@bt_uk Have the same problem as everyone else, hub showing its working, WiFi showing it should be working But no Internet.

@SkyHelpTeam what is the news of the multiple outage in Settle area. Don’t fob us off with overheating routers, I am with @bt_uk in a house next door to one with the outage and ours is working fine.. Why are you not helping ? #gladiamwithBT #skyfail

@OpenreachHelp They’ve been looking into this for the last eight days and apparently getting no where with you due to an internal systems issue. As a customer that is not really my issue. Can you step up this escalation? Or is down to @bt_uk ??

@bt_uk No solution yet. It’s been escalated with Openreach. Zero communication from them. Yes, I’m trying to join BT having moved home. Long term customer. Install is for phone/fibre.

@bt_uk can I please ask why is the Internet in DL128GP in Barnard Castle so bad , we pay 60 quid a month and everytime you ask me to upgrade you start dropping my mbps I have 3 discs so WiFi isn't a problem its the signal coming in. Awful provider.

@bt_uk lmao okay, you got me I guess. Irrelevant of what I agreed to in a contract, it's crazy that there's so much overselling and/or noise and/or degraded lines that you'd rather say "this is your minimum speed now" than do something about getting Openreach to fix it
