@btsport so everybody is in the same boat during this pandemic and everyone is helping each other apart from @btsport who can't seem to cancel a simple subscription and even pass me to debt recovery over a debt that not only do I not owe, but is completely incorrect!

Hi @bt_uk - we signed up for a broadband/TV package 2 weeks ago and no sign of router or TV box, & we can't get into our online account as the email we signed up with was previously used for a BT email 10+ years ago. Any idea how to fix?

@jamclarkey @bt_uk I appreciate you taking time to write all this James. That makes sense especially the bit about using non DV phones. So to be clear I cant plug a base station in to a network switch? Just that our Smart Hub 2 (loft) is nowhere near where we would like our phone to be (kitchen)

@bt_uk Just called after waiting for 30 minutes. Nobody knows what the problem is but it won’t be fixed for another 24 hours. Says it is planned maintenance but nobody was told anything. Shambles.
