@bt_uk make it quite impossible to claim the reward card. None of the links work and as a new customer I have to say making contact with BT is also a huge battle. One new link after another Not really impressed already !

@bt_uk I’ve twice been on with BT customer service trying to get order to reinstate a line sorted - helpful staff both times - but each time call cut off when on hold before order finalised - once after call of 50 mins 🤯 then have to start from scratch again with new staff 😩

My @bt_uk broadband has been down for a week, fifth outage in twelve months. Halo 900 package, unbreakable WiFi the website says - not true. Hybrid Connect doesn’t, no urgency to resolve anything. We’re being let down hugely.

PLEASE BE AWARE OF SCAM! Just answered a phone call from a nice man telling me that there are problems with my @bt_uk broadband speed? Kept him talking as long as I could without sharing any personal information. Obviously it’s a scam as I’m not with BT!

@bt_uk It’s a complicated order so needed Customer service to speak to sales (I think) hence on hold a number of times - had order fibre installation which engineer said was not really possible at the house, so want to revert to copper line already here - just need it switches back on!

@bt_uk It didn’t give me a department to call. I finally got through after an hour of waiting and the problem has been resolved. I’d also called on Tuesday evening and in total had been waiting well over 2 hours. All for a password reset!

@bt_uk useless customer service, phone line dead 8 days ago, twice been promised an engineer would resolve it and twice it didn’t happen, online chat telling us the engineer is working on the fault at the exchange whilst I’m sat looking at the box void of said engineer!!!

Thanks @BTGroup @bt_uk for sending YET ANOTHER letter addressed to my DEAD father. Even though we have changed it multiple times. Even though I have already had to raise a complaint to get it 'sorted'. I would say I'm so angry I could cry, but seeing my dad's name did that!

@bt_uk do not be conned into using BT digital voice - service is appalling and doesn’t work regularly - phone lines often not available / nightmare when you need to urgently call you GP and no way of doing so

@CitizensAdvice @bt_uk We want to find out how to start litigation against BT. Our company is larger than 10 employee's so the ombudsman refuses to deal with us. It's like we haven't got anywhere to turn and BT are a law unto themselves. Is this something you can help with?
