    @bt_uk Can you confirm I still have an appointment booked for 1st September (VOL053-7854135680959), only online fail tracker said it should have been fixed yesterday and has a supplier update that says visit cancelled. Was very unhappy with appt leadtime, so hope it is still on.

    @bt_uk In which case you need more engineers as a two week replacement time is simply unacceptable. Can you advise how I can make a formal complaint and also claim for the loss of service, as I’m now unable to use the TV package that I’m paying for, for two weeks. Thank you.

    @bt_uk imagine BT promising a call back after the disaster yesterday. First agent failed to sort account out and lied. Second agent put the phone down on me and the third agent promised me a call at 10:30am. No call.

    @bt_uk Really unimpressed that I’ve been advised I have to wait until the 1st September to have my faulty BTTV box replaced by an engineer. Was told it can’t be posted which seems insane, but then to be told I’ve got to wait two weeks without the use of the service is very poor.

    Typical @bt_uk service, put 30 days notice to leave in a few days ago and now my fibre is suddenly 1/3 of the speed it should be. I’m still paying for this you know! 50mb below my ‘stay fast’ guarantee too

    @bt_uk I've come back to BT, good service now re broadband. But AS EVER the email is entirely impossible to use. Why? It was same last time, the worst email experience on the Internet. Impossible also to get help but repeated emails to Gmail urging me to use it or lose it

    @bt_uk Hi, the engineer came and checked that the issue was with the router, and the worst was the upload speed. Any chance you can help with that? At the moment you are allowing roughly 1Mbps, and the actual reads are not even half that.

    We are currently dealing with a RTC on Smalley Drive in Oakwood. The vehicle has collided with a Broadband @WeAreOpenreach box, so there may be some Internet outage in the area for Oakwood residents. @bt_uk have been informed and engineers will be attending. Inc 651. #Oakwood

    @bt_uk Well I am even more unimpressed now, as the third engineer appointment booked has ‘failed’, and the advisor who was supposed to phone me this morning, to see how the (non existent) appointment went yesterday, has not phoned. Shocking service.
