    Moved house back in May. Thought it would be easier to keep @bt_uk for phone & broadband. Not in the slightest...problems with continuity of service at the start. They've since moved me onto digital voice. Phoned 3 times to get complementary compatible phones...

    @bt_uk It didn’t give me a department to call. I finally got through after an hour of waiting and the problem has been resolved. I’d also called on Tuesday evening and in total had been waiting well over 2 hours. All for a password reset!

    @bt_uk It’s a complicated order so needed Customer service to speak to sales (I think) hence on hold a number of times - had order fibre installation which engineer said was not really possible at the house, so want to revert to copper line already here - just need it switches back on!

    @bt_uk Text msg received today??!: Hello, BT here. We're sorry, but we need to change the date that some of your services will start or stop. Your broadband start date is changing from 17-Nov-2020 to 30-Nov-2020. Your phone service start date is changing from 24-Dec-2020 to 30-Nov-2020.

    @bt_uk I’ve twice been on with BT customer service trying to get order to reinstate a line sorted - helpful staff both times - but each time call cut off when on hold before order finalised - once after call of 50 mins 🤯 then have to start from scratch again with new staff 😩

I'd see what @btsport were offering before making any decisions over sky contract. I have no faith in Robert Elstone getting the contract.

    @SkyHelpTeam why am I unable too play back anything I record on @btsport ? It just says 'Software Issue and resists to do anything. This is only on BT Sports channels. I've tried all the usual fixes.

    @btsport why so many replays, we had so many replays tonight it was hard to tell if we were watching the match live. nothing more annoying than watching replays not once oh no, not twice, but sometimes in slow motion, all while the game is in play.

    @bt_uk Hi i subscribe to BT sport via now tv but I've missed out on tonight's game as i get an error code VC011 and a sorry there's a problem screen. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app with no joy? Do you know what the error code means? Unclear on help page

    @bt_uk It’s been “coming soon” for the last few years. We’ve ordered mobile Wi-fi and plan to terminate our BT contract when it reaches renewal along with switching our 3 BT mobile contracts to another supplier.

    @btsport Using the BT Sport app on Chromecast with Google TV. Issue - no sound on BT Sport Ultimate. Video is perfect and in 4K, but no audio. All other channels, including BT Sport 1HD, the audio works fine. Annoying to miss out on ultimate with this issue. 👎

    @bt_uk hi... I have been experiencing problems with my broadband over the last few weeks. I should be getting speeds of 50-73 Mbps with a guaranteed speed of 50, but I get around 30, and it goes as low as 13!!! Can you help please? Thanks
