  • sophb66 soph v. 1.8 (@sophb66) reported

@bt_uk Hi Lesley, I am hoping you can help me, I was DM BT yesterday about my incredibly slow wifi and I got one reply then nothing...the fact is my WiFi test said my speed was fine but actually it was lagging. I recently recontracted and I swear my speeds are slower now than before!

  • maggsweb Chris Maggs (@maggsweb) reported

@bt_uk Broadband been up and down all morning. Very frustrating when trying to work form home. Then I see BT engineers in the box up the road. Don’t know if this is a good thing or a bad thing, but it certainly explains the outages.

  • Narson Daniel Jones (@Narson) reported

@bt_uk Oh, absolutely not BT's fault. Just might have hoped Openreach would give an actual reason at least to BT as the service provider! Knowing if it is on property issues, off property etc is useful, esp. as renters. Or if FTTC was coming (given FTTP is going out from same cabinet)

  • Andrea_Worledge Andrea Worledge (@Andrea_Worledge) reported

@bt_uk Yes. 4 days for a fix. I’m sick of this. When can I cancel with you please?

  • nsummers1234 neil summersgill (@nsummers1234) reported

@bt_uk Morning. So although I had a problem with my WiFi disc an engineer was sent out this morning but he only deals with connections from the street box to the house. He said engineers are not allowed on the house due to Covid. Not sure how I'm ever going to get the WiFi disc sorted?
