  @aliogg_77 @btsport The Saturday blackout was brought in 50 years ago and doesn’t show any benefit these days - in fact the EFL themselves have been campaigning to get it scrapped.   @bt_uk As already highlighted we have now spoken to Royal Mail they explained that they own the postal code system as they deliver letters across the country, because we don't have an access point for letters to be delivered we won't be added, quite rightly so. The issue is with @bt_uk

  @bt_uk I’ve twice been on with BT customer service trying to get order to reinstate a line sorted - helpful staff both times - but each time call cut off when on hold before order finalised - once after call of 50 mins 🤯 then have to start from scratch again with new staff 😩

  @bt_uk are THE WORST company I've had to deal with EVER first I pay 56.99 a month for internet thet doesn't even work upstairs and now theyve put my monthly bill up to 64.90 and are refusing to drop it back down!Never will I go with BT again! I'll make sure nobody I know does!!!

  @Hells4Heroes @bt_uk I’m with BT Helen.. & my Wifi was terrible at the time, they sent me out a new up to date router & boosters for free.. they can test the speed remotely for your Mum. I have worked in telecoms previously & they’re the best provider.

  @bt_uk Yes, they are dealing with it, but so slowly and in an inconvenient manner e.g. only resolving via phone call. This wouldn’t be a problem but reception at my house is terrible so calls won’t come through

  @bt_uk abysmal. 2 month wait for fibre. 1 month in. 4g mini supplied. Low speed can only use one device. Not working yesterday. Spent time between web chat and call, got activated for 30 days and now received email internet up and running 4g disabled so have no internet again.

  @EDiamond136 @bt_uk Absolutely 💯 people get laid off from companies after 30 years service by a boss who has been there 6 months. I see it every year in every type of business. The lack of respect for peoples loyalty is wild
