    @bt_uk Can you confirm I still have an appointment booked for 1st September (VOL053-7854135680959), only online fail tracker said it should have been fixed yesterday and has a supplier update that says visit cancelled. Was very unhappy with appt leadtime, so hope it is still on.

    @bt_uk massive shoutout to Alexander McCulloch in the order team who went way above and beyond fixing a problem with our recent switch. The computer said no - but Alexander listened to us and agreed that the computer was wrong and is getting it fixed!!!

    @therealryan777 @bt_uk @BT Couldn't agree more. This guaranteed Wi-Fi service they're pedalling is the most insanely stupid system in the world. Only sending out 1 disc at a time means you have to spend 40 minutes on the phone to BT on numerous occasions explaining why you need an additional disc
