Was told it can’t be posted which seems insane, but then to be told I’ve got to wait two weeks without the use of the service is very poor.

Can you advise how I can make a formal complaint and also claim for the loss of service, as I’m now unable to use the TV package that I’m paying for, for two weeks. Thank you.
