    @bt_uk I ordered a new broadband connection before lockdown in March. Outside works completed, do you have a date to restart indoor connections. WFH with poor internet need the upgrade.

    @netflix @NetflixUK I have a fast 300mbs connection and Fibre to premises connection with @bt_uk and paying for the ultraHD but the quality is not great, it's very blocky, like 480-720 being played on a 4k UHD TV. Please help!

    @btsport so everybody is in the same boat during this pandemic and everyone is helping each other apart from @btsport who can't seem to cancel a simple subscription and even pass me to debt recovery over a debt that not only do I not owe, but is completely incorrect!

    @CuriousCrowArt @bt_uk Absolute pisstakers, Sky Sports easily allow you to pause your subscription during all this and STILL give full access to all the channels. BT Sport do nothing of the sort, still charge full price and make it impossible to cancel. You need to take a long, hard look at yourselves.

    @MrChrisClay_ @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Yep. Well meaning but again, utterly hopeless call back. Said I’d had ‘bad luck’. Failed hub, cancelled engineer visit & now an outage in space of a week is just ‘bad luck’. Or shockingly poor service. One of the two.

Done the whole like test which said there wasn't a problem in the area (even tho there is) and that I have an issue outside that an engineer will fix on Thursday at the latest but they will confirm in the next 24 hours exactly when it will be.

    @BTCare Fiasco of switching broadband provider to BT I find that my current provider has cut me off. BT gave the wrong date! Call with BT for 30m this morning, told my problem, waited for fibre team -got thru -they hung up Whats going on -I have no internet 😡

    @bt_uk Jordan, I’ve only just realised you tweeted me!!!! I’m sorry, I know some time has passed, he has since been given a new hub & £50 credit. It still stops working from time to time, and tbh £50 credit is not much for the service he has been getting

    @bt_uk and now we’ve had the ‘well, it’s Sunday’ call. So somehow I’m being unreasonable by asking BT to sort a problem they said would be fixed yesterday because now it’s Sunday. Again, I need to be patient. Naughty me, expecting broadband from a broadband provider.
