@bt_uk Really unimpressed that I’ve been advised I have to wait until the 1st September to have my faulty BTTV box replaced by an engineer. Was told it can’t be posted which seems insane, but then to be told I’ve got to wait two weeks without the use of the service is very poor.

@bt_uk In which case you need more engineers as a two week replacement time is simply unacceptable. Can you advise how I can make a formal complaint and also claim for the loss of service, as I’m now unable to use the TV package that I’m paying for, for two weeks. Thank you.

Only had my bt broadband since Monday and every time it rains (which is a lot) It drops off 😩 not a great a start bt_uk would help if I could get through to speak to someone too!

@bt_uk Can you confirm I still have an appointment booked for 1st September (VOL053-7854135680959), only online fail tracker said it should have been fixed yesterday and has a supplier update that says visit cancelled. Was very unhappy with appt leadtime, so hope it is still on.

Just watched the brilliant #Greavsie on @btsport - what a player. Even in grainy black and white footage you can see just *how* good he was on horrid, boggy pitches. To come back from the alcoholism showed the strength of character.

OMG - so @RoyalMailHelp can't deliver a package & now @BTCare and @OpenreachHelp can't schedule an appointment. The complaints departments are totally useless & can't actually provide any help. I feel sorry for the people there, must be terrible not being able to actually help

Deeply frustrating - I'd be tempted to cancel my @bt_uk order for FTTP given the hassle of an hour on the phone. Only issue is that the main fault lies with @OpenreachHelp and I'd still have to use @WeAreOpenreach.

The @bt_uk call queuing service our GP uses is broken - no one is getting through - but it still pumps out encouraging messages saying "You are seventh in the queue". This is criminal negligence. People could actually die because of this.

About to move house. Currently looking at options for broadband in new place. Main problem is trying to find prices for 12-month contracts. @VMO2News only seems to offer 18mo, and @bt_uk website defaults to 24mo Not obvious how to find the 12mo deals @Ofcom may need new rules

If you are thinking of changing internet provider DO NOT choose @bt_uk They Lie, they take your money without providing a service, their customer service agents are unhelpful and know very little about WiFi and they are quite happy to leave you with out any internet for 3 weeks

@bt_uk hi. Not a current customer but may switch. Can you tell me roughly how long you'd expect it to take after buying broadband only package to having it delivered / installed?
