    @btsport so everybody is in the same boat during this pandemic and everyone is helping each other apart from @btsport who can't seem to cancel a simple subscription and even pass me to debt recovery over a debt that not only do I not owe, but is completely incorrect!

    @netflix @NetflixUK I have a fast 300mbs connection and Fibre to premises connection with @bt_uk and paying for the ultraHD but the quality is not great, it's very blocky, like 480-720 being played on a 4k UHD TV. Please help!

    @bt_uk Hi Lesley, I have just been on the phone with customer services. When I moved house I changed contract and only wanted broadband but I now find that I’ve been paying for tv and sport since last year. As you will see from my usage data I have never used either

    @bt_uk Yes, they are dealing with it, but so slowly and in an inconvenient manner e.g. only resolving via phone call. This wouldn’t be a problem but reception at my house is terrible so calls won’t come through

    @bt_uk very disappointed to find that I was being charged for a service I did not ask for or use, when contacting customer services the process is very slow with two weeks between calls meanwhile I have to pay for the privilege of having BT sport despite not having a a TV licence

    Somebody in the @btsport hierarchy needs to follow @Sky’s customer focused example of pausing customer subscriptions whilst there is no live sport to show! Expect a mass exodus inc me at the end of contracts unless you can show some compassion in these tough times! Sky ✅ BT ❌

    @CuriousCrowArt @bt_uk Absolute pisstakers, Sky Sports easily allow you to pause your subscription during all this and STILL give full access to all the channels. BT Sport do nothing of the sort, still charge full price and make it impossible to cancel. You need to take a long, hard look at yourselves.

    @redliz @bt_uk @btsport btsport charge an absolute fortune for their service. It’s hard enough so the moment without being fleeced for “live” football that may not reappear this year! @bt_uk you really need to rethink this decision, try ringing @SkySports they can tell you how to do it!

    @bt_uk @Pixelated_Otaku Except 'keep connected' is flawed. Last time your service dropped in my neighbourhood you were reluctant to (and didn't) post a mini hub to me because you reckoned the service would be reconnected the next day anyway. At best it's "minimise downtime" not "keep connected".

    @btsport #pltonight is Jose serious? We were outplayed the whole game from start to finish regardless of chances. We never looked like scoring or passing to each other. Don’t know what game he was watching. Time for changes at spurs. Can’t always blame Kane not being there.

    Email from @bt_uk saying “We’ve closed your case, glad we could help” This after 1hr 40mins on the phone, 4 attempts getting cut off, 3 different (wrong) depts and finally hanging on for 45mins, before giving up. Yeah, glad you could help, ridiculously bad customer service 🙈

    @bt_uk Hey again Martin, checks went through and they didn’t find any issues with it, but sadly I know that isn’t true since the connection still has a tendency to be unstable, and I’ve used the e-booklet on more than one occasion but with no improvements to connection.
