The reason was down to a missed payment while they were in hospital. ​Payment was made in full this evening, two hours before your people left the office.   @bt_uk down and we have a medical device that requires WiFi to measure a baby heart rate. Device won’t alarm if heart rate drops so essentially we can’t act right away should that happen. Fed up with BT now! Can I leave without a fee for this?

  @btbusinesscare @Starlink 5 days later and this might be fixed by Wednesday. We’re a business and we pay for a business service. Your lack of service, communication and even a temporary solution is pathetic. The best you’ve come up with is “use a 4G dongle”. Imagine running YOUR company through a dongle!
