@bt_uk not sure why my FTTH with 130Mbps download isn’t capable of handing a iPlayer and a Teams call?! They use 5Mbps and 1.5Mbps respectively which is 5% of the down speed allegedly I should be receiving. I was also told that FTTH wasn’t load balanced or profiled.

@btsport Can you tell me why, every few minutes the picture freezes for a and the commentary a word when ever we are watching TV ' line' via the hub I would like to know why we are getting a worse service than Virgin at a lot higher cost

@TrylineUK @SkySports Hopefully we f**K them off coverage and presenting of our game has been a disgrace for a few year now, but we probz don't help ourselfs. I'd see what @btsport were offering before making any decisions over sky contract. I have no faith in Robert Elstone getting the contract.

@virginmedia Can you do better ? @bt_uk Virgin charged my grieving 73 year old mother-in-law £106 to change the name on the acct from her deceased husband to herself. No changes to plan & also she was without tv for 24 hours whilst they did it. Sublime customer care as usual 🤬

@bt_uk Was with @BT #BT via EE @EE - The merger/buyout has been kept quiet/on the down-low. Joining with BT was supposed to improve EE broadband+ but actually made it worse. EE bought Orange then closed down local Orange mast making half my home blackspot. We have now left EE/BT.

@bt_uk I dont know what to do anymore, engineeer was out last week, again fault on the line. I report the fault a day later they tell me I have to call to book an engineeer, i call 1 hr on the line, noone picks up. What a terrible terrible service ‘@bt_uk

@bt_uk Hi, the mini-hub has arrived but it isn’t working at all. I keep getting told that the monthly allowance has been used. Meanwhile, whatever dumb issue is occurring, has the router constantly resetting itself multiple times in the space of minutes.

@bt_uk Actually don't bother, I've given up trying to get help or information from you when the only way to contact is by written letter. You deliberately make contacting you difficult and complaining is almost impossible. Such underhand methods is a disgrace and I'm leaving BT.
