Person calling from 01272 990574 purporting to be from @bt_uk about our internet security and someone was misusing it. They’d have to be good as we don’t have BT B/Band at this location. 😂😂 He wanted to show me if I signed onto s/thing. Phone put down once I called him out. 🤣

We have had to purchase @ThreeUK 5G internet hub for a month (rolling contract) . @bt_uk don’t see to care - it is the worst broadband provider- I have been with them for 10 years . Disgraceful company. Avoid at all costs #BTinternet

@bt_uk I had this discussion with your colleague on the phone. It is in a window. Sitting right next to my EE mobile phone which is currently receiving around double the down and triple the up. It's the third time I've had to use your 4G hubs and the third time I've struggled.

@bt_uk thank you for replying, it’s been two days and no one and the people who use BT for internet and wifi, we haven’t had a statement saying why it’s not working.! It’s tough yes to fix it for everyone but at least say what has happen.! We pay for internet! Can we at least use it
