@redliz @bt_uk @btsport btsport charge an absolute fortune for their service. It’s hard enough so the moment without being fleeced for “live” football that may not reappear this year! @bt_uk you really need to rethink this decision, try ringing @SkySports they can tell you how to do it!

  • rickstead Rick Stead (@rickstead) reported from Leeds, England

@CuriousCrowArt @bt_uk Absolute pisstakers, Sky Sports easily allow you to pause your subscription during all this and STILL give full access to all the channels. BT Sport do nothing of the sort, still charge full price and make it impossible to cancel. You need to take a long, hard look at yourselves.

  • BantamPete Bantam Pete (@BantamPete) reported from Wibsey, England

Somebody in the @btsport hierarchy needs to follow @Sky’s customer focused example of pausing customer subscriptions whilst there is no live sport to show! Expect a mass exodus inc me at the end of contracts unless you can show some compassion in these tough times! Sky ✅ BT ❌

  • timahad1 Tim Ahad (@timahad1) reported from Bradford, England

@btsport so everybody is in the same boat during this pandemic and everyone is helping each other apart from @btsport who can't seem to cancel a simple subscription and even pass me to debt recovery over a debt that not only do I not owe, but is completely incorrect!

  • JohnathanZemlik Johnathan Alexander Zemlik (@JohnathanZemlik) reported from Wakefield, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • NiceEtoile Stormy Diane Messias (@NiceEtoile) reported

@btbusinesscare £40 as a 'late payment' charge?! And why aren't you upfront about that on the bill, instead of labelling it 'account-related services'? A charge isn't a service, is it? @BTBusiness #ripoffBritain

  • Beviathan Beverly Sanford 🏹 (@Beviathan) reported

@virginmedia Hi @bt_uk I’m a 17-year-long loyal Virgin customer but they’ve just cost me a week’s work due to no broadband after charging me £150 a month for years. They won’t compensate more than £8 per day as I’m not a business customer. Keen to hear your best deals at this point.

  • mrosenberg789 Mark Rosenberg (@mrosenberg789) reported

@bt_uk Why are 1571 services not working in M25 0FR area despite numerous phone calls complaining?

  • rachelazielhunt Panache Interiors (@rachelazielhunt) reported

@bt_uk Residential. Shocking service. Been mishandled at every opportunity.

  • bph73 Ben (@bph73) reported

@bt_uk what's the email address of your complaint department? Can't find it on the "contact us" section of your website

  • ecojaney Jane Barker🍃💚🍃🌻🌻🌻 (@ecojaney) reported

@bt_uk I’ve been contacting your Full Fibre team/Complaints/Early Life team/Advisors since last Friday 31/3 - it’s like a game of pass the parcel. Nobody wants to deal with it or sort out getting me reconnected. It’s the most appalling customer service EVER!

  • BigDavysDriver drivingbigdavy (@BigDavysDriver) reported

@bt_uk My unbreakable wifi is broken (again).

  • heenamodi Heena Modi Ⓥ 🌱 (@heenamodi) reported

@bt_uk It gets worse. The line has been fitted but we have no router. The person who set it up from @EE in Doxford is telling me to call BT. BT are telling me they need account info & to call her. They gave me another number but nobody can locate her or help! What a waste of time!

  • JeniWren Jeni Harney (@JeniWren) reported

@bt_uk full fibre has just become available in my area. I’m an existing customer. How can I cancel my landline and sign up to a full fibre package that doesn’t include a landline?

  • RichieUK_TTV Richie (@RichieUK_TTV) reported

@BTCare Hey! For over a year your website would only offer Fibre Essentials even though my line supports speeds of 73Mb (as I had this from you previously), your website is now letting me order Fibre 2 again, but says max speed is 50 down, 8 up, if my line supports higher 1/2
