@bt_uk It affects wireless devices but has never been this bad! They recently replaced 100m of cable at the bottom of our road so this did seem to sort it out as had problems for a couple of years but kept getting fobbed off. Also the speed was capped at 24

@tomhj123 @bt_uk I have been told the same this with regards to it being outside of the period but to give them their due they have now started digging deeper for me. Hopefully both of our issues will be resolved quickly.

@bt_uk are genuinely the worst. Poor communication since starting my contract with them, poor resolution to a complaint that nearly lasted a year!! And to top it all off, my actual product didn't work until months after the order date, and would be described as patchy at best.

@bt_uk are an actual JOKE. Meant to come today to install WiFi at our new address (that we’ve already gone without for almost a week in a house that barely gets signal or 4G) didn’t turn up because they ‘ran out of time’ and now aren’t coming til Friday

Hi @plusnethelp if there anything you can do with our @btsport the picture jumps (a lot) during live play & recording. It’s really frustrating & it’s not a problem we have with any other channels but we don’t know how to stop it happening.

@bt_uk @MoneyTelegraph be careful when ordering broadband from BT They stitched me up with a 4 screen Netflix account which I don’t need said I ordered it ” on set” on a day I was on holiday Official complaint acknowledged then ignored Poor 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

@bt_uk Trying to chase up a fault on my elderly parents line which was reported on Monday. Was on live chat (as on Mon) but told to phone. Nobody is answering - shocking service when I was with an agent.

@bt_uk - the worst customer service I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We put in an order in July, 9 cancellations later (most of which they’ve not told us about in advance) and we still don’t have the product. If we operated this poorly we would be out of business.

For those complaining, I understand about the cost but if @btsport live up to the kind of programming and service they are advertising on paper (beyond this New Year schedule I mean).. then it is on another level to Sky. That's easy to see.. @btsportwwe

@bt_uk The engineer found no fault and said the issue was the router it discs. I received a new router but the WiFi still lags and doesn't reach all rooms. Had loads of issues initially, been working ok for months but since July it's driven us bonkers.

@btbusinesscare so you screw up the billing on my account, then proceed to send me a letter 14 days later telling me you’ve added a charge to my bill because of your error. I am beyond furious. I’ve spent so much time on the phone to your clearly incapable customer service team.

@bt_uk Really not impressed with the service. We’ve been waiting a month for WiFi installment and on the day we received a text saying our service has been pushed back a whole MONTH with a household working from home and no compensation for the inconvenience. Disappointed.

@SketchLisa @BTCare Ours goes through patches of no connectivity put it always sorts itself. BT need to run some tests to see what the issue is, as they’re breaking their contract with you by not providing the service you are paying for. Note the times it’s unavailable and ask for a refund pro-rata

@bt_uk It says no faults but the SMS service says there is no service associated with the number we are given. The internet outage websites seem to say issues in DE21 so it's not clear
