@BTCare we are at our wits end with your customer service. You continually cancel our appointments as you say our service is fixed but it’s INTERMITTENT! And you have already admitted it’s a terrible service, and every weekend regular as clockwork you cancel our next engineer!

Unfortunately i doubt they have the stock to replace your console as it would mean cancelling someone else's, this is why they've refunded you.
