@btsport @btsportfootball @SkySportsPL It seems now is the time to contact the 6 English clubs involved and drive down the price of their contracts due to the apparent brand damage to your ‘product’ The sponsors will follow and the well needed levelling will be upon us👌

  • Mcollinson72
Michael Collinson (@Mcollinson72) reported from Wakefield, England

Get @SkyUK #skyglass they said … it’s brilliant they said. Yeah, until there’s an internet outage and you can’t use or access a single thing on your TV. My advice, don’t bother with it. Had nothing but problems. Room for a little one @bt_uk ? 😡

  • richardmparr
Richard Parr (@richardmparr) reported from Leeds, England

@bt_uk I’ve twice been on with BT customer service trying to get order to reinstate a line sorted - helpful staff both times - but each time call cut off when on hold before order finalised - once after call of 50 mins 🤯 then have to start from scratch again with new staff 😩

  • Ken_DeMange

  • OhJulie73
Julie Swift 🐶 (@OhJulie73) reported from Huddersfield, England

@bt_uk hi, I'm very disappointed that my broadband price has gone up to £31+ per month, I didn't sign up for that price, is there any way I can cancel my contract, as it's not feasible for me in the long run? Thanks.

  • jamie__leonard
Jamie Leonard (@jamie__leonard) reported from Holywell Green, England

Moved house back in May. Thought it would be easier to keep @bt_uk for phone & broadband. Not in the slightest...problems with continuity of service at the start. They've since moved me onto digital voice. Phoned 3 times to get complementary compatible phones...

  • CouncillorGwen
Councillor Gwen Lowe (@CouncillorGwen) reported from Dewsbury, England

PLEASE BE AWARE OF SCAM! Just answered a phone call from a nice man telling me that there are problems with my @bt_uk broadband speed? Kept him talking as long as I could without sharing any personal information. Obviously it’s a scam as I’m not with BT!

  • sarahjagger76
Sarah Jagger (@sarahjagger76) reported from Bradford, England

@bt_uk It didn’t give me a department to call. I finally got through after an hour of waiting and the problem has been resolved. I’d also called on Tuesday evening and in total had been waiting well over 2 hours. All for a password reset!

  • richardmparr
Richard Parr (@richardmparr) reported from Wetherby, England

@bt_uk I reached out for help with getting broadband up in our new rental home via the loyalty team last Friday - spent 2 hours on the phone doing it. It’s just been ‘automatically cancelled’ by BT - and I’ve had to register again for a new account. 🤬🤯 Unbelievable

  • lowblowjo
    Joanne Crawley (@lowblowjo) reported

@bt_uk How can I check my service if I don't have a landline? I've got no broadband 😓

  • jamclarkey
    James (@jamclarkey) reported

@tinamreynolds @TheBioLibrarian @bt_uk The change to your voice service being delivered over Internet (VOIP) is because the old system is closing down due to it being too old to maintain and lack of spare parts globally. Re power cut, you can also get solar power battery packs.

  • an7h0w50n1
    An7h0w50n (@an7h0w50n1) reported

  • OO09ARB
    Andy Bramley (@OO09ARB) reported

@bt_uk So, yet another day with no internet from @bt_uk, now heading into day 9. What exactly are you doing to try and fix the problem, BT? Nothing, it would seem, and still no communication from anyone either. But Catherine apparently did do her job yesterday and sent an e mail!

  • RedhillsAnnie
Pauline Lomax (@RedhillsAnnie) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@Sean4Llandaff @cardiffcouncil There is work happening updating the @bt_uk network on Ely Rd. The newly multi-patched surfaces are now uneven trip hazards. In France councils coordinate with utilities, so that the paths are not lifted and patched continuously. Can we do better?

  • minxiv7
    Minxi 💜🇺🇦 (@minxiv7) reported

Years of loyal service with @bt_uk only to have engineers sent out to our home every few months to sort out an outside problem that returns every time! We’ve NEVER had the promised service from this company and we’ve simply been robbed. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone.

  • tinamreynolds
    Tina Reynolds (@tinamreynolds) reported

@jamclarkey @TheBioLibrarian @bt_uk We live in a flat, so I assume solar won't do us much good. The system isn't going away until 2025 - perhaps they can spend until then thinking up a solution
