They recently replaced 100m of cable at the bottom of our road so this did seem to sort it out as had problems for a couple of years but kept getting fobbed off. Also the speed was capped at 24

Poor communication since starting my contract with them, poor resolution to a complaint that nearly lasted a year!! And to top it all off, my actual product didn't work until months after the order date, and would be described as patchy at best.

They advise if you 'merge' my account with them into my BT TV account, I will only be able to watch Now TV via the BT Box app on my TV and not the app on my tablet-is this correct?

I wanted my wife installed at the front of the house near the devices it wasn’t due to Covid. I upgraded my package with you to the 300 no help. I asked for complaint dept to email he said they won’t.
