The reason was down to a missed payment while they were in hospital. ​Payment was made in full this evening, two hours before your people left the office.   I think that unless you get through to the Cheif Excutive office @BT_uk you waste your time it’s full of people that don’t listen or want to help My contract is up shortly and I’m looking forward to moving to a company with proper customer service, where you get treated properly
