Can you advise how I can make a formal complaint and also claim for the loss of service, as I’m now unable to use the TV package that I’m paying for, for two weeks. Thank you.

Was told it can’t be posted which seems insane, but then to be told I’ve got to wait two weeks without the use of the service is very poor.

Every WiFi has a 'not-spot' such as back of the house upstairs or even in the converted loft spaces.

My girlfriend took the full day off as holiday but the engineer was a no show. This needs sorting ASAP as it has stopped us from moving in - Not a happy customer.
