    @bt_uk imagine BT promising a call back after the disaster yesterday. First agent failed to sort account out and lied. Second agent put the phone down on me and the third agent promised me a call at 10:30am. No call.

    Just watched the brilliant #Greavsie on @btsport - what a player. Even in grainy black and white footage you can see just *how* good he was on horrid, boggy pitches. To come back from the alcoholism showed the strength of character.

    Typical @bt_uk service, put 30 days notice to leave in a few days ago and now my fibre is suddenly 1/3 of the speed it should be. I’m still paying for this you know! 50mb below my ‘stay fast’ guarantee too

    @bt_uk Really unimpressed that I’ve been advised I have to wait until the 1st September to have my faulty BTTV box replaced by an engineer. Was told it can’t be posted which seems insane, but then to be told I’ve got to wait two weeks without the use of the service is very poor.

    Only had my bt broadband since Monday and every time it rains (which is a lot) It drops off 😩 not a great a start @bt_uk would help if I could get through to speak to someone too!

    @bt_uk Hi, I did but I have been told it can’t be upgraded until the 21st of Dec however I was told that it does not need a home visit just a change over in the exchange box nearby. I can’t work from home on the slow speed, is there anyway I can get an earlier/ emergency appointment ?

    @bt_uk your complaints service is shocking. Wait 5days for someone to phone, for them not to be able to help and then close your complaint even when you ask them not too. No complaints team either. Multiple issues and no one seems to be able to do anything!

    @btbusinesscare Update, following enough complaints from the village it looks like the issue may be resolved. We have had phones for 24 hours now. Openreach are continuing to investigate.

    Guys from @OpenreachHelp didn’t show up within the window to sort out fibre despite being told they would definitely show. 1 month no resolution. @bt_uk useless & can’t even understand or read their own system. Can someone please take ownership of this omnishambles @Ofcom

    If you're waiting for @bt_uk to provide your 'world-class' #broadband I have some bad news for you; yesterday Sunday Times reported @Ofcom have struck a deal with BT not to enforce price constraints on broadband servces for the next 11 years! So, you'll be paying thorugh the nose
