@bt_uk It didn’t give me a department to call. I finally got through after an hour of waiting and the problem has been resolved. I’d also called on Tuesday evening and in total had been waiting well over 2 hours. All for a password reset!

  • jamie__leonard Jamie Leonard (@jamie__leonard) reported from Holywell Green, England

Moved house back in May. Thought it would be easier to keep @bt_uk for phone & broadband. Not in the slightest...problems with continuity of service at the start. They've since moved me onto digital voice. Phoned 3 times to get complementary compatible phones...

  • DuncanQuinton1 Duncan Quinton (@DuncanQuinton1) reported from Ilkley, England

@btsport @btsportfootball @SkySportsPL It seems now is the time to contact the 6 English clubs involved and drive down the price of their contracts due to the apparent brand damage to your ‘product’ The sponsors will follow and the well needed levelling will be upon us👌

  • CouncillorGwen Councillor Gwen Lowe (@CouncillorGwen) reported from Dewsbury, England

PLEASE BE AWARE OF SCAM! Just answered a phone call from a nice man telling me that there are problems with my @bt_uk broadband speed? Kept him talking as long as I could without sharing any personal information. Obviously it’s a scam as I’m not with BT!

@NeillShenton @btsport A lot of the co-commenators seem to be either pretty bad or annoying don't they? I think it was a shame (for us) that Gavin Peacock, once of Newcastle & Chelsea fame, chose a career as a Christian Missionary over football punditry. We lost a good un there. That pesky God fella..

  • dickiewood The Custardonian (@dickiewood) reported from Bradford, England

@btsport Cancel Culture stinks. You can go bollox.

@bt_uk Utter ridiculous service. Charged £369 in error on 23/7. I called on the same day and was told it would be refunded in 7 days. It was not. Rang again on 2/8. I was told it would refunded by today. It was not. I rang again today and the same 7 day false promise. TERRIBLE!

  • jdmmi_ JD (@jdmmi_) reported

@bt_uk I hope you have a bad day

  • jaisullivan Jai Sullivan (@jaisullivan) reported

@bt_uk Hi Alannah OK - thanks for the quick response. Why doesn't it say this in any of your email comms so that people can prepare? It just says 'there might be a short break in service'. My definition of short isn't hours or most of the day?

  • TheBunet46 John M.Burnet (@TheBunet46) reported

@BTCare who's the idiot that came up with slogan for films, 'buy or own'? do u mean rent or own??

  • cuan_knaggs Cuan Knaggs (@cuan_knaggs) reported

Ok @btsport how do you cancel? My dad had it for champions league and doesn't want it now. Phoned but told to do it online. Tried online but its impossible to find how. FAQs say you need to phone. So how? #btsport #cancelbtsport #btsportripoff

  • btbusinesscare BT Business Care (@btbusinesscare) reported

@ionareads @bt_uk Hi, I apologise about this. One of our tech complaint team members in Dundee will be calling your family member about this. They have opened a complaint to see this through and get them sorted out, I apologise for all this.

  • keybo83 Keyan Milanian (@keybo83) reported

@bt_uk WiFi. Flashing orange. Please see previous tweets. Had months of this and two engineer visits, still getting problems. Had a pm from your colleague saying I'm not entitled to compensation cos I've not had a 'total loss of service'. So what exactly is this we've had, if not that?

  • SelectSystemsUK Charles Pearmain (@SelectSystemsUK) reported

It is depressingly inevitable that @bt_uk happily trot out banalities about "Connecting for Good" and being "Here to help" when they'd actually rather do anything to avoid talking to a customer. If you DO get through the simplest product information is treated as a state secret.

  • ionareads Iona (@ionareads) reported

I’ve said I would tweet you because they have no way to contact the person who called them and are so frustrated they don’t know what to do. When will you stop assuming that everyone lives in a city and start making an effort to provide support for rural customers? @bt_uk 3/4
