    Typical @bt_uk service, put 30 days notice to leave in a few days ago and now my fibre is suddenly 1/3 of the speed it should be. I’m still paying for this you know! 50mb below my ‘stay fast’ guarantee too

    @bt_uk In which case you need more engineers as a two week replacement time is simply unacceptable. Can you advise how I can make a formal complaint and also claim for the loss of service, as I’m now unable to use the TV package that I’m paying for, for two weeks. Thank you.

    Just watched the brilliant #Greavsie on @btsport - what a player. Even in grainy black and white footage you can see just *how* good he was on horrid, boggy pitches. To come back from the alcoholism showed the strength of character.

    @bt_uk imagine BT promising a call back after the disaster yesterday. First agent failed to sort account out and lied. Second agent put the phone down on me and the third agent promised me a call at 10:30am. No call.

    @bt_uk In the passed four days I've spent a total (so far) of nearly 4 hours on hold trying to talk to a customer services rep about my father in laws BT broadband that hasn't been working for months. Still on hold now 45mins and counting. Absolute useless service. Useless.

    @bt_uk @bt_uk despite waiting 57 minutes before BT tech could speak to me today and the engineer not turning up, I received an email just now - which I’m unable to respond to saying “We’ve close your complaint”. Huh???? Your ref: VOLO13-725955054880. My broadband hasn’t been fixed yet!!

    @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp so it's acceptable to come onto private property but when we try to actually speak to someone about it get a load of unrelated automated options, hung up on and told to fill out a form that doesn't work. Just how I like spending my day

    @jamclarkey @bt_uk Thank u James. My hub is down stairs & corded phone upstairs. As try to keep wifi / wireless out the bedroom. Not sure if the suggestion works. My husband worked 4 BT as an engineer (27 years) ill show him what u have suggested but after all the lying, think we'll go elsewhere. X

    @bt_uk DO NOT GO FOR HALO IF POOR / NO EE SERVICE! Over sell you something that’s a complete waste of time! Disgusting customer service - 5 hours on phone calls & more messages. Took 6 days to plug us back into cabinet that some engineer removed!!

    I have been waiting over ONE YEAR for @bt_uk business broadband to be installed with many failed/unattended installation appts and numerous unbelievably poor excuses - including another for todays 8am appt - despite SMS & emails confirming installation (ref IMP-110419290)
