About to do a late stream after spending hours getting stuff just right for it and the internet cut out. Tried to call @bt_uk to see what the crack is and even their service line is down for maintenance. Just my luck. 😩

Only had my bt broadband since Monday and every time it rains (which is a lot) It drops off 😩 not a great a start @bt_uk would help if I could get through to speak to someone too!

@bt_uk @BTCare @BTGroup WiFi reported on Tuesday, issues with the hub. Expected delivery of replacement hub- SATURDAY. You need to improve break fix delivery timescales. That is poor service especially when you are advised 2 days for replacement hub to be delivered.

@bt_uk are THE WORST company I've had to deal with EVER first I pay 56.99 a month for internet thet doesn't even work upstairs and now theyve put my monthly bill up to 64.90 and are refusing to drop it back down!Never will I go with BT again! I'll make sure nobody I know does!!!

Just watched the brilliant #Greavsie on @btsport - what a player. Even in grainy black and white footage you can see just *how* good he was on horrid, boggy pitches. To come back from the alcoholism showed the strength of character.

@bt_uk my internet was intermittent last night, however all day today has been fine until 4:30pm where it’s been disconnecting every 10-20 minutes. I’ve raised the issue for an engineer but there’s nothing to say why this issue is happening??

@bt_uk Yes from where the Wi-fi did not work to where it worked. It was installed by BT in a concrete room where the signal could not get to the rest of the house even after 2 disks. So I surveyed, worked out how to make it work and you charged me £130 to make it work. #fail

i have just had community fibre visit trying to get signies up there saying there the cheapest but they just do broadband and thats the problem , BT sky and virgin to phone etc there offering 3 gigabites per second , i for one gonna stay with @bt_uk i want fibre to the house

@bt_uk I did but was amazed I got charged to fix BT’s problem. Also I think people should know you guarantee is only to the house not throughout as its measured to the router. So in order to fix my own Wi-fi BT charged me £130 to move a box to fix the initial BT bad installation.
