  My @bt_uk broadband has been down for a week, fifth outage in twelve months. Halo 900 package, unbreakable WiFi the website says - not true. Hybrid Connect doesn’t, no urgency to resolve anything. We’re being let down hugely.

  @bt_uk It affects wireless devices but has never been this bad! They recently replaced 100m of cable at the bottom of our road so this did seem to sort it out as had problems for a couple of years but kept getting fobbed off. Also the speed was capped at 24

'If your automated systems are secretly scanning my IP address without my consent and blocking my service because I use a secure dedicated IP, that is a fault in YOUR system, not mine.   @bt_uk for 6 days my 86 yr old mum has no landline/internet My brother has tried to resolve this with a BT engineer visit spending hrs on the phone. My mum relies on connection as she uses an emergency medical necklace. This needs to be escalated without delay. Appalling service.

  @bt_uk MyBT is a mess. I’m stuck in a loop. When I log in it says I have to update the username to an email address. When I do so it says it’s already in use (it’s the one I use to log in?) end up in a never ending loop. Can’t pay the bill. What’s going on?
