    @bt_uk We're having to reboot router to get things working. Twice today. Yesterday evening there was an issue too and... It's too frequent and doesn't match with the WiFi guarantee

    @bt_uk I switched to BT after weeks of having no broadband due to issues with a previous supplier. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone I've spoken to as they couldn't have been more helpful. I'm now up and running and very happy!

    @bt_uk My houseing officer will not let me have an aerial on the roof but she did offer me a satellite dish I can have because this is a bad reception for aerials in my street and the majority of people here I've got satellite dishes or communal dishes that's what I'm trying to say

    @bt_uk disgusting service for new customers. My grandparents who are in their 70/80’s ordered newest bt tv product a few weeks back ahead of them moving house. Only to find bt turned up at old address despite being told of new address and now refusing to come round TIL tues

    @bt_uk My housing officer told me me that this is a poor aerial for aerials free council guys out and I come fix it I also told me me that you know this is a satellite area where you live majority of the people in your streets has got dishes so I went back to my housing officer

    @bt_uk That's if I can get into my now TV package so I can turn on or off what I want I can't do that on the now my BT app keeps coming up that is got network problems on the app

    @minxhoney @EE @bt_uk @MartinSLewis @EE love to give you the spill even in the shop, then when you get your first bill realise it’s a load of rubbish. Happened to me twice now. I will be leaving @ee when my contract is up now. Been a customer for about 20 years.

    @bt_uk I got a problem it's not my fault and it's not BT issue I lost a lot of Freeview channels in my flat I went to no cancel and said you can have a dish because aerials are very bad in your area where you live we've had a lot of people coming to us about the same problem

    @btsport Tried to log in with details saved . Wont let me as normal . Hopeless service never get to anyone . About anything had it with you lot . Dreadfull service .

    @bt_uk Was on the phone with BT and told 49 is the best this area can get, my parents can not stream disney plus anymore as our speed is too slow. What ******** has @bt_uk been doing to our speeds? They put the prices up and slow the speeds down. Glad i'm only paying 100 odd a month.

    @BTCare any danger of the issues in BT28 being sorted any time soon? Was assured at 12.45 today that it would be sorted by close of business and here we are at 9.39 still without broadband, phone and TV. Working from home is going to be some craic tomorrow again ...

Mine is still showing as 'expected fix time' of yesterday 6pm... and the only direct response I've got says 'sorry there is currently no update available on the fix time the incident is still open though'. I should say the same thing when my bill is due...

    So #virginmediadown This is why I've been hesitant to switch despite nice deals Being unreliable & VPN unfriendly is not worth any amount of savings Never had problems with @bt_uk, just need @WeAreOpenreach to upgrade exchange - only 1 locally not being upgraded to full fibre
