Tim Ahad (@timahad1) reported from Bradford, England@btsport so everybody is in the same boat during this pandemic and everyone is helping each other apart from @btsport who can't seem to cancel a simple subscription and even pass me to debt recovery over a debt that not only do I not owe, but is completely incorrect!
-
'Motivated And Confident' Mags (@dejkirkby) reported from Burnley, England@virginmedia @btsport as a VM customer with the BT Sport add-on, can you explain to me the idea behind having the only reason I have the BT Sport add-on, UFC, having major events locked behind a secondary paywall and then still increasing the package cost. Not only double
-
'Motivated And Confident' Mags (@dejkirkby) reported from Burnley, England@bt_uk @MikeAubury Read this as: Whenever we feel we can fleece customers by holding big events to random behind a 2nd paywall, we will. Forget that customer already pay a premium to receive BT Sports, because we couldn't give a shit.
-
'Motivated And Confident' Mags (@dejkirkby) reported from Burnley, England@fowl_original @btsport @Omega_Luke @alpha_reel @hairywrestling @TEGamerUK @smacktalk_uk @WatchesJess @TheMattAttackUK @knankles I think Sky were still smarting from the loss of PPV sales when the Network was released in the UK just weeks into a 5 year deal.

-
Julian Brown (@JuckaBardo) reported from Bingley, England@NeillShenton @btsport A lot of the co-commenators seem to be either pretty bad or annoying don't they? I think it was a shame (for us) that Gavin Peacock, once of Newcastle & Chelsea fame, chose a career as a Christian Missionary over football punditry. We lost a good un there. That pesky God fella..
-

BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
ANDREW HENDERSON (@AHende1006) reported@bt_uk 2 hours and 15 minutes to get my replacement Hub up and running on the phone to you. Crap customer experience @EE .
-
Jan Gill (@JanetAGill) reported@bt_uk what has happened to your # customer service - absolute joke !
-
Si (@SimonHealey73) reported@bt_uk Your app doesn’t work, the speed checker is still not working and your bot keeps asking me the same question. I’ve had a fault logged since the 27th and the checker just keeps adding one day to it, with broadband well below guaranteed levels. It’s really poor.
-
grace hooper (@messalinahooper) reportedSpent an hour with a really gentle lady from @bt_uk got the comp network set up and now can't watch any tv, at all. Not anything! Outstanding!. Your colleague was lovely though
-
Rural Record (@AnonEtc) reported@bt_uk We did, Ian in Stockport told us exit fees fluctuate constantly...despite giving him the exit date! It's this overt complication, plus language (see the previous pic, "see how switching will IMPACT you"), against the ethos of Ofcom, which is why BT will lose customers and fail.
-
Craig Goddard (@ChemTeachCGO) reported@bt_uk It seems that since it moved to HBO Max, this is no longer the case & is now baked into my contract alongside broadband. I don't recall at any time being asked about this & I have always understood it to be a rolling commitment. Please explain this situation and how I can cancel.
-
Dr Pauline Nelson (@DrP_Manc) reported@bt_uk @bt_uk. Still useless. You identified an internal fault and said someone would come today. Nobody came. Rang you AGAIN. Was told that OpenReach came, checked outside and went away. Really? The elderly person is listed as a welfare case. Terrible terrible terrible 👎
-
DomusHolmesPropertyFinder (@DomusHolmes) reported@bt_uk : Very disappointing service overall, and equally disappointing to find out engineers do not attend properties on weekend to fix fibre connection issues!!!
-
Dr Pauline Nelson (@DrP_Manc) reported@bt_uk @bt_uk. I have phoned the number. I’ve got it on speed dial. You constantly lie saying you will fix the line but you do nothing. You really are appallingly bad. No care for elderly customers without broadband. Formal complaint coming. Not that you give a darn. Appalling.
-
James Ferguson 🏴 🇮🇹 (@LucioFulciFan) reported@bt_uk I would like to discuss a small issue with my bill.
