    @bt_uk Ping goes does to 50k ms and then it drops off totally with no internet traffic as explained to your agent who told me it's WiFi. Its not I've got ping and traceroute data. There is an issue and to reiterate intermittently.

    The picture quality on BT is proper dog **** init? When watching straight through the telly. The app is fine. Through the telly is not good at all. Sort it out @btsport - like watching it through a potato. #LFC #CommunityShield

    Thankful that @bt_uk have contacted me, know there’s a problem with my internet - and someone’s coming Weds afternoon to sort it (dropping out/slow) - I hope! Engineer may be able to fix outside, but may have to come in - in PPE. V friendly Olga organising on the phone.

    BT @bt_uk having cut off the service from my 86 year old father who is vulnerable over an unpaid bill you haven't sent him. You are now waiting 24 hrs to reconnect him, not the best service. My complaint ref number is VOL013-548912298549 if you care to do anything about it.

    @bt_uk Hey, Wasn’t sure where else to post this. Recently had my service cut off, Which obviously wasn’t ideal. Ended up with Poppy as my case manager who was brilliant. No idea her surname but just tell all Poppys at BT they are sound yeah? Cheers mates.

    @bt_uk why are you offering people speeds between 50-70mbps down my road but you’ve reduced my speed and only offer me up to 30?! Reduced service and speed is very poor. Poor service.

    @bt_uk disconnected our service, closed our account today for missed payment to then say oops we're sorry we made a mistake but can't restore your Internet for 14 days! Christmas week? A 4g hub arriving from you tomorrow to cover xmas period but would prefer the issue resolved!

    @bt_uk WiFi down & engineers refusing to enter the house due to tier 4. When asked what to do was told “we will be able to fix it when COVID is over”. Unacceptably poor service at a time when everyone is relying on WiFi. What are you going to do?
