    @bt_uk service in #S10 keeps dropping out. Have reset the router now multiple times. Works for 5 min then stops.

    About to do a late stream after spending hours getting stuff just right for it and the internet cut out. Tried to call @bt_uk to see what the crack is and even their service line is down for maintenance. Just my luck. 😩

    @bt_uk just getting into #Montalbano mood and TV freezes up. Remote control not working so panic stations. Wait a minute we have @FreeviewTV quick switch over and yippee brilliant picture and sound quality. Must use this more often.

    @bt_uk are THE WORST company I've had to deal with EVER first I pay 56.99 a month for internet thet doesn't even work upstairs and now theyve put my monthly bill up to 64.90 and are refusing to drop it back down!Never will I go with BT again! I'll make sure nobody I know does!!!

    @bt_uk @BTCare @BTGroup WiFi reported on Tuesday, issues with the hub. Expected delivery of replacement hub- SATURDAY. You need to improve break fix delivery timescales. That is poor service especially when you are advised 2 days for replacement hub to be delivered.

    @EE @btsport Having started paying EE an extra fiver every month, I can see that BT have randomly started an app on PS4. Do I still need to pay EE the extra fiver or can I cancel?

    @btsport hi I have an issue with BT sport ultimate via your app on my Apple TV 4K, the sound has just stopped suddenly. Trying to watch Man Utd vs Southampton. All other games via the app the sound is fine. I have checked not on mute and turned all systems off and on.Any ideas?

    @btsport Just wondering is there a known reason why the picture on BT Sport 1 keeps "jumping" and going out of focus? Satellite Signal is strong according to Sky Box. Its happening for every match
