@TrylineUK @SkySports Hopefully we f**K them off coverage and presenting of our game has been a disgrace for a few year now, but we probz don't help ourselfs. I'd see what @btsport were offering before making any decisions over sky contract. I have no faith in Robert Elstone getting the contract.

@bt_uk not sure why my FTTH with 130Mbps download isn’t capable of handing a iPlayer and a Teams call?! They use 5Mbps and 1.5Mbps respectively which is 5% of the down speed allegedly I should be receiving. I was also told that FTTH wasn’t load balanced or profiled.

@bt_uk We decided try BT for our TV and WIFI after shocking service with Virgin. 3 weeks after our install date we still have neither. 3/4 phone calls per week to your CS dept. on hold for 50 minutes each time.

@bt_uk I’ve twice been on with BT customer service trying to get order to reinstate a line sorted - helpful staff both times - but each time call cut off when on hold before order finalised - once after call of 50 mins 🤯 then have to start from scratch again with new staff 😩

@bt_uk useless customer service, phone line dead 8 days ago, twice been promised an engineer would resolve it and twice it didn’t happen, online chat telling us the engineer is working on the fault at the exchange whilst I’m sat looking at the box void of said engineer!!!

@bt_uk was supposed to have someone out today to fix internet between 8am-1pm. No ones turned up. No one is answering the phones on the 0800 number. Oh an the engineer mobile number is ringing once then going to voicemail. What’s going on????

@bt_uk I've had such a bad experience, with bt. Regarding my orders and aerials and a lady on the phone refusing to give me the head office complaints number. Shambles of a company. I've been with bt for 9 months and 9 months of hell. I will be taking this further

@bt_uk From the engineer not arriving on time, to no contact being made despite the lateness and then a reschedule being available 2 days later I find is quite unacceptable and would like to see a better service done by yourselves.

@bt_uk Reported a fault on our landline on 16 May. Have had a couple of engineer visits but no fix yet. Every day your 'track faults' page promises 'we aim to fix this by the end of [tomorrow]'. With no mobile coverage indoors, we need this line failure repaired.
