@SkyHelpTeam what is the news of the multiple outage in Settle area. Don’t fob us off with overheating routers, I am with @bt_uk in a house next door to one with the outage and ours is working fine.. Why are you not helping ? #gladiamwithBT #skyfail

@bt_uk i spent hours on the phone today they said would book someone to fix it said it was out issue outside, then it started working, now not working again and no one booked in to fix it.

@bt_uk Early May was when I upgraded. Having to go fibre direct as bt cannot fix a fault in my area. Can even get new line installed. Becoming a joke now

@lesleydolphin @SkyHelpTeam @bt_uk We are on day 7 and they cut off our landline too and gave it to someone moving into a house down the road, despite me calling them 2 weeks before and BT stating they would not do it! 🤬

@bt_uk your costumer service is shocking, had an engineer come out to connect us after waiting 3 weeks, to be told he doesn’t have the right equipment, now have to wait another 2 weeks for someone to come back out? Absolute joke

@mouthwaite @EE EE are awful like you was a customer for many years & when I switched to @bt_uk the EE customer service rep said why am I moving to a crap provider…. I did ask him does he know who owns EE… most unprofessional unlike BT who have proved that I was right in moving over too!

@bt_uk are no longer replying to me. I've been polite, not used bad language & still they won't help. If you ever have to choose a company for Broadband, don't choose BT. They don't care about their disabled customers. Our internet has not been working properly since last yr.
