    Generally quick to moan at poor customer service so for a change a positive post about @bt_uk. Called earlier to look at changing tariffs due to increased prices. Lloyd was helpful, cheerful and upgraded me, saving me money as well. #GoodSkliis.

    Love spending 2 hours of my evening waiting for a scheduled call from @bt_uk which never happened. 9 days after my activation date and I feel like I'm stuck in an infinite time loop where every "update" I receive only serves to inform me when I should expect the next update 😞
