@bt_uk very disappointed to find that I was being charged for a service I did not ask for or use, when contacting customer services the process is very slow with two weeks between calls meanwhile I have to pay for the privilege of having BT sport despite not having a a TV licence

@bt_uk Hi, so no the SMS service didn't work because my number is linked to an old inactive account. I was promised a call back, but that didn't happen. I went outside and found and Openreach engineer working, so service was back on after an hour, but why wasn't I told about this work?

@23shawthing @bt_uk I had same issue, had to get them to do it manually although not tried to spend it. They removed 2 old accounts but they have magically reappeared and causing issues again. Good luck

@bt_uk Open reach have damaged my property with work they have done. I can’t get to speak to anyone on these stupid phone things, they just want to put you on to a claims Co. The damage is being by a phone line that I am not a customer of and I want it stopped before it gets any worse

@bt_uk Cancelling the transfer won’t help - talktalk won’t reinstate their service as BT has already cancelled it - they are without landline and BT has just told them they will have to wait. Sorry, not good enough. My dad has phone hospital appts this week, what’s he supposed to do?
