  @aliogg_77 @btsport The Saturday blackout was brought in 50 years ago and doesn’t show any benefit these days - in fact the EFL themselves have been campaigning to get it scrapped.   My elderly infirm neighbour has had a fault on his line for 2 MONTHS! It gets fixed and then breaks again within a few days. I now can't speak to anyone about this - its just my line that gets checked! This was an urgent welfare check on Mon & it's broken again! Help pls @bt_uk

  @bt_uk People only resort to X when traditional methods of communication show themselves to be totally inadequate. All routes appear to lead to international call centers who do not understand the issues at hand.
