@bt_uk I ordered a new broadband connection before lockdown in March. Outside works completed, do you have a date to restart indoor connections. WFH with poor internet need the upgrade.

@CuriousCrowArt @bt_uk Absolute pisstakers, Sky Sports easily allow you to pause your subscription during all this and STILL give full access to all the channels. BT Sport do nothing of the sort, still charge full price and make it impossible to cancel. You need to take a long, hard look at yourselves.

@netflix @NetflixUK I have a fast 300mbs connection and Fibre to premises connection with @bt_uk and paying for the ultraHD but the quality is not great, it's very blocky, like 480-720 being played on a 4k UHD TV. Please help!

£25 a month I pay for @btsport and it bloody crashes so many times it really winds me up and it always does it during Liverpool games! First month they charged me twice and I never got a refund. After this game I’m gonna cancel. Not worth the stress. Bloody poor.

Trying to get through to @bt_uk is bloody pain. Was supposed have someone out Friday and got nothing, was supposed to get a call Saturday and nothing again now have received a email saying they’ve closed my case down. Cannot wait to leave never again.
