    @bt_uk Text msg received today??!: Hello, BT here. We're sorry, but we need to change the date that some of your services will start or stop. Your broadband start date is changing from 17-Nov-2020 to 30-Nov-2020. Your phone service start date is changing from 24-Dec-2020 to 30-Nov-2020.

    @bt_uk Any problems with internet or signal in BD16 area at present? Our NOW TV service has been saying it's offline a lot (eventually works) & laptop struggled today too.

    @TrylineUK @SkySports Hopefully we f**K them off coverage and presenting of our game has been a disgrace for a few year now, but we probz don't help ourselfs. I'd see what @btsport were offering before making any decisions over sky contract. I have no faith in Robert Elstone getting the contract.

    @NeillShenton @btsport A lot of the co-commenators seem to be either pretty bad or annoying don't they? I think it was a shame (for us) that Gavin Peacock, once of Newcastle & Chelsea fame, chose a career as a Christian Missionary over football punditry. We lost a good un there. That pesky God fella..

    @btsport Can you tell me why, every few minutes the picture freezes for a and the commentary a word when ever we are watching TV ' line' via the hub I would like to know why we are getting a worse service than Virgin at a lot higher cost

    @bt_uk not sure why my FTTH with 130Mbps download isn’t capable of handing a iPlayer and a Teams call?! They use 5Mbps and 1.5Mbps respectively which is 5% of the down speed allegedly I should be receiving. I was also told that FTTH wasn’t load balanced or profiled.

    @bt_uk We decided try BT for our TV and WIFI after shocking service with Virgin. 3 weeks after our install date we still have neither. 3/4 phone calls per week to your CS dept. on hold for 50 minutes each time.

    @bt_uk disgusting service from BT. Been waiting since the 7th May for a new hub for my severally sighted uncle and still no sign. Keep on getting told my customer service that the HUB is on its way and still not arrived. 11 days he has no internet. Disgusting

    @bt_uk Thanks for the swift reply Brian. Coverage checker confirms should be no problems for 4G at our location, but I have 3 different phones all showing 1 bar signal strength and calls are nigh on impossible to make. will try 150.
