Mark (@RamblingSailor) reported from Leeds, England@bt_uk not sure why my FTTH with 130Mbps download isnโt capable of handing a iPlayer and a Teams call?! They use 5Mbps and 1.5Mbps respectively which is 5% of the down speed allegedly I should be receiving. I was also told that FTTH wasnโt load balanced or profiled.

Kat (@Kat06075689) reported@bt_uk down and we have a medical device that requires WiFi to measure a baby heart rate. Device wonโt alarm if heart rate drops so essentially we canโt act right away should that happen. Fed up with BT now! Can I leave without a fee for this?

Also, the diagnostic page just timing out is also an issue that needs fixed. Thanks for the number though, very helpful I knowing what is happening.
