@bt_uk not sure why my FTTH with 130Mbps download isn’t capable of handing a iPlayer and a Teams call?! They use 5Mbps and 1.5Mbps respectively which is 5% of the down speed allegedly I should be receiving. I was also told that FTTH wasn’t load balanced or profiled.

@bt_uk We seem to be having issues with our broadband connection dropping out regularly, this has been happening since Monday. Is there any issue with the fibre service or planed engineering works in the EX39 area that’s causing this issue?
