    @bt_uk It didn’t give me a department to call. I finally got through after an hour of waiting and the problem has been resolved. I’d also called on Tuesday evening and in total had been waiting well over 2 hours. All for a password reset!

    @SkyHelpTeam what is the news of the multiple outage in Settle area. Don’t fob us off with overheating routers, I am with @bt_uk in a house next door to one with the outage and ours is working fine.. Why are you not helping ? #gladiamwithBT #skyfail

    @btbusinesscare I am still without service after six days of switching to the new cloud phone service, reported every day and still cannot receive calls on 01535608347 . BT does not care you sold me this and I am losing business . Help

    @vmbusiness are nothing short of useless. No broadband since Friday and no explanation. It’s a frequent issue with this company. Looking for alternative reliable business broadband & phone supply. @bt_uk , can you help?

    @bt_uk you have the worst customer service ever - spent over 5 hours on hold over the last 2 days trying to sort out an issue with email that is your fault - being on hold and then having agents putting the phone down on me - you need to sort yourselves out - not happy

I think it was a shame (for us) that Gavin Peacock, once of Newcastle & Chelsea fame, chose a career as a Christian Missionary over football punditry. We lost a good un there. That pesky God fella..

    @bt_uk Any problems with internet or signal in BD16 area at present? Our NOW TV service has been saying it's offline a lot (eventually works) & laptop struggled today too.

    @btsport so everybody is in the same boat during this pandemic and everyone is helping each other apart from @btsport who can't seem to cancel a simple subscription and even pass me to debt recovery over a debt that not only do I not owe, but is completely incorrect!

    @bt_uk Great, another 30minutes out of my working day, I must have spent well over 3 hours phoning your company in the last week. I pay a premium price, expecting a premium service. I think I’ll go to the lower priced end of the market next time, it can’t be any worse than this.

    @bt_uk moved house in March. Still haven’t got HD channels. I raised this issue in April and again earlier this month. How long does it take to get a call listened to?

    @bt_uk how about Customer service, left without broadband for over a month after engineer cancelled at the last minute, given next appointment in 3.5 weeks. In 4G blackspot , can’t even use phone as hotspot. Less jumping on bandwagons, more in service.
