@bt_uk not sure why my FTTH with 130Mbps download isn’t capable of handing a iPlayer and a Teams call?! They use 5Mbps and 1.5Mbps respectively which is 5% of the down speed allegedly I should be receiving. I was also told that FTTH wasn’t load balanced or profiled.

@bt_uk After signing up to bt for my internet and with them for only 6 months I was surprised to receive a letter telling me the price was to be increased. After 6 months! I will wait until my contract ends and be switching. My phone signal is appalling anyway, awful service.

@bt_uk I did but all sorted now - not going up, letter was wrong. Advised it’s a blanket (unhelpful & distressing to get) sent to everyone irrespective of whether their package is increasing or not. I’ve made this a complaint given you are sending these out to vulnerable customers😔

-
Pagey (@pag_eyy) reported
@bt_uk Paula. No one else in my area is experiencing issues with their landline and/or connection, so I fail to understand why this has been classed as MSO. Please let me know all the details that you have.
