@CuriousCrowArt @bt_uk Absolute pisstakers, Sky Sports easily allow you to pause your subscription during all this and STILL give full access to all the channels. BT Sport do nothing of the sort, still charge full price and make it impossible to cancel. You need to take a long, hard look at yourselves.

@netflix @NetflixUK I have a fast 300mbs connection and Fibre to premises connection with @bt_uk and paying for the ultraHD but the quality is not great, it's very blocky, like 480-720 being played on a 4k UHD TV. Please help!

@bt_uk Opted for your entertainment package etc etc etc on the 8/10/21. Received email that you had turned on my service on 22/10/21. Equipment etc received but your installation contractor TSG is refusing to come to instal it as he now says they doesn’t operate in our postcode area.

@bt_uk Hi, I am moving house and the logistics do not allow me to carry on with you. I have tried to call but the phone lines are down and have tried to go online but it just sends me in a loop of upgrades and packages. I need to do this asap, can you advise please.
