@bt_uk not sure why my FTTH with 130Mbps download isn’t capable of handing a iPlayer and a Teams call?! They use 5Mbps and 1.5Mbps respectively which is 5% of the down speed allegedly I should be receiving. I was also told that FTTH wasn’t load balanced or profiled.

@bt_uk I had an agent contact a few weeks ago regarding the renewal of our broadband. He clearly wanted to sell BT products and when I said we were getting slow "super-fast" broadband but had an EE phone mast on site. He said he would investigate but I have not been contacted since!
