    @bt_uk In which case you need more engineers as a two week replacement time is simply unacceptable. Can you advise how I can make a formal complaint and also claim for the loss of service, as I’m now unable to use the TV package that I’m paying for, for two weeks. Thank you.

    @bt_uk Text msg received today??!: Hello, BT here. We're sorry, but we need to change the date that some of your services will start or stop. Your broadband start date is changing from 17-Nov-2020 to 30-Nov-2020. Your phone service start date is changing from 24-Dec-2020 to 30-Nov-2020.

    @bt_uk We decided try BT for our TV and WIFI after shocking service with Virgin. 3 weeks after our install date we still have neither. 3/4 phone calls per week to your CS dept. on hold for 50 minutes each time.

    @bt_uk Can you confirm I still have an appointment booked for 1st September (VOL053-7854135680959), only online fail tracker said it should have been fixed yesterday and has a supplier update that says visit cancelled. Was very unhappy with appt leadtime, so hope it is still on.

    @bt_uk Really unimpressed that I’ve been advised I have to wait until the 1st September to have my faulty BTTV box replaced by an engineer. Was told it can’t be posted which seems insane, but then to be told I’ve got to wait two weeks without the use of the service is very poor.

    Feeling tired now and I really wanted to watch #UFC285 tonight with the return of Jon Jones to the octagon in Las Vegas. Sucks that @btsport in the UK 🇬🇧 show it at 1am and through the early hours until like 7am. Definitely getting old if I cannot do all nighters anymore!

    @btsport Significant issues trying to stream UFC 285 today. Either it doesn’t load, stops half way, or the quality is terrible. Exhibited on multiple devices, wireless and wired connections. 500Mbps sustained confirmed internet connection. Are you aware and fixing?

    @bt_uk get off your backsides! Compensate appropriately. Cease closing complaints when THEY ARE STILL VERY MUCH OPEN. Stick to your appointments that you book with your customers - yes, you book!! Is this enough to prove shoddy service. Shame on you BT. Appalling!!!
