They’re completed without internet or phone with v poor mobile signal. They rely on internet and in current Covid climate it’s distressing them!

I've been in contact with the technical team who arranged a call back that never happened. When I got back in touch after they didn't call back they denied promising to call back. Chris (Christina) (@GalanthusA) reported@scubashark45 @bt_uk Unless you are happy to be without access to emails for hours (like today) I wouldn't recommend the switch. BT used to be good and worth paying extra for but not now. Been trouble since their EE merger and the fibre roll out.
