  • JuckaBardo Julian Brown (@JuckaBardo) reported from Bingley, England

@NeillShenton @btsport A lot of the co-commenators seem to be either pretty bad or annoying don't they? I think it was a shame (for us) that Gavin Peacock, once of Newcastle & Chelsea fame, chose a career as a Christian Missionary over football punditry. We lost a good un there. That pesky God fella..

  • CouncillorGwen Councillor Gwen Lowe (@CouncillorGwen) reported from Dewsbury, England

PLEASE BE AWARE OF SCAM! Just answered a phone call from a nice man telling me that there are problems with my @bt_uk broadband speed? Kept him talking as long as I could without sharing any personal information. Obviously it’s a scam as I’m not with BT!

  • PatsyT31 PatsyT (@PatsyT31) reported from Fenay Bridge, England

  • RamblingSailor Mark (@RamblingSailor) reported from Leeds, England

@bt_uk not sure why my FTTH with 130Mbps download isn’t capable of handing a iPlayer and a Teams call?! They use 5Mbps and 1.5Mbps respectively which is 5% of the down speed allegedly I should be receiving. I was also told that FTTH wasn’t load balanced or profiled.

  • jimmywood3107 James319 (@jimmywood3107) reported from Dewsbury, England

@TrylineUK @SkySports Hopefully we f**K them off coverage and presenting of our game has been a disgrace for a few year now, but we probz don't help ourselfs. I'd see what @btsport were offering before making any decisions over sky contract. I have no faith in Robert Elstone getting the contract.

  • richardmparr Richard Parr (@richardmparr) reported from Leeds, England

@bt_uk I’ve twice been on with BT customer service trying to get order to reinstate a line sorted - helpful staff both times - but each time call cut off when on hold before order finalised - once after call of 50 mins 🤯 then have to start from scratch again with new staff 😩

  • Ken_DeMange Adam J (@Ken_DeMange) reported from Leeds, England

  • Matt_Clough Mathew David Clough ㅂㄹㅁ (@Matt_Clough) reported

Dear @bt_uk you won’t let me cancel btsport because I’m stuck working offshore and can’t call the UK and you won’t let me complain about it because I cannot enter a UK number? You’re forcing me to keep paying. How is this not theft exactly? Are you con artists?

  • m_a_r_t_j_n young martin 🇪🇺 (@m_a_r_t_j_n) reported from Hastings, England

@bt_uk My services are now working, BT called and I now have a credit of £284.27. I was assured I could refund this to my bank account but I can’t for the life of me work out how. Your website ‘help’ shows me a nice page for doing so but doesn’t show me to navigate to said page. 🙄

@bt_uk There's no point. Its not a fault. Its the best that Openreach can offer. Believe me, I've been down this route a LOT. It's what happens when you're the only company with cables in the area. They don't care.

  • CareHarmony CareHarmonySolutions (@CareHarmony) reported

@btbusinesscare our line is down from Sunday and nobody helps! We were told it was going to be diverted yesterday temporarily to help. That was not done too
