They use 5Mbps and 1.5Mbps respectively which is 5% of the down speed allegedly I should be receiving. I was also told that FTTH wasn’t load balanced or profiled.

Why not? The engineer has told me the issue and I want to speak to a manager to resolve. Customer services are no help!
