@btsport so everybody is in the same boat during this pandemic and everyone is helping each other apart from @btsport who can't seem to cancel a simple subscription and even pass me to debt recovery over a debt that not only do I not owe, but is completely incorrect!

@bt_uk I've been getting calls from customers on my private mobile from the business I work for.. when I asked the customer how, said she got it from the listing in the bt directory book. My private number. I have no idea how it is printed in a book but I feel really angry about it!

@bt_uk My number is only listed in your Physical book not online anywhere. How is it not your responsibility to make sure it gets removed from future copies? I've rang EE, I've rang various people and their advice was to ring Ofcom if you can't help..
