  @bt_uk We decided try BT for our TV and WIFI after shocking service with Virgin. 3 weeks after our install date we still have neither. 3/4 phone calls per week to your CS dept. on hold for 50 minutes each time.

  @bt_uk I’ve spoken to 3 people. 2 who confirmed the third gave me incorrect information. No offer to escalate and the process on the phone is a smokescreen. How do I navigate it to get a senior customer service representative?
