@bt_uk hi, I'm very disappointed that my broadband price has gone up to £31+ per month, I didn't sign up for that price, is there any way I can cancel my contract, as it's not feasible for me in the long run? Thanks.

@bt_uk It didn’t give me a department to call. I finally got through after an hour of waiting and the problem has been resolved. I’d also called on Tuesday evening and in total had been waiting well over 2 hours. All for a password reset!

PLEASE BE AWARE OF SCAM! Just answered a phone call from a nice man telling me that there are problems with my @bt_uk broadband speed? Kept him talking as long as I could without sharing any personal information. Obviously it’s a scam as I’m not with BT!

My @bt_uk broadband has been down for a week, fifth outage in twelve months. Halo 900 package, unbreakable WiFi the website says - not true. Hybrid Connect doesn’t, no urgency to resolve anything. We’re being let down hugely.

@bt_uk I’ve twice been on with BT customer service trying to get order to reinstate a line sorted - helpful staff both times - but each time call cut off when on hold before order finalised - once after call of 50 mins 🤯 then have to start from scratch again with new staff 😩

@bt_uk our internet went off on the 20th and you might repair it on the 25th? Fix phone on the 26th? Misleading to call yourself superfast broadband.

@bt_uk It’s a complicated order so needed Customer service to speak to sales (I think) hence on hold a number of times - had order fibre installation which engineer said was not really possible at the house, so want to revert to copper line already here - just need it switches back on!

Moved house back in May. Thought it would be easier to keep @bt_uk for phone & broadband. Not in the slightest...problems with continuity of service at the start. They've since moved me onto digital voice. Phoned 3 times to get complementary compatible phones...

@NeillShenton @btsport A lot of the co-commenators seem to be either pretty bad or annoying don't they? I think it was a shame (for us) that Gavin Peacock, once of Newcastle & Chelsea fame, chose a career as a Christian Missionary over football punditry. We lost a good un there. That pesky God fella..

@CloudsAndShit @bt_uk I'm sure you understand that this doesn't mean I want to deport all immigrants or anything like that, this is just an extremely risky thing for me to post on this website. I fully support legal immigration, provided they come to work and integrate. What I don't support is OB.

@CloudsAndShit @bt_uk That sort of fits my point. If these people actually were communists, they would hate China. The name has decieved them and so, they aren't open to hearing the bad parts and will rush to defend a nation they know nothing about.
-
Yummomummo
(@Yummomummo_) reported
@CloudsAndShit @bt_uk The issue is the way they interact with online culture. If they never have to experience anything outside of their comfort zone, they never will. Because fundamentally, they are kids and have a psychological need to feel comfort. Without mum and dad online, they turn to filters.

@CloudsAndShit @bt_uk What I want is a country where anything can be bought and sold as long as you aren't violating anyone's rights. There's no reason for any item to be illegal since its down to the individual to misuse it. A country where the state only exists to protect the rights of the people.
-
Yummomummo

@CloudsAndShit @bt_uk Take the former justice minister in Scotland. A man so fragile he decided to make and eventually pass a hate crime bill carrying a 7 year sentence for saying mean words at your own dinner table over some mean tweets. He's broken his own law many times but he never gets punished.

@bt_uk What about the hate that you lot actively ignore resulting in mass rapes? But you only want to silence people speaking up about it because your staff support mass rapes of white girls, while gaslighting us.

@CloudsAndShit @TyTalksTechblog @bt_uk All good stuff mostly but as it was a single tweet answer to a massive issue it was a basic answer. The internet/tech is here to stay but parents who give a **** & companies who take more responsibilities are things we can change
