@bt_uk massive shoutout to Alexander McCulloch in the order team who went way above and beyond fixing a problem with our recent switch. The computer said no - but Alexander listened to us and agreed that the computer was wrong and is getting it fixed!!!

@TrylineUK @SkySports Hopefully we f**K them off coverage and presenting of our game has been a disgrace for a few year now, but we probz don't help ourselfs. I'd see what @btsport were offering before making any decisions over sky contract. I have no faith in Robert Elstone getting the contract.

@bt_uk Hi. An 81yr old friend just had a landline call and handed it to me as he is quite deaf and I was visiting. A guy claiming to be from BT said there were problems with router and it sounded fake so I hung up

@bt_uk We decided try BT for our TV and WIFI after shocking service with Virgin. 3 weeks after our install date we still have neither. 3/4 phone calls per week to your CS dept. on hold for 50 minutes each time.

@bt_uk This is some of the best customer service I have seen! “Although Plusnet use the same Openreach lines and they can provide an SLT of 80/20...At the moment there is not availability in the BT slots in order to move your SLT to 80/20...” time to give up and switch!

@bt_uk Console/house/all internet works fine WiFi/Ethernet. Only issue is connection - PSN and BT internet, but it’s only the PlayStation network for playing online. But that works when connected to hotspot so for some reason doesn’t like the HUB despite connecting fine this morning

@bt_uk I normally use a cable better connection. when I run test internet is fine itself but the PSN fails - tweeted the support on here and they say it’s issue with the router (ps connects with mobile data though then works) so it has to relate to internet connection
