  @bt_uk MyBT is a mess. I’m stuck in a loop. When I log in it says I have to update the username to an email address. When I do so it says it’s already in use (it’s the one I use to log in?) end up in a never ending loop. Can’t pay the bill. What’s going on?

  So the cheapest to renew my @bt_uk contract is £57 a month but a new customer can get it for £38 a month? I've already phoned and they can't knock anything off the price... Switching to @EE is no cheaper either... make it make sense

  Dear @bt_uk You do not have my consent to install anything on my property. If it is free, it cannot be for my benefit. It's for yours. If it's cheaper for you, you can give me a share of your savings. I had no choice over the digital voice downgrade. @openreach will have to trespass to install it.   @bt_uk has an appointment for full fibre booked months Given 8 till 1 slot ,guy turned up at 12 .35 No problem with lad who came,neat and tidy but he's got to box in footpath to find remaining ports all dead. Guy needed to sort is too busy today and will come tomorrow.Poor
