The computer said no - but Alexander listened to us and agreed that the computer was wrong and is getting it fixed!!!

Seems to fix itself then we get a period of constant dropouts 20-30 times a day. We are Sky Broadband but on BT infrastructure in the village so falls to Open Reach to fault find.
