  • JDevlin116 James Devlin (@JDevlin116) reported from Kirkburton, England

@bt_uk very disappointed to find that I was being charged for a service I did not ask for or use, when contacting customer services the process is very slow with two weeks between calls meanwhile I have to pay for the privilege of having BT sport despite not having a a TV licence

  • LanghornMatthew matthew langhorn (@LanghornMatthew) reported from Halifax, England

@redliz @bt_uk @btsport btsport charge an absolute fortune for their service. It’s hard enough so the moment without being fleeced for “live” football that may not reappear this year! @bt_uk you really need to rethink this decision, try ringing @SkySports they can tell you how to do it!

  • rickstead Rick Stead (@rickstead) reported from Leeds, England

@CuriousCrowArt @bt_uk Absolute pisstakers, Sky Sports easily allow you to pause your subscription during all this and STILL give full access to all the channels. BT Sport do nothing of the sort, still charge full price and make it impossible to cancel. You need to take a long, hard look at yourselves.

  • Jessmeyer88 Jess Meyer (@Jessmeyer88) reported from Leeds, England

@bt_uk is there issues in Ls9 with WiFi

  • BantamPete Bantam Pete (@BantamPete) reported from Wibsey, England

Somebody in the @btsport hierarchy needs to follow @Sky’s customer focused example of pausing customer subscriptions whilst there is no live sport to show! Expect a mass exodus inc me at the end of contracts unless you can show some compassion in these tough times! Sky ✅ BT ❌

  • John16455622 John (@John16455622) reported from Leeds, England

@snowangelmrsp @bt_uk @sky Ehrn you need their customer services they actually answer phone and are brilliant

  • JDevlin116 James Devlin (@JDevlin116) reported from Kirkburton, England

@bt_uk Yes, they are dealing with it, but so slowly and in an inconvenient manner e.g. only resolving via phone call. This wouldn’t be a problem but reception at my house is terrible so calls won’t come through

  • BenWFinch91 BWF (@BenWFinch91) reported from Dewsbury, England

@bt_uk Home move the service has been so poor if youre not here ti install my Internet on the next date you provided im going to go with virgin or sky

  • JDevlin116 James Devlin (@JDevlin116) reported from Kirkburton, England

@bt_uk Hi Lesley, I have just been on the phone with customer services. When I moved house I changed contract and only wanted broadband but I now find that I’ve been paying for tv and sport since last year. As you will see from my usage data I have never used either

  • John_Eccles John Eccles (@John_Eccles) reported from Diggle, England

@PatrickJDiamond @bt_uk I moved to plusnet fibre it’s been great. I was with EE and it was shockingly slow.

  • aliceproctor_ Ali (@aliceproctor_) reported from Brighouse, England

@bt_uk are an actual JOKE. Meant to come today to install WiFi at our new address (that we’ve already gone without for almost a week in a house that barely gets signal or 4G) didn’t turn up because they ‘ran out of time’ and now aren’t coming til Friday

  • jill_lyttle Jill Lyttle (@jill_lyttle) reported from East Ardsley, England

  • CalumKnight1 Calum Knight (@CalumKnight1) reported from Saddleworth, England

Peter Walton is such a shit house. In commentary is adamant Lo Celso challenge isn’t a red card. VAR admit they made a mistake. Walton after the match says it’s a red card. Shit house. #refereesunion @btsportfootball @btsport #CHETOT

  • colin_howard87 colin (@colin_howard87) reported from Tintwistle, England

@bt_uk All sorted by a great service advisor I was billed for some work that hadn’t been carried out

  • PastPostPro Dan Walsh (@PastPostPro) reported from Dewsbury, England

@bt_uk are genuinely the worst. Poor communication since starting my contract with them, poor resolution to a complaint that nearly lasted a year!! And to top it all off, my actual product didn't work until months after the order date, and would be described as patchy at best.

  • D4vid_w David (@D4vid_w) reported from Middlestown, England

    @ann_Errr @mattycougar @doomedparade @Kristofferr__ @DeanCoombes @mrjakehumphrey @btsport While ever there’s human involvement there’ll always be errors.

  • BenWFinch91 BWF (@BenWFinch91) reported from Dewsbury, England

@bt_uk service has been absolutely awful. Made to wait till today for home move after moving the beginning of the month. Then you cancel.

  • daviesl5 lynne davies (@daviesl5) reported from Tintwistle, England

@bt_uk It affects wireless devices but has never been this bad! They recently replaced 100m of cable at the bottom of our road so this did seem to sort it out as had problems for a couple of years but kept getting fobbed off. Also the speed was capped at 24

  • colinmounsey colin mounsey (@colinmounsey) reported from Chapletown, England

    After @WWEPR @WWEUK ridiculous decision to move to @btsport I have moved to @AEWrestling ... and it’s not bad .... #badforbusiness ... such a shame. #greedisnotgood

3rd engineer claimed he DID came today in the property and was threatened by my dog . He actually reported me . I topped up £10 my other giffgaff number so to allow @WeAreOpenreach employee call me while you’re am on the phone with @bt_uk agent. Today s test show network fault

  • ChrisWill2631 Chris Williams (@ChrisWill2631) reported

@bt_uk I’m actually so fed up of your shocking service ! You ask me to DM to discuss and then just fob me off with non answers. This is over 10 weeks of incompetence and various members of staff lying constantly

  • TailorWellers George Archibald new⚒ (@TailorWellers) reported

@bt_uk is there works going on in B23 you haven't warned us about? 3 Kelly vans outside and my WiFI has just gone down mid-video call with a potential client. Still not back on. Some info on the service I pay you for would be lovely.

  • ChrisWill2631 Chris Williams (@ChrisWill2631) reported

@bt_uk by the way we signed up on 14 January yet you just keep making excuses and staff pretending they have tried to phone. You are an absolute joke and painfully incompetent,6 times you have cancelled something by mistake or wrongly said problem is resolved @Ofcom @BBCWatchdog

  • Mossy55018 Gary Moss (@Mossy55018) reported

@bt_uk Once again truly awful service - Charging me £62 per month for broadband when new customers can have it way cheaper. Charging me for cloud -didn't know i had it or being charged for it - been holding for 45 mins while someone trys to remove it. This is robbery !

  • C0CO_LISSA CONSTANCE THE HORMONE MONSTRESS 💕🫦😈 (@C0CO_LISSA) reported

Wi-Fi was off the whole of yesterday and today it’s superrrrr slow. @bt_uk wtf is going on ?! What am I paying for kmttt 😒😒

  • scottpieparker Scott Parker (@scottpieparker) reported

@bt_uk Complaint has been closed although it hasn’t been resolved. Agent mis-sold broadband—said I wouldn’t be subject to CPI this year due to Mar installation date. Told to go in store to open another? Farcical. Can somebody reach out and solve this with me once and for all?

  • EvLenz MadKraut 🦒🐧 (@EvLenz) reported

@bt_uk Right... A lady from @BT_Openreach knocked my door about half an hour ago, wanted to look at my socket. Said she needed to check the signal and would be back in about 20 minutes. I now have a socket for broadband/landline hanging off my wall and no sign of her coming back.

  • CoolPasty Adam Baker (@CoolPasty) reported

@bt_uk moving your speed test to app only is ridiculous. I am a pc user mainly and want to test my connection on pc. Your advice also used to say use a wired connection as it eliminates potential problems with wifi. I don’t get your logic.

  • aicodingharis NP Haris (@aicodingharis) reported

@bt_uk Can you please ask your customer support head to call BT Business support and book a socket shift as a customer? I feel that mostly he will resign by himself.
