@bt_uk It didn’t give me a department to call. I finally got through after an hour of waiting and the problem has been resolved. I’d also called on Tuesday evening and in total had been waiting well over 2 hours. All for a password reset!

@bt_uk OK all working again. Thanks for the reply but tbh it's not a reliable service atm. All locations of the disc's in a 3 bed semi are deemed poor. The idea is to have the disc's in different rooms to extend the range. The signal drops out regularly. 😕

@bt_uk My mother’s email has been hacked - your customer care team were great but when it couldn’t be resolved we asked them to just shut down the email to prevent my mothers elderly friends getting more phishing emails … “that person doesn’t work today”?!?

They're also saying Ofcom would say the same. @bt_uk have called me today to say that they don't even know if they can supply me with broadband again. An actual Internet Service Provider. They are absolutely useless.
