I'd see what @btsport were offering before making any decisions over sky contract. I have no faith in Robert Elstone getting the contract.

Richard Parr (@richardmparr) reported from Leeds, England@bt_uk It’s a complicated order so needed Customer service to speak to sales (I think) hence on hold a number of times - had order fibre installation which engineer said was not really possible at the house, so want to revert to copper line already here - just need it switches back on!

It’s just been ‘automatically cancelled’ by BT - and I’ve had to register again for a new account. 🤬🤯 Unbelievable

And it’s been 14 days since placing my order and it’s not moved forward any! Complete joke!

Excuse: the engineer is off sick- they don’t have anyone around. The path is blocked and by mistake they send wrong people.#BT
