    Person calling from 01272 990574 purporting to be from @bt_uk about our internet security and someone was misusing it. They’d have to be good as we don’t have BT B/Band at this location. 😂😂 He wanted to show me if I signed onto s/thing. Phone put down once I called him out. 🤣

    @btsport so everybody is in the same boat during this pandemic and everyone is helping each other apart from @btsport who can't seem to cancel a simple subscription and even pass me to debt recovery over a debt that not only do I not owe, but is completely incorrect!

    @bt_uk Your 61998 service isn't worth the effort. I've got a very audible crackling line that's frequently disconnecting my broadband, and the BT Diagnostics Bot insists everything's fine. I've had this problem multiple times before, and the cause is always on BT's end, not mine.

    @bt_uk I do not remember her name. It's not important. The problem here is that you make people take out contracts so that, no matter what happens, you get your money and then some if a customer has to terminate the contract early, for financial reasons for instance..

    @bt_uk I called that number and was told categorically that nothing could be done other than terminate it early and incur extortionate fees or wait 12 months for the contract to finish. No alternatives to these were offered..
