Richard Parr (@richardmparr) reported from Leeds, England@bt_uk It’s a complicated order so needed Customer service to speak to sales (I think) hence on hold a number of times - had order fibre installation which engineer said was not really possible at the house, so want to revert to copper line already here - just need it switches back on!

Sweden has fewer COVID deaths per million than the UK. It's not because of population density, Stockholm has fewer deaths than Manchester (a similar size city).
