@bt_uk are THE WORST company I've had to deal with EVER first I pay 56.99 a month for internet thet doesn't even work upstairs and now theyve put my monthly bill up to 64.90 and are refusing to drop it back down!Never will I go with BT again! I'll make sure nobody I know does!!!

@bt_uk @BTCare @BTGroup WiFi reported on Tuesday, issues with the hub. Expected delivery of replacement hub- SATURDAY. You need to improve break fix delivery timescales. That is poor service especially when you are advised 2 days for replacement hub to be delivered.

Just basically spent an hour on the phone with @skytv and @btsport because I literally cannot order Saturday nights fight by any means. The solution? No one knows. And BTs offices are apparently closed according to their other phone line. Shocking.

@bt_uk Thanks for the response. Seeing as part of the complaint is that the lack of a non telephone way of making a complaint or suggestion as a potential but not existing customer is not meeting basic standards of accessibility, offering to call them is not really an acceptable answer.
