@bt_uk Have the same problem as everyone else, hub showing its working, WiFi showing it should be working But no Internet.

@SkyHelpTeam what is the news of the multiple outage in Settle area. Don’t fob us off with overheating routers, I am with @bt_uk in a house next door to one with the outage and ours is working fine.. Why are you not helping ? #gladiamwithBT #skyfail

@bt_uk He booked the appointment but used it as a threat so I wouldn’t complain to his manager. I ended up hanging up and calling back and getting another advisor to make the complaint to his manager. I don’t take disrespect lightly.

@bt_uk @BritBox_UK BT shame on you. I may lose my new job due to multiple failures trying to get broadband installed. Several complaints open and you never return a call. Today you email me to say my engineer will arrive 24/12/2020 Every day 1.5 hours on phone queue and still not resolved.

@bt_uk Thank you. My neighbour has the same issue. Bt wifi stopped at same time as mine. He’s also reported it. Must be something in our local area not our equipment?!

@WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk I’m very disappointed with the lack of service and information you have provided today. We were due to have fibre installed today and no one has done anything about it! Poor service. If this isn’t resolved I’m moving to another provider!

@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp are forcing us out of our home during lockdown and at the height of the pandemic. WiFi has been down for over a week. 3 times they've said they'll fixed it by x date and 3 times they haven't done so. No excuse. They're just scrimping on costs at our expense.

@bt_uk Yes I could do with some help. I want the best WiFi possible and my download speeds are usually ~ 42Mbps but it’s my so who complains about his game freezing in his bedroom

@bt_uk had engineer out today to fit fibre to premises but can't get cable fully through conduit and said they need to lift part of driveway dig down, clear blockage to get cable through. Does driveway not get affected? What is timeframes? all this from a sales upgrade call 🙈
