    @bt_uk As already highlighted we have now spoken to Royal Mail they explained that they own the postal code system as they deliver letters across the country, because we don't have an access point for letters to be delivered we won't be added, quite rightly so. The issue is with @bt_uk

    @bt_uk you have the worst customer service ever - spent over 5 hours on hold over the last 2 days trying to sort out an issue with email that is your fault - being on hold and then having agents putting the phone down on me - you need to sort yourselves out - not happy

    @bt_uk hi, I'm very disappointed that my broadband price has gone up to ยฃ31+ per month, I didn't sign up for that price, is there any way I can cancel my contract, as it's not feasible for me in the long run? Thanks.

    @lolobozzle @BTCare Not sure. Perhaps citizens advice could help? It's in nobody's interest to try and force someone to pay up roe a service they can no longer afford due to a change of circumstances put of their control.

    @btsport Can you tell me why, every few minutes the picture freezes for a and the commentary a word when ever we are watching TV ' line' via the hub I would like to know why we are getting a worse service than Virgin at a lot higher cost

    @bt_uk Hi Lesley, I have just been on the phone with customer services. When I moved house I changed contract and only wanted broadband but I now find that Iโ€™ve been paying for tv and sport since last year. As you will see from my usage data I have never used either

    @bt_uk useless customer service, phone line dead 8 days ago, twice been promised an engineer would resolve it and twice it didnโ€™t happen, online chat telling us the engineer is working on the fault at the exchange whilst Iโ€™m sat looking at the box void of said engineer!!!

    @bt_uk Iโ€™ve twice been on with BT customer service trying to get order to reinstate a line sorted - helpful staff both times - but each time call cut off when on hold before order finalised - once after call of 50 mins ๐Ÿคฏ then have to start from scratch again with new staff ๐Ÿ˜ฉ

    @btsport so everybody is in the same boat during this pandemic and everyone is helping each other apart from @btsport who can't seem to cancel a simple subscription and even pass me to debt recovery over a debt that not only do I not owe, but is completely incorrect!

    Another potential Wi-Fi-less few days it seems. Iโ€™m not entirely sure @bt_ukโ€™s fix of tying a tree branch away from the main box using blue nylon cord wrapped round a large rock has been a total success, you know.

    @bt_uk Hi, we seem to have a connection issue. We have broadband/wifi but some of our devices like the TV are unable to connect. I have used the service checker and it says there is an issue. What do I do next please?

    @asha_shar Any way to have wi-fi 5ghz as default or option? Xbox is one of the only devices that defaults to 2.4ghz with no way to get 5ghz unless you disable 2.4ghz on the broadband entirely. Some providers like @bt_uk donโ€™t allow for that or splitting the network on their routers. Help!

    @btbusinesscare we have had such a poor service with BT, when you ring up to cancel they donโ€™t let you go pass there indian call centre. We have switched the service off but they still want to charge us for a service not in use for months. I do not use bt business broadband
