Can anyone at @bt_uk help?!? My parents in 70s have been waiting for phone line & broadband to be installed - order place on 4th July. They’re completed without internet or phone with v poor mobile signal. They rely on internet and in current Covid climate it’s distressing them!

@K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

@bt_uk Just upgraded to Smart Hub 2. After logging out of website and back in its managed to get back into the stream now but having wanted to watch a 90 mins football match pretty peeved that we missed most of 2nd half due to poor broadband 🤯 and we lost 🤬

@bt_uk I posted the equipment you asked me to return back on the 1st March unfortunately Royal Mail Track and Trace says its still at the post office I sent it back to you from. The websites's not working properly so I can't contact BT through that.

@bt_uk my internet is down and the service status is saying it’ll fixed either today or tomorrow but I did the HELP thing coz it took a while for the status service to update and that’s saying 2nd April. I live in E17 can you confirm you lot are actually looking at it?
