@bt_uk very disappointed to find that I was being charged for a service I did not ask for or use, when contacting customer services the process is very slow with two weeks between calls meanwhile I have to pay for the privilege of having BT sport despite not having a a TV licence

@redliz @bt_uk @btsport btsport charge an absolute fortune for their service. It’s hard enough so the moment without being fleeced for “live” football that may not reappear this year! @bt_uk you really need to rethink this decision, try ringing @SkySports they can tell you how to do it!

@btsport so everybody is in the same boat during this pandemic and everyone is helping each other apart from @btsport who can't seem to cancel a simple subscription and even pass me to debt recovery over a debt that not only do I not owe, but is completely incorrect!

@CuriousCrowArt @bt_uk Absolute pisstakers, Sky Sports easily allow you to pause your subscription during all this and STILL give full access to all the channels. BT Sport do nothing of the sort, still charge full price and make it impossible to cancel. You need to take a long, hard look at yourselves.

@bt_uk Yes, they are dealing with it, but so slowly and in an inconvenient manner e.g. only resolving via phone call. This wouldn’t be a problem but reception at my house is terrible so calls won’t come through

@netflix @NetflixUK I have a fast 300mbs connection and Fibre to premises connection with @bt_uk and paying for the ultraHD but the quality is not great, it's very blocky, like 480-720 being played on a 4k UHD TV. Please help!

@btsport bit of a tech question, I pay bt for sport and watch it on my sky q box and also on my android phone and Ipad but now my iPad is inaccessible saying it doesn’t recognise my account, I’ve watched hundreds of matches on it but suddenly my sign in is wrong, any ideas?

@bt_uk we are using your full fibre 500 broadband, is there anyway we can boost out wi fi cause outside the the room where the router is, cause the signal is rubbish can just about one device at a time, we were told that you use multiple devices. My missus has to use her hotspot.

@Beetleman78 @bt_uk Hi @Beetleman78 not BT however how is the router positioned? If you still have issues have a look at Smart WiFi packages or mesh wifi boosters that help spaces in your house stay connected. Otherwise give the BB support team a call and ask them about the options :)
