    PLEASE BE AWARE OF SCAM! Just answered a phone call from a nice man telling me that there are problems with my @bt_uk broadband speed? Kept him talking as long as I could without sharing any personal information. Obviously it’s a scam as I’m not with BT!

    @bt_uk It’s a complicated order so needed Customer service to speak to sales (I think) hence on hold a number of times - had order fibre installation which engineer said was not really possible at the house, so want to revert to copper line already here - just need it switches back on!

    @bt_uk It didn’t give me a department to call. I finally got through after an hour of waiting and the problem has been resolved. I’d also called on Tuesday evening and in total had been waiting well over 2 hours. All for a password reset!

    My @bt_uk broadband has been down for a week, fifth outage in twelve months. Halo 900 package, unbreakable WiFi the website says - not true. Hybrid Connect doesn’t, no urgency to resolve anything. We’re being let down hugely.

    @bt_uk make it quite impossible to claim the reward card. None of the links work and as a new customer I have to say making contact with BT is also a huge battle. One new link after another Not really impressed already !

    @bt_uk I’ve twice been on with BT customer service trying to get order to reinstate a line sorted - helpful staff both times - but each time call cut off when on hold before order finalised - once after call of 50 mins 🤯 then have to start from scratch again with new staff 😩

    @Hells4Heroes @bt_uk I’m with BT Helen.. & my Wifi was terrible at the time, they sent me out a new up to date router & boosters for free.. they can test the speed remotely for your Mum. I have worked in telecoms previously & they’re the best provider.

    @bt_uk We were unable to order online so did as instructed and called up so have no idea how it was set up, the issue is we should have been told from the beginning, and even so if we can't get registered with RM we can't have broadband 🤯

    Get @SkyUK #skyglass they said … it’s brilliant they said. Yeah, until there’s an internet outage and you can’t use or access a single thing on your TV. My advice, don’t bother with it. Had nothing but problems. Room for a little one @bt_uk ? 😡

    @bt_uk cut our broadband off because of an order that THEY messed up. We have been without broadband in our house for 6 days with 2 people working from home losing income - not to mention the family in Ukraine we cannot reach. 46 calls and still no sign of a solution.

    @bt_uk Can’t watch anything as we have had no broadband since 18.2.22 and the only communication in this time was a letter about price increases. Can you help? Got a 15 yo trying to study for his GCSEs. You sent a data hub but we have no coverage on that network.

    @bt_uk @Chris66092274 My parents were sold the same thing during lockdown over a year ago. They didn’t want to ‘be a trouble’ so I couldn’t get involved. It’s disgraceful. They have been with BT for 50 years!!! How can I sort this out ?

    @Chris66092274 @bt_uk THIS happened to my folks too. Shame on you BT!!! Taking advantage of the very customers who have stayed with them for nearly 50 years! What a way to treat them. Hope managed to unravel this. My folks wouldn’t let me get involved.

    @Chris66092274 If @bt_uk don't listen to reason. Best thing they can do is switch to sky or something and just cancel the DD very much doubt they ate worried about there credit at there age
