    @bt_uk It’s a complicated order so needed Customer service to speak to sales (I think) hence on hold a number of times - had order fibre installation which engineer said was not really possible at the house, so want to revert to copper line already here - just need it switches back on!

    My @bt_uk broadband has been down for a week, fifth outage in twelve months. Halo 900 package, unbreakable WiFi the website says - not true. Hybrid Connect doesn’t, no urgency to resolve anything. We’re being let down hugely.

    @bt_uk I’ve twice been on with BT customer service trying to get order to reinstate a line sorted - helpful staff both times - but each time call cut off when on hold before order finalised - once after call of 50 mins 🤯 then have to start from scratch again with new staff 😩

    @Hells4Heroes @bt_uk I’m with BT Helen.. & my Wifi was terrible at the time, they sent me out a new up to date router & boosters for free.. they can test the speed remotely for your Mum. I have worked in telecoms previously & they’re the best provider.

    @bt_uk As already highlighted we have now spoken to Royal Mail they explained that they own the postal code system as they deliver letters across the country, because we don't have an access point for letters to be delivered we won't be added, quite rightly so. The issue is with @bt_uk

    @bt_uk It didn’t give me a department to call. I finally got through after an hour of waiting and the problem has been resolved. I’d also called on Tuesday evening and in total had been waiting well over 2 hours. All for a password reset!

    @bt_uk We were unable to order online so did as instructed and called up so have no idea how it was set up, the issue is we should have been told from the beginning, and even so if we can't get registered with RM we can't have broadband 🤯

    Get @SkyUK #skyglass they said … it’s brilliant they said. Yeah, until there’s an internet outage and you can’t use or access a single thing on your TV. My advice, don’t bother with it. Had nothing but problems. Room for a little one @bt_uk ? 😡

    PLEASE BE AWARE OF SCAM! Just answered a phone call from a nice man telling me that there are problems with my @bt_uk broadband speed? Kept him talking as long as I could without sharing any personal information. Obviously it’s a scam as I’m not with BT!

    @bt_uk make it quite impossible to claim the reward card. None of the links work and as a new customer I have to say making contact with BT is also a huge battle. One new link after another Not really impressed already !

    @bt_uk I have an issue with my tv service. Are we not allowed to watch anything out of hours as you can't be contacted for help? Utter crap service. Bet I'll still be charged though! Hopeless this. Couple nights off work and can't sodding watch anything 🤬🤬

    Really frustrated with @bt_uk service. No broadband internet for last 14 days and being consistently told its 1 more day. They are saying 7 more days atleast. They said we have sent you a Halo device but no tracking. One agent says its coming while other says not sent yet? Tragic

    @bt_uk awaiting *another* call from your tech services operators, not yet received. At the moment, I am paying £60-70 a month to have both my phone line and broadband service to go down twice in 3 days - and about every six months over the last 2-3 years....

    @bt_uk absolute lies, my internet cut off yesterday and the back up doesnt work nor connect to the router, even installed it properly, spoke to tech team and they cant get it working, poor service also false advertising cause it doesnt work

    @DaleSnow2 @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp They don’t have to own their mistakes because they just maintain the line. I’m not paying them anything, I’m not their customer. They pretty poor ad a result. Giving good service does not change the money they make. So they don’t.

    @bt_uk I’m unable to make mobile phone calls? It just keeps saying call failed. I’ve restarted my phone but it didn’t help. My husband has the same problem.

    @bt_uk advert states, get full FTTP , you will get BT hybrid incase anything goes wrong, you will be connected, LIES!!!, internet went out yesterday and the bt hybrid doesnt connect to the router, done everything it says to make it work and still craps out, poor service
