Just answered a phone call from a nice man telling me that there are problems with my @bt_uk broadband speed? Kept him talking as long as I could without sharing any personal information. Trying to help a very elderly medically vulnerable customer whose land line and broadband have been cancelled. Hours and hours spent on the phone to no avail. Next stop complaint to the regulator and seeking media coverage.

There are so many new Fibre providers now offering a better service at much lower prices. The days of BTโs monopoly and ridiculous Line Rental charges are thankfully, over.
