@bt_uk not had any broadband connection in DN15 area since last night. What’s going on? All the service tracker says is you don’t know when this will be fixed?

Paul Clark (@sandtreader) reported
@andysc @BTCare I always had a problem with noon being am/pm too - since it’s neither ante nor post, it really should just be ‘m’ Also, arguably ‘between 10-12’ is a half-closed interval and hence any viable arrival times will indeed be ‘am’ (this would carry more weight if they said 10-12am…)

@Markafc87 @bt_uk Bastards. I hope they sort you out mate. That’s disgraceful. I know **** happens, but with todays tech, you should be able to stay connected. It was Vodafone that does the whole dongle thing if their home broadband goes down. Maybe worth looking at once contract is up. 👌🏻

@bt_uk Currently awaiting a call back from one of your advisers as the bt bot says there’s not a problem! Even though when reported on app it says that broadband not working & I have pink flashing light - shocking customer experience so far. Jus want a 4g hub until repaired

Karen Williams (@KarenWi82792700) reported
@bt_uk Thanks Dee but added to the other issues I've experienced since moving across to BT, that's a very poor response, good luck to the engineers sorting it though

@Markafc87 @bt_uk That’s ******* poor mate. Surely they should send out a Wi-Fi dongle?!
-
SurfingMonkeyBrewery (@SurfMonkeyBeer) reported
@bt_uk recently told by by sales person that fibre to home is available in my area and the same price 29.99 as my 70mb package. Only then to be told the offer is only available for new customers. As a loyal customer this is disappointing and I would appreciate an explanation

Nick 🐺 (@TheGunnerNick) reported
@Markafc87 @bt_uk Mate, that’s terrible. Im sure with Sky, if the net goes down, they have a plug in dongle thing to the router that gives you 4G WiFi in the house

Karen (@mooramana) reported
Well anyone looking to move broadband to @bt_uk proceed with caution service down the only way to get a response is via Twitter been told 4 days to restore service & as I don’t pay an additional £7.84 pm for Halo I can’t have a 4g hub but I can add 15gb to my mobile plan for £25

@bt_uk And now it’s showing on your site as no known issues but it’s still not working? So basically your way of assisting me was to change my password and then get rid of the service issue notice? Great… except it still doesn’t work. And I still have to go upstairs for signal to tweet
