@bt_uk Have the same problem as everyone else, hub showing its working, WiFi showing it should be working But no Internet.

@SkyHelpTeam what is the news of the multiple outage in Settle area. Don’t fob us off with overheating routers, I am with @bt_uk in a house next door to one with the outage and ours is working fine.. Why are you not helping ? #gladiamwithBT #skyfail

@bt_uk No thank you I'm taking matters into my own hands and talking to ofcom about the service you promise but never deliver, as a customer of BT since the early 90s its just got to the point where your company makes false promises and false advertisements on what you can offer.

@bt_uk Yes....I also managed to speak to customer services and they said there is a local fault...Had no broadband now and no land line tone for nearly 24 hours...

@bt_uk Hi Scott, that link is to reset the hub? That won't work as the problem seems to be the Internet into the openreach box before the hub.

Factory resets of *everything* work for maybe half a day. Then it’s back to crash after crash. Rearranging discs makes no difference. The WiFi gear brings down Ethernet-connected devices on the router as well. This is *all their kit* and your ‘support’ team have no clue, @bt_uk.

@bt_uk @bt_uk No explanation or apologies for the shoddy service then. Fault tracker now displaying fix on 11/2. This will be more than 2 weeks since fault reported. Failed to contact me on 5/2 as you said you would.
