    @bt_uk It didn’t give me a department to call. I finally got through after an hour of waiting and the problem has been resolved. I’d also called on Tuesday evening and in total had been waiting well over 2 hours. All for a password reset!

    @bt_uk terrible service - moved from @SkyUK to get improved connection and you have again failed to connect me to broadband! We need to work from home and are now being told you can only come out in January! @SkyUK will you have us back?!

    .@bt_uk you wait for an hour for someone to answer your call, then they say they can’t help and cut you off, need to get another provider who can do what they sell you

    @bt_uk It’s a complicated order so needed Customer service to speak to sales (I think) hence on hold a number of times - had order fibre installation which engineer said was not really possible at the house, so want to revert to copper line already here - just need it switches back on!

    Moved house back in May. Thought it would be easier to keep @bt_uk for phone & broadband. Not in the slightest...problems with continuity of service at the start. They've since moved me onto digital voice. Phoned 3 times to get complementary compatible phones...

    @TrylineUK @SkySports Hopefully we f**K them off coverage and presenting of our game has been a disgrace for a few year now, but we probz don't help ourselfs. I'd see what @btsport were offering before making any decisions over sky contract. I have no faith in Robert Elstone getting the contract.

    @bt_uk I’ve twice been on with BT customer service trying to get order to reinstate a line sorted - helpful staff both times - but each time call cut off when on hold before order finalised - once after call of 50 mins 🤯 then have to start from scratch again with new staff 😩

    PLEASE BE AWARE OF SCAM! Just answered a phone call from a nice man telling me that there are problems with my @bt_uk broadband speed? Kept him talking as long as I could without sharing any personal information. Obviously it’s a scam as I’m not with BT!

    @bt_uk hi, I'm very disappointed that my broadband price has gone up to £31+ per month, I didn't sign up for that price, is there any way I can cancel my contract, as it's not feasible for me in the long run? Thanks.

    Get @SkyUK #skyglass they said … it’s brilliant they said. Yeah, until there’s an internet outage and you can’t use or access a single thing on your TV. My advice, don’t bother with it. Had nothing but problems. Room for a little one @bt_uk ? 😡

    @bt_uk make it quite impossible to claim the reward card. None of the links work and as a new customer I have to say making contact with BT is also a huge battle. One new link after another Not really impressed already !

    @bt_uk I dunno why but we have no problems with Black British here they are treated equals and we allow them to have the same resources as us. This Nonsense only happened in America because Black Americans were struggling to follow rules and weren't accepted as equals.

    @jmtd_DWG @bt_uk Shocking sadly not surprising now after a week of trying to engage with BT. Lots of similar horror stories on social media. My property and street left in disrepair. If postie is injured at least the union will take them on. I am forced down legal route too for want of response.

    @bt_uk Have no service from BT and after trying the automated online checks called customer services to speak to a human. A recorded message states that their systems are down and suggest calling back tomorrow. I work from home!!! Really poor service BT...

    @bt_uk @BTCare the problem with my phone line persists. You have fobbed me off for years and years, you will not give me a contact to use until it is solved. you close the case repeatedly. Time to change provider I think

    @bt_uk impossible to get through to customer services today, tried at least 4 times, being on hold for 30 mins plus for the line to go dead.. I’ve got better things to do than waste time calling BT.
