    @bt_uk Text msg received today??!: Hello, BT here. We're sorry, but we need to change the date that some of your services will start or stop. Your broadband start date is changing from 17-Nov-2020 to 30-Nov-2020. Your phone service start date is changing from 24-Dec-2020 to 30-Nov-2020.

    @bt_uk hello trying to change account name after my father died. Finally negotiated after several attempts your phone lines. When spoke to a person and was being transfered we got cut off. HELP you are proving the most difficult to sort out! Thank you in anticipation

    @bt_uk Any problems with internet or signal in BD16 area at present? Our NOW TV service has been saying it's offline a lot (eventually works) & laptop struggled today too.

    @TrylineUK @SkySports Hopefully we f**K them off coverage and presenting of our game has been a disgrace for a few year now, but we probz don't help ourselfs. I'd see what @btsport were offering before making any decisions over sky contract. I have no faith in Robert Elstone getting the contract.

    @bt_uk I was also supposed to have a free upgrade to the Halo service. But the BT app doesn't let me register.

    @bt_uk not sure why my FTTH with 130Mbps download isn’t capable of handing a iPlayer and a Teams call?! They use 5Mbps and 1.5Mbps respectively which is 5% of the down speed allegedly I should be receiving. I was also told that FTTH wasn’t load balanced or profiled.

    @bt_uk We decided try BT for our TV and WIFI after shocking service with Virgin. 3 weeks after our install date we still have neither. 3/4 phone calls per week to your CS dept. on hold for 50 minutes each time.

    @btbusinesscare I wish to make a complaint I have requested to leave BT business service. The contract was over and the person over the phone has said this will be done. But know I have received a letter from BT business saying thank you for staying and a new order number.

    @bt_uk Don’t answer the phone, no way of contacting you by email, live chat tell you nonsense, the only way to speak to anyone is to make a complaint. Then they tell you there is nothing they can do to help. Dreadful customer service.

    @btbusinesscare We have called the support team many times but the issue has never been solved,the area where we do business is not covered by fibre and the cable for the broadband are old can you imagine a business nowadays with a bad WiFi provider?
