    @bt_uk imagine BT promising a call back after the disaster yesterday. First agent failed to sort account out and lied. Second agent put the phone down on me and the third agent promised me a call at 10:30am. No call.

    @bt_uk Can you confirm I still have an appointment booked for 1st September (VOL053-7854135680959), only online fail tracker said it should have been fixed yesterday and has a supplier update that says visit cancelled. Was very unhappy with appt leadtime, so hope it is still on.

    Typical @bt_uk service, put 30 days notice to leave in a few days ago and now my fibre is suddenly 1/3 of the speed it should be. I’m still paying for this you know! 50mb below my ‘stay fast’ guarantee too

    @bt_uk Really unimpressed that I’ve been advised I have to wait until the 1st September to have my faulty BTTV box replaced by an engineer. Was told it can’t be posted which seems insane, but then to be told I’ve got to wait two weeks without the use of the service is very poor.

    @bt_uk In which case you need more engineers as a two week replacement time is simply unacceptable. Can you advise how I can make a formal complaint and also claim for the loss of service, as I’m now unable to use the TV package that I’m paying for, for two weeks. Thank you.

    Just watched the brilliant #Greavsie on @btsport - what a player. Even in grainy black and white footage you can see just *how* good he was on horrid, boggy pitches. To come back from the alcoholism showed the strength of character.

    Well update on the Internetgate: been told by @SkyHelpTeam that on their systems @WeAreOpenreach where due to come out today 13:00 - 18:00. Mrs punk has found out from our neighbour who phone @bt_uk it was never today but the 6th Feb. This is beyond a joke now 21 days outage.

    @bt_uk why advertise a service that you cannot provide? 5 weeks waiting for fibre to be installed at our property, 2 weeks without internet as we cancelled early with our previous provider to go with you. What you gonna do about it?

    @bt_uk Trouble is, the app doesn't work ! My speed is consistently 75% of my Stay Fast Guarantee but when I click thr 'run more tests link it says 'Error 404 - not found'. Been like that for months ....

    @bt_uk I am having problems with dropping out network connectivity - it happens around 2-3 times a day at around the same times. Not really had this issue for years to this extent. It’s causing my IOT devices to drop which isn’t good for my home security and also general access for task
