    @BTCare My 94 yr old Granny had received a bill with calls on that she hasn’t made, when I have called the number it just makes a buzzing sound, please help she is very distressed about it all

    @BTCare @Crocs @Crocs are supposed to be emailing me a return label and they say it’s not coming as there are problems emailing BT email address. I have also got an email in my outbox that won’t send to crocs it just keeps failing Allother emails are coming through as normal &going as normal

    @btcare I emailed a complaint over on the 25th June regarding my UltraFast service and was advised someone would contact me within 7 days and so far haven’t heard anything. Can you advise how to chase this up? Thanks.

    @BTCare no one has been out, i haven't been asked to do much at really, been sent a WiFi location info sheet (but that isn't the problem really!), and im getting called back next Tuesday (could be Saturday, but i said in the week is easier, (Next time lady is working again). #NotFair

    @BTCare Well the 14th has come and gone and still no broadband. @BTCare @SkyUK @OpenreachHelp you’re all as bad as each other. It’s just a shame @virginmedia can’t install until 29th. @itvMLshow my suggestion would be don’t move at all!😡

    @BTCare I’ve left BT. Only so much BS I can handle. Inability to resolve problems, and staff not even attempting to resolve a problem for 5 days until I rung up to find out what’s happening. Then when I say I’m leaving problem is miraculously looked in to and resolved. Too late

    @BTCare @BT - over a month from order to get phone line and fibre installed! Fibre delay understandable but not the phone line which just needs activating! Disgraceful level of service and no other option as BT have a monopoly due to rural location 😡 #poorservice #notagreatstart
