  • DuncanQuinton1 Duncan Quinton (@DuncanQuinton1) reported from Ilkley, England

@btsport @btsportfootball @SkySportsPL It seems now is the time to contact the 6 English clubs involved and drive down the price of their contracts due to the apparent brand damage to your ‘product’ The sponsors will follow and the well needed levelling will be upon us👌

  • T_J_PetSupplies Tyler-James Ltd (@T_J_PetSupplies) reported from Ilkley, England

  • RamblingSailor Mark (@RamblingSailor) reported from Leeds, England

@bt_uk not sure why my FTTH with 130Mbps download isn’t capable of handing a iPlayer and a Teams call?! They use 5Mbps and 1.5Mbps respectively which is 5% of the down speed allegedly I should be receiving. I was also told that FTTH wasn’t load balanced or profiled.

  • PatsyT31 PatsyT (@PatsyT31) reported from Fenay Bridge, England

After yet another no-show by @WeAreOpenreach today, we rang @bt_uk CS team who said they would call back with an update. Almost 6 hours later, no call received. You call this "service"?

  • JuckaBardo Julian Brown (@JuckaBardo) reported from Bingley, England

@NeillShenton @btsport A lot of the co-commenators seem to be either pretty bad or annoying don't they? I think it was a shame (for us) that Gavin Peacock, once of Newcastle & Chelsea fame, chose a career as a Christian Missionary over football punditry. We lost a good un there. That pesky God fella..

  • prysds Richard Gear (@prysds) reported from Leeds, England

Punditry on @btsport is the worst

  • MickMacca Michael Mcaliskey® (@MickMacca) reported from Huddersfield, England

@Alfonsothekent1 @SkySports @bt_uk ******* joke.. Should be giving **** for free during this pandemic

@bt_uk useless customer service, phone line dead 8 days ago, twice been promised an engineer would resolve it and twice it didn’t happen, online chat telling us the engineer is working on the fault at the exchange whilst I’m sat looking at the box void of said engineer!!!

  • markyp66 Mark Pritchard (@markyp66) reported from Gildersome, England

.@bt_uk you wait for an hour for someone to answer your call, then they say they can’t help and cut you off, need to get another provider who can do what they sell you

  • PatsyT31 PatsyT (@PatsyT31) reported from Fenay Bridge, England

@bt_uk Text msg received today??!: Hello, BT here. We're sorry, but we need to change the date that some of your services will start or stop. Your broadband start date is changing from 17-Nov-2020 to 30-Nov-2020. Your phone service start date is changing from 24-Dec-2020 to 30-Nov-2020.

  • CraigLUFC77 Craig🥇🏆 (@CraigLUFC77) reported from Leeds, England

Does anyone else just shout "oh **** off" everytime the commentary team says we're sorry for any bad language you might have heard.. #SkySports #btsport #PremierLeague

  • PatsyT31 PatsyT (@PatsyT31) reported from Fenay Bridge, England

@bt_uk We decided try BT for our TV and WIFI after shocking service with Virgin. 3 weeks after our install date we still have neither. 3/4 phone calls per week to your CS dept. on hold for 50 minutes each time.

  • jimmywood3107 James319 (@jimmywood3107) reported from Dewsbury, England

@TrylineUK @SkySports Hopefully we f**K them off coverage and presenting of our game has been a disgrace for a few year now, but we probz don't help ourselfs. I'd see what @btsport were offering before making any decisions over sky contract. I have no faith in Robert Elstone getting the contract.

  • JoMcArdle13 Jo McArdle (@JoMcArdle13) reported from Wakefield, England

@bt_uk do you have a contact email/phone number regarding issues with your internet?

BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Mothematician Graeme (@Mothematician) reported

@bt_uk Could you fix my elderly, housebound parents' landline - even answering the support line & giving us an update would be a start

  • keetmufc keet. (@keetmufc) reported

@bt_uk What's my problem? I'd have more success at a decent speed if I bought a DeLorean, fitted it with a flux capacitor and traveled back to 1992 to use a dial up modem.

  • n_hargreaves neil hargreaves (@n_hargreaves) reported

@bt_uk Why do bt broadband customers get sim only deals on EE but not bt line line customers and I am a EE customer as well

  • Alicecclarkeho1 clarkey05 (@Alicecclarkeho1) reported

@bt_uk yet another fault. Third time you've had to send an engineer. Any chance you could fix it properly this time? Or refund the money I have paid for a service I'm not getting?!

  • MikeyNewman7 bthelpline (@MikeyNewman7) reported

@elliebek @bt_uk Hi I will try and get the problem sorted as soon as possible could you explain your problem further?

  • M0JEC Norman M0JEC💙#WearAMaskSong (@M0JEC) reported

@bt_uk Is there any way to narrow it down from ‘sometime in the next 3-4 years’? I’m getting better speeds off a mobile broadband setup right now. Under 1mbps upload is kinda frustrating when our old house in a smaller town had 17mbps upload.

  • dawnlovesgreece Dawn (@dawnlovesgreece) reported

@Captain_Bold @bt_uk No. It’s still intermittent and currently not working 😒

  • abi_rann abs (@abi_rann) reported

@bt_uk how do I go about getting my customer reference number?

  • keetmufc keet. (@keetmufc) reported

@bt_uk Na. You're all right. I've done it countless times and it's never your fault. Not once. It's always something on my end. Funny thing is though. It's only ever happened with BT. Odd that.

  • donnellytweet James Donnelly (@donnellytweet) reported

@bt_uk Had no internet since 9am this morning. Was informed it would be fixed by 3:30pm, still nothing. Website now says no fix date. Any ideas?
