    Another potential Wi-Fi-less few days it seems. I’m not entirely sure @bt_uk’s fix of tying a tree branch away from the main box using blue nylon cord wrapped round a large rock has been a total success, you know.

    @tomhj123 @bt_uk I have been told the same this with regards to it being outside of the period but to give them their due they have now started digging deeper for me. Hopefully both of our issues will be resolved quickly.

    @bt_uk are genuinely the worst. Poor communication since starting my contract with them, poor resolution to a complaint that nearly lasted a year!! And to top it all off, my actual product didn't work until months after the order date, and would be described as patchy at best.

    @bt_uk you have the worst customer service ever - spent over 5 hours on hold over the last 2 days trying to sort out an issue with email that is your fault - being on hold and then having agents putting the phone down on me - you need to sort yourselves out - not happy

    @bt_uk appalling #CustomerService a fault on our line - no #phone or #broadband & they can’t send engineer to investigate until at least Friday 16th. Wow you should be totally ashamed of your #shoddy service. I wish I could change.

    @btbusinesscare I am still without service after six days of switching to the new cloud phone service, reported every day and still cannot receive calls on 01535608347 . BT does not care you sold me this and I am losing business . Help

    @bt_uk How about fixing my connection? Without internet since 2nd and had 5 fix dates delayed, been told to upgrade to Halo when I don't want to be stuck with BT for another 24months! Awful service! Won't provide a dongle or compensate for additional costs incurred

    @katiec1314 @bt_uk I think its because he didnt know what the problem was. He was adamant it wasnt BT's issue. I said it was, I want to complain..... 40 minutes later on the phone.. Ah yes, i see the problem sir. Its our system.

    @ElCapitanC @bt_uk There was an old order on my line that was stopping me from moving to another provider. The other provider sent me to BT. BT , Nah, nuffink to do with us mate. Your line is fine... Pfffft. Something is in the pipeline to fix it now.

    @joe_yer99 @bt_uk All done as best value, using a chat bot which has a rigid suite of algorithms, to ditch the costs of a real people service @NationwidePress have changed their online messaging to an exactly similar system, with no options to bypass with a freeform message
