Why am I surprised? Online account with @btsport I can do anything other than cancel my account! At £36 a month we don’t think is good value but they make it so difficult to cancel. Shame the FCA don’t regulate them!

Hi @bt_uk @BTCare Big shout out to Garry. Excellent service, after losing Landline L & Broadband on 25thOctober, due to cables being stolen, whole village and area out. He has stay with this issue until reconnection He has called me today to confirm refund to A/C 👍 #Excellence

@BTCare we are at our wits end with your customer service. You continually cancel our appointments as you say our service is fixed but it’s INTERMITTENT! And you have already admitted it’s a terrible service, and every weekend regular as clockwork you cancel our next engineer!

When you're supposed to get compensation for a missed appointment or service why do we have to "claim" it & why is the "claim" window time limited? Perhaps @bt_uk can explain, especially as they boast about it.

I am so gutted I can’t watch @WestHam all thanks to @btsport and @EE when I pay £15 a month for a service and now I can not log in because my BT ID no longer works and get told I have to wait 72 hours for it to be sorted. Absolute Joke. 😡😡😡😡

For a company that prides themselves as Europe’s largest telecoms service provider, @bt_uk have the most lousy customer service team in history! If I go into detail on what I’ve been through!! All because of one master socket install. Which mind you still hasn’t been resolved.

IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR BROADBAND , DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk !! THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!! Been waiting at my flat since 8am, only to call up and find out the appointment was not booked correctly !!! Everyone that works at @bt_uk clearly have an IQ of a toddler.

@bt_uk I have no Wi-Fi, so, I literally cannot watch anything on TV or on my tablet. My so called Halo Hub, just keeps flashing orange. When I called BT, I was told that BT closes at 20:00 🕗 on Saturday’s. Are you not supposed to be open 24 hours to solve problems like these?

@bt_uk Thanks Nicola. I'll give them a try. BT's customer service is very unhelpful and seem to communicate with the technical team by messages and said they couldn't redirect my call. When I eventually got through to the technical team even they had to escalate it up- no idea to whom!
