    @bt_uk My internet just got cut off and your phone support is only during hours that aren’t my usual waking hours due to a sleep disorder. Can we get this resolved via DM right away to avoid any disability based accessibility issues? I rely on the internet for my work.

    Only had my bt broadband since Monday and every time it rains (which is a lot) It drops off 😩 not a great a start bt_uk would help if I could get through to speak to someone too!

    @bt_uk make it quite impossible to claim the reward card. None of the links work and as a new customer I have to say making contact with BT is also a huge battle. One new link after another Not really impressed already !

'If your automated systems are secretly scanning my IP address without my consent and blocking my service because I use a secure dedicated IP, that is a fault in YOUR system, not mine.     @bt_uk It was escalated to a complaint yesterday, but due to your systems been down nothing happened. Just come off a call from them this morning and they have an engineer booked for TUESDAY, assuming the turn up this time and fix the fault, that’s 20 days you’ve left a know vulnerable

    @bt_uk Internet cut out last night. Router is blue but says no Internet connection, struggling to even use phones on 4 and 5g and all other devices and gaming consoles not connecting. Its been rebooted and factory reset, help please?

    I recently changed my tv and bb provider from @bt_uk to @EE the system was supposed to be a straight transition withe same quality of elements but the EE system is rubbish and it is almost impossible to speak to someone to help

    @bt_uk Your email security is blocking access to the mail server as it suspects the network I’m on… works sometimes, then stops, change network and it’s a lottery if it works or not… I’ve setup a forward to gmail

    @bt_uk I see other people are having problems logging into BT email. The status is "We’ll be right back. Sorry, but we’re doing some maintenance on the site at the moment. It should be back...in a short while." How can you be doing "maintenance" in the middle of a working day?

    @bt_uk want to make a complaint about EE. I am 72 technology I can’t handle. All I wanted to do was speak to a customer service they didn’t want to know. Sky at least treated me as a human, I was so upset, gave bad feedback they didn’t care
