@TrylineUK @SkySports Hopefully we f**K them off coverage and presenting of our game has been a disgrace for a few year now, but we probz don't help ourselfs. I'd see what @btsport were offering before making any decisions over sky contract. I have no faith in Robert Elstone getting the contract.

@Jay_whitehead87 @bt_uk We had them at first at BD .. tons of problems until one engineer figured out that somebody else had literally piggybacked our line as such (their staff not some ***** or summat) .. maybe they've done the same again???

@bt_uk Checked out that link but nothing helped. It’s internet is that bad I struggle with buffering when streaming while someone else is also using the Wi-fi. When contact is up I won’t be renewing

@jamclarkey @bt_uk Thank u James. My hub is down stairs & corded phone upstairs. As try to keep wifi / wireless out the bedroom. Not sure if the suggestion works. My husband worked 4 BT as an engineer (27 years) ill show him what u have suggested but after all the lying, think we'll go elsewhere. X

@bt_uk When you say book a new appointment-do you mean book a new moving home appointment, it’s not very clear. When I spoke to your colleague on the phone yesterday about the cut cable - he said the engineer would report a broken line - but the engineer never turned up.
