    @bt_uk Have the same problem as everyone else, hub showing its working, WiFi showing it should be working But no Internet.

    Hi @bt_uk. You've sent a letter to my house addressed to "Valued Customer". I'm not a customer, but took this to be spam since it's not addressed to someone specific. On opening the letter, it's got some PII of the previous owner. They don't live here any more. Can you help?

    @bt_uk we have been unable to get through for 2 days now we need a check on a land line as it is not working! How do we do this when no one answers our calls?

    @bt_uk Yes I believe so. One day. This is such bad service. I received a call last night to confirm the installation but yet again, another no show. If this is how you treat your new customers, god knows how you treat existing ones.

    Transfering my wife's mobile from @BTCare to @sky. Had 3 long calls with @BTCare & never mentioned the Unlocking code needed to transfer. Now without that phone for 10 days or face £42/month bill (out of contract cost) rather than the £8/month sim only deal we have Sky. Fuming!

    @Scott_Loudon @bt_uk Best thing that ever happened to me when I had it was when they increased their charges over 5%. It was my get out of BT free card. It was bliss. Worst service I've ever had in my life

    @Little_G2 @bt_uk We had 0.5-1mb service from BT for years. Told us flat out they would not be upgrading - uneconomic. Thank goodness for @gigaclear who installed a fibre network. Not cheap, but about 300mb now.
