bt_uk your broadband is a joke You say there is no downtime but near every day there are cut outs or the Internet speeds drop from the measly 15mbps to 6mbps Constant packet lose among other issues and to top it off, my mum is spending £26.99 for it and the Internet is crap

    @bt_uk Could you set up a system where a customer could press a specific key sequence immediately after hanging up on a call to report it as a scam call? Once I have picked up the phone, my day is already interrupted, I don’t want to then have to find a website to report it.

    @bt_uk Whats happening with the fix on the BT Virus Protect "FIREWALL" issue for iMac Big Sur users... can you provide your customers with an update and when this is likely to fixed.... it is part of the package you offer customers and you are failing to provide this.

    @bt_uk 1. Service not live even after a week 2. Spent 1.5 hours with Connections team, the first guy locked me out. 2. BT did not follow up on their update call 3. Complaint filed no follow up 4. Spent 1 hour with BT yesterday 5. BT missed our update call today. FIX YOUR SERVICE
