@bt_uk Have the same problem as everyone else, hub showing its working, WiFi showing it should be working But no Internet.

@SkyHelpTeam what is the news of the multiple outage in Settle area. Don’t fob us off with overheating routers, I am with @bt_uk in a house next door to one with the outage and ours is working fine.. Why are you not helping ? #gladiamwithBT #skyfail

@bt_uk we have had one of your representatives out this morning for our constant broadband issues who has said the problem is probably external. We then get a message to say the broadband is fixed. We have had broadband drop out problems for 4 years now with numerous excuses

@bt_uk There's someone going round doors in Govan, Glasgow telling people they're from BT Openreach and that if they don't sign up for service, they won't get Internet. Also claims to have had BT ID stolen when asked for it. Doesn't sound like you!
