Just answered a phone call from a nice man telling me that there are problems with my @bt_uk broadband speed? Kept him talking as long as I could without sharing any personal information. Obviously it’s a scam as I’m not with BT!

I have worked in telecoms previously & they’re the best provider.

Complained many times, open complaints have been closed, requests for deadlock letters have been ignored. Awful company.
