Why someone is calling me from @bt_uk who can barely speak English, and being very very rude, demanding me to do some steps, then to pass the phone to my partner then when I say he’s at work put the phone down on me! If there is an issue speak to me in a polite manor #rude #bt

@bt_uk are genuinely the worst. Poor communication since starting my contract with them, poor resolution to a complaint that nearly lasted a year!! And to top it all off, my actual product didn't work until months after the order date, and would be described as patchy at best.

@bt_uk Trying to chase up a fault on my elderly parents line which was reported on Monday. Was on live chat (as on Mon) but told to phone. Nobody is answering - shocking service when I was with an agent.

@jkdarchy @bt_uk Is the broadband working and have a bt smart hub 2? Of so have you tried plugging phone in the green port on back? Once moved to digital voice the phone line (voice service) is delivered through the smart hub 2. Are you able to try plugging it into that green phone port on back?

@jkdarchy @bt_uk No, it means it's completely closed by 2025 & a nationwide stop sell of any new voice services via the current analogue network we have today by 2023. I.e any new 📞 service will need to be via internet by that 2023 date. Everyone needs to be off current network well before 2025.

@bt_uk I couldn’t cancel within grace period as I literally couldn’t get through as the area is red listed, yet your colleagues thought it ok to send and charge us without checking. Also appalling service from the offset when told it had been sent and hadn’t. Pls refund!!!!
