@bt_uk We decided try BT for our TV and WIFI after shocking service with Virgin. 3 weeks after our install date we still have neither. 3/4 phone calls per week to your CS dept. on hold for 50 minutes each time.

@bt_uk not sure why my FTTH with 130Mbps download isn’t capable of handing a iPlayer and a Teams call?! They use 5Mbps and 1.5Mbps respectively which is 5% of the down speed allegedly I should be receiving. I was also told that FTTH wasn’t load balanced or profiled.

@bt_uk I ordered a new broadband connection before lockdown in March. Outside works completed, do you have a date to restart indoor connections. WFH with poor internet need the upgrade.

@virginmedia @bt_uk VM is the worst ISP in Britain. They do not provide the service you pay for and prevent you from cancelling by holding you financially hostage. VM has made working from home a nightmare for me with the constant outages. I wish I had gone with BT.

I've just had @bt_uk broadband installed in my new house and I'm having some serious connection issues on @Zoom calls. I've got Full Fibre, a full wifi signal, and BT says my download speed is 510.8 Mb/s. Any ideas on what I can do to improve my Zoom connection? 🤔
