    Moved house back in May. Thought it would be easier to keep @bt_uk for phone & broadband. Not in the slightest...problems with continuity of service at the start. They've since moved me onto digital voice. Phoned 3 times to get complementary compatible phones...

    @bt_uk We were unable to order online so did as instructed and called up so have no idea how it was set up, the issue is we should have been told from the beginning, and even so if we can't get registered with RM we can't have broadband 🤯

    PLEASE BE AWARE OF SCAM! Just answered a phone call from a nice man telling me that there are problems with my @bt_uk broadband speed? Kept him talking as long as I could without sharing any personal information. Obviously it’s a scam as I’m not with BT!

    @bt_uk As already highlighted we have now spoken to Royal Mail they explained that they own the postal code system as they deliver letters across the country, because we don't have an access point for letters to be delivered we won't be added, quite rightly so. The issue is with @bt_uk

    @bt_uk It didn’t give me a department to call. I finally got through after an hour of waiting and the problem has been resolved. I’d also called on Tuesday evening and in total had been waiting well over 2 hours. All for a password reset!

    @bt_uk It’s a complicated order so needed Customer service to speak to sales (I think) hence on hold a number of times - had order fibre installation which engineer said was not really possible at the house, so want to revert to copper line already here - just need it switches back on!

    @aliogg_77 @btsport The Saturday blackout was brought in 50 years ago and doesn’t show any benefit these days - in fact the EFL themselves have been campaigning to get it scrapped. On the FA cup point, little old Manchester United the live game tonight, sure the 900k in TV money will do them good.

    My @bt_uk broadband has been down for a week, fifth outage in twelve months. Halo 900 package, unbreakable WiFi the website says - not true. Hybrid Connect doesn’t, no urgency to resolve anything. We’re being let down hugely.

    @bt_uk Your broadband tests are saying everything is fine with my broadband, when clearly that isn't the case. According to other websites reporting AND CORRECTLY may I add, of an outage in my area HA2. I have been without broadband for 8 hours already. Who can update me for fix?

    @bt_uk It was supposed to be a business account but the service was terrible. We never even had an engineer turn up. Even though you gave us 5 appointments not even an email saying you were not coming. You have taken £72.50 out of our account and asked for a further £972 for cancelling

    @bt_uk I’m so sad…on 19 Nov an @OpenreachHelp engineer swore at me when he called to access the property to fix my broadband…I have battled depression and anxiety for years and this got me on a bad day…I had a panic attack while trying to explain this to someone @bt_uk
