Person calling from 01272 990574 purporting to be from @bt_uk about our internet security and someone was misusing it. They’d have to be good as we don’t have BT B/Band at this location. 😂😂 He wanted to show me if I signed onto s/thing. Phone put down once I called him out. 🤣

Something weird happening with my @bt_uk landline. It stopped working & will not ring if someone calls unless they use a landline. BT engineer showed up today to instal a third line which was not requested. Communication is great when it works - it's just not working at mo!

@bt_uk Hey @SkyUK my Sky Talk line is down and I have no access to Sky Broadband. BT engineers are working in my area on the lines locally but as above BT say this isn’t their issue. Sky online service status says no issues. I NEED my internet for work. Can you help?
