    @bt_uk what rights do you have to stop new homeowners choosing their own providers? Unblock our line with immediate effect please - your issue is with the previous owners not us so deal with it privately!

    Why is @BTcare advertising broadband for £24.99 a month to new customers, when I, as an existing customer who doesn’t need a Hub, am having my monthly payment increased from £30 to £37 because it’s the end of my contract? I should be offered a loyalty bonus, not a ££ penalty.

    @bt_uk Why can't I get the same deal as an existing customer online? I had to create an entirely new account to do so, potentially blocking mine and my partner's ability to work from home during the crossover in the process.
