@bt_uk very disappointed to find that I was being charged for a service I did not ask for or use, when contacting customer services the process is very slow with two weeks between calls meanwhile I have to pay for the privilege of having BT sport despite not having a a TV licence

  • Jimmy81doog James (@Jimmy81doog) reported from Gildersome, England

@tomhj123 @bt_uk I have been told the same this with regards to it being outside of the period but to give them their due they have now started digging deeper for me. Hopefully both of our issues will be resolved quickly.

  • JDevlin116 James Devlin (@JDevlin116) reported from Kirkburton, England

@bt_uk Hi Lesley, I have just been on the phone with customer services. When I moved house I changed contract and only wanted broadband but I now find that I’ve been paying for tv and sport since last year. As you will see from my usage data I have never used either

  • simonhall1974 Simon Hall (@simonhall1974) reported from Kippax, England

@bt_uk why is your WiFi service in Kippax so rubbish. We’re paying for a ‘service’ that is horrendous

@virginmedia your price increases are just ridiculous - it’s gone up by 1/3 since I started. @SkyUK @TalkTalk @Plusnet @bt_uk @VodafoneUK anyone offer something better as virgin have never offered anything to keep business.

  • kennykoalabear #Toddy’s friend Kenny and Sheila (@kennykoalabear) reported from Leeds, England

@Charlot_bopp Please @bt_uk give us a new home hub. The WiFi has cut out 20 times in the last 2 hours! Grrrrr!

  • aliceproctor_ Ali (@aliceproctor_) reported from Brighouse, England

@bt_uk are an actual JOKE. Meant to come today to install WiFi at our new address (that we’ve already gone without for almost a week in a house that barely gets signal or 4G) didn’t turn up because they ‘ran out of time’ and now aren’t coming til Friday

  • PastPostPro Dan Walsh (@PastPostPro) reported from Dewsbury, England

@bt_uk are genuinely the worst. Poor communication since starting my contract with them, poor resolution to a complaint that nearly lasted a year!! And to top it all off, my actual product didn't work until months after the order date, and would be described as patchy at best.

  • Brail1889 Mark Brailsford (@Brail1889) reported from Leeds, England

    @MJTheaker @btsportfootball @btsport @btsportscore Awful 🙈

  • guyr_23 GuyRobertshaw (@guyr_23) reported from Greetland, England

  • TheLittleChef 𝕊𝕥𝕖𝕡𝕙𝕖𝕟 𝕁𝕒𝕔𝕜𝕤𝕠𝕟 🇬🇧🇫🇷🇪🇺 (@TheLittleChef) reported from Slaithwaite, England

Another potential Wi-Fi-less few days it seems. I’m not entirely sure @bt_uk’s fix of tying a tree branch away from the main box using blue nylon cord wrapped round a large rock has been a total success, you know.

  • danmahon60 Dan ⚫️⚫️⚫️ (@danmahon60) reported from Bradford, England

@bt_uk whats going on today loading everything seems so slow but the speed is there.

  • BenWFinch91 BWF (@BenWFinch91) reported from Dewsbury, England

@KloppMeister19 @bt_uk No. Every so often I ring up and have a moan and they put the price down. All part of the game. I assume they make a bit of extra margin in the period between. Keep your eye on it.

  • KristyLouise87 Kristy Louise (@KristyLouise87) reported

Another day, another weak signal from @bt_uk making it impossible to get any work done. 😭😭

  • danielmcmorrow Daniel McMorrow (@danielmcmorrow) reported

@pugnaciously @bt_uk How dare you tarnish the good name of ****

  • vesuro Kieron Phoenix (@vesuro) reported

@bt_uk Seeing as two Openreach engineers broke my Fiber cable to begin with, I would like to think this fault would be more important to them than it Currently is. If the contractors to dig are that busy, why not use different contractors? 7 weeks to fix a cable is just unacceptable

  • CatchCarter_Now Carter (@CatchCarter_Now) reported

I have had the unfortunate of having @bt_uk 'wifi' for seven months costings me just under £200. However I cannot even get a single bar of signal in the same room as the box. Called them up for them to say I had the basic package... so basic it can't cover three foot?

  • fooodzilla Fooodzilla (@fooodzilla) reported

@bt_uk 08 Mar -First broadband outage - raised fault 09 Mar -Afternoon engineer visit, fixed line 11Mar -Fault raised low broadband speed 12 Mar -Engineer visit, temporary fixed. Other neighbours in same block faced outages. Major fault of duct &cable replacement raised on another flat

  • julesrach jules (@julesrach) reported

@bt_uk An engineer has turned up unannounced this morning to pull through the cabling & then leave it. I didn't know. I managed to soak to him b4 he left & now he knows im in he's coming back after another job? Crazy waste of time & poor communication

  • fooodzilla Fooodzilla (@fooodzilla) reported
