@SkyHelpTeam what is the news of the multiple outage in Settle area. Don’t fob us off with overheating routers, I am with @bt_uk in a house next door to one with the outage and ours is working fine.. Why are you not helping ? #gladiamwithBT #skyfail

Dear @btbusinesscare @BTBusiness I ordered mobile wifi for my company few months ago. You NEVER delivered the gadget, which I wrote to you about several times. Kept sending me bills, then four figure “final bill” and now passed it on to a debt collector. Incompetent or crooks??

@bt_uk I have had a complaint underway with BT since November. Haven't heard anything for more than 2 weeks now. I'm planning to contact the Ombudsmen.

@Steveho25139795 @bt_uk Think I changed over over a couple of years ago & haven't really had any trouble in that time, odd outage & reboot, but nothing major until this one. A possible week of it is not on. We'll see what developes.
