@bt_uk are an actual JOKE. Meant to come today to install WiFi at our new address (that we’ve already gone without for almost a week in a house that barely gets signal or 4G) didn’t turn up because they ‘ran out of time’ and now aren’t coming til Friday

@bt_uk are genuinely the worst. Poor communication since starting my contract with them, poor resolution to a complaint that nearly lasted a year!! And to top it all off, my actual product didn't work until months after the order date, and would be described as patchy at best.

@bt_uk very disappointed to find that I was being charged for a service I did not ask for or use, when contacting customer services the process is very slow with two weeks between calls meanwhile I have to pay for the privilege of having BT sport despite not having a a TV licence

@bt_uk Yes, they are dealing with it, but so slowly and in an inconvenient manner e.g. only resolving via phone call. This wouldn’t be a problem but reception at my house is terrible so calls won’t come through

@tomhj123 @bt_uk I have been told the same this with regards to it being outside of the period but to give them their due they have now started digging deeper for me. Hopefully both of our issues will be resolved quickly.

@bt_uk appalling #CustomerService a fault on our line - no #phone or #broadband & they can’t send engineer to investigate until at least Friday 16th. Wow you should be totally ashamed of your #shoddy service. I wish I could change.

@bt_uk Hi Lesley, I have just been on the phone with customer services. When I moved house I changed contract and only wanted broadband but I now find that I’ve been paying for tv and sport since last year. As you will see from my usage data I have never used either

My timeline currently has people experiencing appalling 'customer service' from @bt_uk and @SP_EnergyPeople. I expect many other corporates are equally bad. There's a reason for this: corporations are not rewarded for being nice people to deal with.

@RaveofRavendale @bt_uk I went through a similar issue with 3. I spent months trying to resolve it with them with no luck. Eventually took it to the Ombudsman and it was sorted in two weeks.

So, @bt_uk, when is BT actually going to do something about the volume of complaints from large numbers of BT Cloud users who simply cannot get past the 'Unexpected error' message, when trying to sync to BT Cloud? It really is an appalling service. Time for the Ombudsman again?

@BTCare I wonder if you can help me. The last week or so my internet has been so unstable that if someone else boots up netflix while I am online it's causing me to get 100+ ping and everything takes forever to load. Not really on when we're paying near as damn it top dollar.

@RaveofRavendale @bt_uk We had similar issues with BT. If you're changing I reaaaaaally recommend Plusnet. Every time I've call them up for an issue they literally answer the phone within 2 minutes. It's amazing.

@btbusinesscare @BTLocalBusines1 I have been trying to resolve a line fault since 29 March 2021, call divert not working properly. Also trying to get a BT cloud voice insltallation since last November. To add insult to injury being billed forthe faulty/non-existent service.
