@bt_uk It’s a complicated order so needed Customer service to speak to sales (I think) hence on hold a number of times - had order fibre installation which engineer said was not really possible at the house, so want to revert to copper line already here - just need it switches back on!

@TrylineUK @SkySports Hopefully we f**K them off coverage and presenting of our game has been a disgrace for a few year now, but we probz don't help ourselfs. I'd see what @btsport were offering before making any decisions over sky contract. I have no faith in Robert Elstone getting the contract.

@bt_uk our internet went off on the 20th and you might repair it on the 25th? Fix phone on the 26th? Misleading to call yourself superfast broadband.

Moved house back in May. Thought it would be easier to keep @bt_uk for phone & broadband. Not in the slightest...problems with continuity of service at the start. They've since moved me onto digital voice. Phoned 3 times to get complementary compatible phones...

My @bt_uk broadband has been down for a week, fifth outage in twelve months. Halo 900 package, unbreakable WiFi the website says - not true. Hybrid Connect doesn’t, no urgency to resolve anything. We’re being let down hugely.

@bt_uk I’ve twice been on with BT customer service trying to get order to reinstate a line sorted - helpful staff both times - but each time call cut off when on hold before order finalised - once after call of 50 mins 🤯 then have to start from scratch again with new staff 😩

@bt_uk It didn’t give me a department to call. I finally got through after an hour of waiting and the problem has been resolved. I’d also called on Tuesday evening and in total had been waiting well over 2 hours. All for a password reset!

PLEASE BE AWARE OF SCAM! Just answered a phone call from a nice man telling me that there are problems with my @bt_uk broadband speed? Kept him talking as long as I could without sharing any personal information. Obviously it’s a scam as I’m not with BT!

Alright, this is beyond a joke. I've been completely without internet/phone for over a week now. The BT Openreach engineers tried and failed to fix it last week. More were meant to be here this morning. It's now 5pm. Nothing What's going on here, @BT_UK?

@bt_uk The 14th is not acceptable. This problem is all of BT's own doing. We clearly told BT our line was not to be cancelled. You cancelled our line when you installed our neighbour's line. We have been without Internet ever since due to BT!!!

@bt_uk Honestly I regret ever signing up to BT. No service for 3 days. BT advised an external engineer had been arranged, day came called bt, was advised engineer had cleared issue n should have internet by 1pm. Called at 5 BT changed story to engineer appt was cancelled.

@StuRowls @bt_uk Hello, have you got local Wi-Fi available in order to check if you’re on iOS 16.1.2? This might give you the options you’re looking for or even better, fix the issue and you’re having when it tries to connect and then goes back to no service.
