@SkyHelpTeam what is the news of the multiple outage in Settle area. Don’t fob us off with overheating routers, I am with @bt_uk in a house next door to one with the outage and ours is working fine.. Why are you not helping ? #gladiamwithBT #skyfail

@bt_uk Lots of us here have had no broadband since 18.2.22 and the only communication in this time was a letter about price increases. Can you help? Got a 15 yo trying to study for his GCSEs. You sent a data hub but we have no coverage on that network.

@bt_uk I'm a legacy customer with EE. I wanted to highlight the fact that BT owns EE and therefore should be giving customers a better deal but that doesn't seem to be the case

@bt_uk Nothing justifies price rises of over 10%. You can take a little less profit. You can simply use CPI - no need to add an extra 3.9%. Your service to me won't get 10% better will it?

@bt_uk On various holds, short convos, transfers to another, then cuts off. What are opening hrs? More quickly, could an issue be sorted via few DM's? Long story shortened. I rang in Feb to address a mobile issue. Return to BT TV dangled as I was paying for sport & NFlx. Probs
