Richard Parr (@richardmparr) reported from Leeds, England@bt_uk It’s a complicated order so needed Customer service to speak to sales (I think) hence on hold a number of times - had order fibre installation which engineer said was not really possible at the house, so want to revert to copper line already here - just need it switches back on!

On the FA cup point, little old Manchester United the live game tonight, sure the 900k in TV money will do them good.

Service is due to start on 17/6 but I learn that I can use the app to start before, i.e. today? The order doesn't show in the app & if I search for order + post code it claims they're incorrect. Our broadband has been off now for over 2 weeks. You have closed the fault off as complete, when nobody attended despite you promising to come to the premises.
