@lolobozzle @BTCare Not sure. Perhaps citizens advice could help? It's in nobody's interest to try and force someone to pay up roe a service they can no longer afford due to a change of circumstances put of their control.

  • PatsyT31 PatsyT (@PatsyT31) reported from Fenay Bridge, England

  • Ant_Lock77 🅰🅽🆃 (@Ant_Lock77) reported from Leeds, England

Unbelievably poor internet service yet again today. Making working from home extremely difficult and frustrating. @bt_uk you are robbing us blind with what we pay for this ridiculously poor service.

  • Ant_Lock77 🅰🅽🆃 (@Ant_Lock77) reported from Leeds, England

@bt_uk After 5 years of the same terrible service and numerous complaints I doubt very much that you will be able to look into it very far, our entire street suffers the same abysmal service. I will dm you though so you you can play lip service.

Chris Sutton saying Fulham are already down!!!! 🥴 #Fulham #btsport

  • RamblingSailor Mark (@RamblingSailor) reported from Leeds, England

@bt_uk not sure why my FTTH with 130Mbps download isn’t capable of handing a iPlayer and a Teams call?! They use 5Mbps and 1.5Mbps respectively which is 5% of the down speed allegedly I should be receiving. I was also told that FTTH wasn’t load balanced or profiled.

  • Michael23529243 Michael Kiernan (@Michael23529243) reported

@BTCare so because the world has gone tipsy turvy, your company cannot extend its policy on an extension of services to help someone get a job to actually pay their bill? British Telecom, the home grown network? More like ‘you’re screwed if you have a problem paying’ network

  • PigandErrol Fran (@PigandErrol) reported

@bt_uk would you please contact me re a fault I am trying to talk to you about. Your computer bit does not understand that workers in the street appear to have dug through our cable and there seems no way to inform you of vital detail you need to fix fault quickly.......

  • Vinc3Charming Vinc3Charming (@Vinc3Charming) reported

@crustyano @GeorgeMonbiot @bt_uk Open reach is a company that doesn't even pretend the consumer has any rights. They don't even pretend to deal with their own complaints. There help account on twitter is all "get in touch with your provider". Absolute absurd joke.

  • HarryKeithL Harry (@HarryKeithL) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @bt_uk George, a BT manager is getting a bonus for providing an efficient, rapid service. A service to efficiently and quickly **** your weekend. Job done.
