The reason was down to a missed payment while they were in hospital. โPayment was made in full this evening, two hours before your people left the office. Kat (@Kat06075689) reported@bt_uk down and we have a medical device that requires WiFi to measure a baby heart rate. Device wonโt alarm if heart rate drops so essentially we canโt act right away should that happen. Fed up with BT now! Can I leave without a fee for this?
