    @bt_uk Any problems with internet or signal in BD16 area at present? Our NOW TV service has been saying it's offline a lot (eventually works) & laptop struggled today too.

    @bt_uk After 5 years of the same terrible service and numerous complaints I doubt very much that you will be able to look into it very far, our entire street suffers the same abysmal service. I will dm you though so you you can play lip service.

    @bt_uk I ordered a new broadband connection before lockdown in March. Outside works completed, do you have a date to restart indoor connections. WFH with poor internet need the upgrade.

    @bt_uk I was also supposed to have a free upgrade to the Halo service. But the BT app doesn't let me register.

    @bt_uk We decided try BT for our TV and WIFI after shocking service with Virgin. 3 weeks after our install date we still have neither. 3/4 phone calls per week to your CS dept. on hold for 50 minutes each time.

    @lolobozzle @BTCare Not sure. Perhaps citizens advice could help? It's in nobody's interest to try and force someone to pay up roe a service they can no longer afford due to a change of circumstances put of their control.

    @bt_uk not sure why my FTTH with 130Mbps download isn’t capable of handing a iPlayer and a Teams call?! They use 5Mbps and 1.5Mbps respectively which is 5% of the down speed allegedly I should be receiving. I was also told that FTTH wasn’t load balanced or profiled.

    @btsport Can you tell me why, every few minutes the picture freezes for a and the commentary a word when ever we are watching TV ' line' via the hub I would like to know why we are getting a worse service than Virgin at a lot higher cost

    @bt_uk Fault Dee. Broadband was working then suddenly stopped. Receiving updates every few days but no clearer as to what problem is or when it will be resolved. We have been given a data hot-spot but connectivity is a bit hit and miss and it doesn't give us the coverage we need.

    @bt_uk hey im having trouble with BT sport monthly pass. I purchased it on Tuesday , money was taken from my account and it has now been cancelled from 2.00am saying trouble with card payment. The money has definitely came out of my account and my monthly pass only lasted 3 days

    @SoProudScottish @BBCchrismclaug @btsport I’m not having that, that’s just pure victim blaming. Rangers players have been at Parkhead on many occasions and never been called a security risk. The issue lies in a section of your support and until Rangers accept it and deal with it we’ll be returning to stories like this.
