@bt_uk I ordered a new broadband connection before lockdown in March. Outside works completed, do you have a date to restart indoor connections. WFH with poor internet need the upgrade.

@bt_uk I was also supposed to have a free upgrade to the Halo service. But the BT app doesn't let me register.

@bt_uk We decided try BT for our TV and WIFI after shocking service with Virgin. 3 weeks after our install date we still have neither. 3/4 phone calls per week to your CS dept. on hold for 50 minutes each time.

@bt_uk not sure why my FTTH with 130Mbps download isn’t capable of handing a iPlayer and a Teams call?! They use 5Mbps and 1.5Mbps respectively which is 5% of the down speed allegedly I should be receiving. I was also told that FTTH wasn’t load balanced or profiled.

@lolobozzle @BTCare Not sure. Perhaps citizens advice could help? It's in nobody's interest to try and force someone to pay up roe a service they can no longer afford due to a change of circumstances put of their control.

@bt_uk After 5 years of the same terrible service and numerous complaints I doubt very much that you will be able to look into it very far, our entire street suffers the same abysmal service. I will dm you though so you you can play lip service.

@bt_uk have a few issues with account. I upgraded but now my download speeds have been reduced I’m now paying for something I didn’t order. I also should have a previous complaint open from when you charged me £400 for an incorrect bill, I still have not had this sorted out

@bt_uk @btsport BT Broadband services is horrible. Getting speed of 1-2 MBps for paying 43£ for a minimum 25 MBps guaranteed speed. BT has not bothered to sort it out in spite of several calls/complaints. Doesn't allow to cancel/exit contract when minimum contractual obligations are not met

Help me out internet, I have a faulty @bt_uk disc, BT have given me fault reference, told to go back to @EE as I bought from them, (owned by BT anyway) product is guaranteed for 3 years, EE said they only replace within 30 days, each saying the other should replace. Help!!
