@bt_uk It’s a complicated order so needed Customer service to speak to sales (I think) hence on hold a number of times - had order fibre installation which engineer said was not really possible at the house, so want to revert to copper line already here - just need it switches back on!

@bt_uk I’ve twice been on with BT customer service trying to get order to reinstate a line sorted - helpful staff both times - but each time call cut off when on hold before order finalised - once after call of 50 mins 🤯 then have to start from scratch again with new staff 😩

@bt_uk useless customer service, phone line dead 8 days ago, twice been promised an engineer would resolve it and twice it didn’t happen, online chat telling us the engineer is working on the fault at the exchange whilst I’m sat looking at the box void of said engineer!!!

@bt_uk Hi James Yes, I called and the lady put a request to openreach to change the phone lines for new ones, rather than repair them every week. I’ve not got much confidence that open reach will do this, but I am hopeful. 6 weeks with broken broadband is not fun with 3 kids! Thanks

@bt_uk I know that your advisors have completed the request 3 times twice incorrectly They have been ignored by everyone. They are vulnerable and you and open reach cast them aside. I pray they do not need emergency services today. Absolutely appalling service and no Avenue to complain
