@bt_uk I’ve twice been on with BT customer service trying to get order to reinstate a line sorted - helpful staff both times - but each time call cut off when on hold before order finalised - once after call of 50 mins 🤯 then have to start from scratch again with new staff 😩

@TrylineUK @SkySports Hopefully we f**K them off coverage and presenting of our game has been a disgrace for a few year now, but we probz don't help ourselfs. I'd see what @btsport were offering before making any decisions over sky contract. I have no faith in Robert Elstone getting the contract.

@bt_uk It’s a complicated order so needed Customer service to speak to sales (I think) hence on hold a number of times - had order fibre installation which engineer said was not really possible at the house, so want to revert to copper line already here - just need it switches back on!

@bt_uk useless customer service, phone line dead 8 days ago, twice been promised an engineer would resolve it and twice it didn’t happen, online chat telling us the engineer is working on the fault at the exchange whilst I’m sat looking at the box void of said engineer!!!

PLEASE BE AWARE OF SCAM! Just answered a phone call from a nice man telling me that there are problems with my @bt_uk broadband speed? Kept him talking as long as I could without sharing any personal information. Obviously it’s a scam as I’m not with BT!

@bt_uk Thank you and bless you for the efforts. The problem lies in the fact we got high speed fibre cabled to a remote village with GPO phone lines intended to carry fewer than twenty phone cals at a time, then new houses were added on and no one can replace the Aluminium connector.

@bt_uk BT line been down all day, elderly parents have no other form of communication. I reported fault via text on my phone, apparently issue reported at 11.40am, told issue expected to be resolved by 27th Sept! Surely it can’t take two weeks to fix.

@bt_uk I literally just sent you a screenshot of this help page. It doesn’t help. The only way I can return equipment is with a return bag, which I didn’t receive and can’t request a replacement as I don’t have the option in myBT that this help page claims.

@bt_uk in all my years of running a business I have never come across such horrendous customer service as I have with BT Cloud Voice. New phones have now been in place for 4 weeks, and my BT “project manager” continues to duck my calls 🤬

@bt_uk The landline is my parents only form of communication, they do not own mobile phones, so this situation leaves them very vulnerable. I live in the same street and have Virgin phone line with no issues at all.
