@bt_uk It didn’t give me a department to call. I finally got through after an hour of waiting and the problem has been resolved. I’d also called on Tuesday evening and in total had been waiting well over 2 hours. All for a password reset!

@adamsummerton @btsport of* The only problem lies with the Saturday 3pm Blackout, which bans the Saturday 2pm from being shown and the opening 15 minutes of the Saturday 5pm Game. That of course is out of BT's control but it's not convenient purely because we have to find a way around via the bookies.

@bt_uk I’ve had nothing but problems with the speeds and coverage from your service. You’re claiming to be a high speed broadband but I have not experienced this at all. 2 different households and both the same problems.

@bt_uk I have taken the BT Sport app with Plusnet. I got the page saying you have setup my BTID, and an activation email. I click on activate now but it says allow at least 5 minutes before doing so and also ‘there is a technical issue’. I don’t have the ID and I can’t activate.
