Not in the slightest...problems with continuity of service at the start. They've since moved me onto digital voice. Phoned 3 times to get complementary compatible phones...

I then call on the Monday saying it didn't happen to be told the order failed . Etc etc . It's now June . Someone in Tech even suggested cancel account then re open after a week LOL

Our broadband has been off now for over 2 weeks. You have closed the fault off as complete, when nobody attended despite you promising to come to the premises.
