@bt_uk are an actual JOKE. Meant to come today to install WiFi at our new address (that we’ve already gone without for almost a week in a house that barely gets signal or 4G) didn’t turn up because they ‘ran out of time’ and now aren’t coming til Friday

  • Trev_Moulton
Trev Moulton (@Trev_Moulton) reported from Huddersfield, England

@btsport @WWEUK I can potentially see this being used for the WWE Network, which may help in bolstering awareness of the NXT UK brand.

  • timahad1
Tim Ahad (@timahad1) reported from Bradford, England

@btsport so everybody is in the same boat during this pandemic and everyone is helping each other apart from @btsport who can't seem to cancel a simple subscription and even pass me to debt recovery over a debt that not only do I not owe, but is completely incorrect!

  • Gag_N_Bone_Man
Graeme Rayner (@Gag_N_Bone_Man) reported from Dewsbury, England

@lolobozzle @BTCare Not sure. Perhaps citizens advice could help? It's in nobody's interest to try and force someone to pay up roe a service they can no longer afford due to a change of circumstances put of their control.

  • danmahon60
Dan ⚫️⚫️⚫️ (@danmahon60) reported from Bradford, England

  • jamie__leonard
Jamie Leonard (@jamie__leonard) reported from Holywell Green, England

Moved house back in May. Thought it would be easier to keep @bt_uk for phone & broadband. Not in the slightest...problems with continuity of service at the start. They've since moved me onto digital voice. Phoned 3 times to get complementary compatible phones...

  • David_KellyUK
David Kelly (@David_KellyUK) reported from Ashton-under-Lyne, England

If you’re watching the #ePremierLeague on @SkySports then you need to give your head a wobble. Don’t support it, ridiculous Sky Sports even saw value in the righrs acquisition! That crap belongs on @btsport at the most.

  • miguelinho2910
Michael (@miguelinho2910) reported from Oldham, England

@NGFC83 @btsport Now I know it's the 3pm blackout, I'm usually at a game at Saturday so not home for the 5pm Saturday games. Thought nothing of it because I've see so many on Sundays!

PLEASE BE AWARE OF SCAM! Just answered a phone call from a nice man telling me that there are problems with my @bt_uk broadband speed? Kept him talking as long as I could without sharing any personal information. Obviously it’s a scam as I’m not with BT!

  • Alison_louise31
Alison Clark (@Alison_louise31) reported from Oldham, England

@bt_uk We wasn’t expecting a call no, our internet has gone slow. But to be randomly rang and spoke to the way he did was disgusting. I’m not even convinced it was someone from BT

  • TheLittleChef
𝕊𝕥𝕖𝕡𝕙𝕖𝕟 𝕁𝕒𝕔𝕜𝕤𝕠𝕟 🇬🇧🇫🇷🇪🇺 (@TheLittleChef) reported from Slaithwaite, England

Another potential Wi-Fi-less few days it seems. I’m not entirely sure @bt_uk’s fix of tying a tree branch away from the main box using blue nylon cord wrapped round a large rock has been a total success, you know.

  • iMcKenzied
    (((Ian McKenzie))) 🇬🇧🇪🇺🇫🇷🇺🇦🇮🇱🇬🇪🇬🇱 (@iMcKenzied) reported

@bt_uk I had a long conversation with @bt_uk the other day. I was told to wait til the new residents have taken over on the 28th after which I’ll receive a final bill. Why are you charging twice for this service for 7 months. I’m astounded it’s even legal. And why take payment before?

  • TraskBen
    Ben Trask (@TraskBen) reported

@bt_uk abysmal. 2 month wait for fibre. 1 month in. 4g mini supplied. Low speed can only use one device. Not working yesterday. Spent time between web chat and call, got activated for 30 days and now received email internet up and running 4g disabled so have no internet again.

  • RMhuiris
    Roibeard Mhuiris (@RMhuiris) reported

@JimSpenceDundee @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk My complaint was escalated directly to their Chief Executive who delegated it accordingly. Instead of resolving the problem, they actually compounded it.

  • TheEtonRifle
    Et0nRifle (@TheEtonRifle) reported

@bt_uk Hi BT, 2 days of issues and I can't report on the site or app becasue that service is down! What are we supposed to do?

  • tilly4071
    andrealenehan (@tilly4071) reported

@bt_uk wow BT - when are you going to learn that supporting loyal customers is just as important as getting new ones. 30 years with BT internet/broadband, paying bills every month means nothing except I have to pay £30 more than a new customer. Account now cancelled!

  • cisnegirl
    Janet Davies (@cisnegirl) reported

@WeAreOpenreach @WeAreOpenreach have compromised our fire safety compartmentation in a block of 28 flats when installing full fibre in 2024 but award a Double Gold to their Health and Safety team! Details left on your answering service that @bt_uk directed me too but no reply.

  • EddieCrouch
    Eddie Crouch (@EddieCrouch) reported

After 30 years with @bt_uk I have switched to @SkyUK for my broadband phone and TV package . A £40 per month rise was the reason and an almost identical service for 50% less . Wonder how much I have lost by not switching sooner ?
