  • OhJulie73 Julie Swift 🐶 (@OhJulie73) reported from Huddersfield, England

@bt_uk hi, I'm very disappointed that my broadband price has gone up to £31+ per month, I didn't sign up for that price, is there any way I can cancel my contract, as it's not feasible for me in the long run? Thanks.

  • jamie__leonard Jamie Leonard (@jamie__leonard) reported from Holywell Green, England

Moved house back in May. Thought it would be easier to keep @bt_uk for phone & broadband. Not in the slightest...problems with continuity of service at the start. They've since moved me onto digital voice. Phoned 3 times to get complementary compatible phones...

  • markroper23 Mark Roper (@markroper23) reported from Drighlington, England

My @bt_uk broadband has been down for a week, fifth outage in twelve months. Halo 900 package, unbreakable WiFi the website says - not true. Hybrid Connect doesn’t, no urgency to resolve anything. We’re being let down hugely.

  • prysds Richard Gear (@prysds) reported from Leeds, England

Punditry on @btsport is the worst

  • CouncillorGwen Councillor Gwen Lowe (@CouncillorGwen) reported from Dewsbury, England

PLEASE BE AWARE OF SCAM! Just answered a phone call from a nice man telling me that there are problems with my @bt_uk broadband speed? Kept him talking as long as I could without sharing any personal information. Obviously it’s a scam as I’m not with BT!

  • richardmparr Richard Parr (@richardmparr) reported from Leeds, England

@bt_uk I’ve twice been on with BT customer service trying to get order to reinstate a line sorted - helpful staff both times - but each time call cut off when on hold before order finalised - once after call of 50 mins 🤯 then have to start from scratch again with new staff 😩

  • jobinatinnemans jobinatinnemans (@jobinatinnemans) reported from Meltham, England

@bt_uk our internet went off on the 20th and you might repair it on the 25th? Fix phone on the 26th? Misleading to call yourself superfast broadband.

  • ClubHarehills HAREHILLS PARK BOWLING CLUB (@ClubHarehills) reported from Leeds, England

@bt_uk As already highlighted we have now spoken to Royal Mail they explained that they own the postal code system as they deliver letters across the country, because we don't have an access point for letters to be delivered we won't be added, quite rightly so. The issue is with @bt_uk

  • markyp66 Mark Pritchard (@markyp66) reported from Gildersome, England

.@bt_uk you wait for an hour for someone to answer your call, then they say they can’t help and cut you off, need to get another provider who can do what they sell you

  • ClubHarehills HAREHILLS PARK BOWLING CLUB (@ClubHarehills) reported from Leeds, England

@bt_uk We were unable to order online so did as instructed and called up so have no idea how it was set up, the issue is we should have been told from the beginning, and even so if we can't get registered with RM we can't have broadband 🤯

  • richardmparr Richard Parr (@richardmparr) reported from Leeds, England

@bt_uk It’s a complicated order so needed Customer service to speak to sales (I think) hence on hold a number of times - had order fibre installation which engineer said was not really possible at the house, so want to revert to copper line already here - just need it switches back on!

  • mike_leckenby Lord Mike Of The Tsetse Flies💙💙 (@mike_leckenby) reported from Leeds, England

    @CockertonMark @bt_uk Crap… & rip off… full stop

  • PaulInDewsbury Paul D (@PaulInDewsbury) reported from Dewsbury, England

@bt_uk Yes it's all setup. I can sign in via the my bt app using my bt ID.

  • JuckaBardo Julian Brown (@JuckaBardo) reported from Bingley, England

@NeillShenton @btsport A lot of the co-commenators seem to be either pretty bad or annoying don't they? I think it was a shame (for us) that Gavin Peacock, once of Newcastle & Chelsea fame, chose a career as a Christian Missionary over football punditry. We lost a good un there. That pesky God fella..

  • sarahjagger76 Sarah Jagger (@sarahjagger76) reported from Bradford, England

@bt_uk It didn’t give me a department to call. I finally got through after an hour of waiting and the problem has been resolved. I’d also called on Tuesday evening and in total had been waiting well over 2 hours. All for a password reset!

  • Ken_DeMange Adam J (@Ken_DeMange) reported from Leeds, England

@leedeetee @btsport It’s like Joe Cole had never seen a game before getting caught up the latest Euros and now he’s just regurgitating things he overhead in the King’s Head.

  • footsiestomp Nigel Futter (@footsiestomp) reported from Bradford, England

@bt_uk how can I query my inflated billing when the only way is sitting listening to a machine in excess of 40 minutes? Appalling....provide another interactive and more effective service please 🙏

  • JCrookz Joe (@JCrookz) reported from Royton, England

Possibly the worst commentary I’ve ever listened to, cheers @btsport

  • PaulInDewsbury Paul D (@PaulInDewsbury) reported from Dewsbury, England

@bt_uk I've never been able to access it. If I log in via the my bt app. It shows my account number, the my products page works, but billing and usage has never worked for me.

@bt_uk Trying to cancel Openreach engineer visit scheduled for tomorrow that is now no longer required. The option isn’t available when I go in to track the fault. Can you help?

  • deeserve deeserve (@deeserve) reported

It looks like we’ve just lost a couple of BTnet connections that we monitor in the Midlands (Birmingham and Leicestershire). If one goes down, we investigate… if two or more go down (and they’re 40+ miles apart geographically), we look towards @BTBusiness @btbusinesscare.. 😬

  • DannyK67 Kegs (@DannyK67) reported

@btsport @btsportfootball who on earth is this idiot commentating on roma v feyenoord just now? Absolute imbecile #wedonttake

  • S13AJJ - (@S13AJJ) reported

@jacobpallot @btsport wouldn’t say ‘clearly onside’ it was mega tight. But yeah, the defenders foot makes it close - never “half a yard offside” though.

  • JackMur58861755 Jack Murray (@JackMur58861755) reported

@bt_uk why are you throttling YouTube?? I have just purchased bt fibre 900 and I am getting the top speeds but when I use YouTube it buffers and goes to a low resolution!!! You have to be throttling as when I switch to a VPN it works fine.

  • esjaymo Sarah🌙 (@esjaymo) reported

@BTCare I have to point my phone at my router to get MY WiFi. I leave the room and it’s all over. Paying for a service you’re not providing is boring. Why? Because some new fangled line is being put in up the road and you want me to pay more for better service. Not how it works!

  • JackMur58861755 Jack Murray (@JackMur58861755) reported

@bt_uk I am not being rude! I was asking a legitimate question! ISP’s can throttle certain websites as you can see. Yes please run the checks
