Richard Parr (@richardmparr) reported from Leeds, England@bt_uk Itโs a complicated order so needed Customer service to speak to sales (I think) hence on hold a number of times - had order fibre installation which engineer said was not really possible at the house, so want to revert to copper line already here - just need it switches back on!

BT Sport do nothing of the sort, still charge full price and make it impossible to cancel. You need to take a long, hard look at yourselves.

I have worked in telecoms previously & theyโre the best provider.

I called to terminate the contract but I have been asked to pay until 16th August. Also, you charged a ยฃ18 disconnection fee. Why do I need to pay after contract?

Whilst I have had some rubbish service from staff, the problem is @bt_uk itself. How can you sell a service, wth new hardware that is not capable of delivering that service?
