@bt_uk I’ve twice been on with BT customer service trying to get order to reinstate a line sorted - helpful staff both times - but each time call cut off when on hold before order finalised - once after call of 50 mins 🤯 then have to start from scratch again with new staff 😩

@bt_uk It’s a complicated order so needed Customer service to speak to sales (I think) hence on hold a number of times - had order fibre installation which engineer said was not really possible at the house, so want to revert to copper line already here - just need it switches back on!

PLEASE BE AWARE OF SCAM! Just answered a phone call from a nice man telling me that there are problems with my @bt_uk broadband speed? Kept him talking as long as I could without sharing any personal information. Obviously it’s a scam as I’m not with BT!

@bt_uk It didn’t give me a department to call. I finally got through after an hour of waiting and the problem has been resolved. I’d also called on Tuesday evening and in total had been waiting well over 2 hours. All for a password reset!

@bt_uk useless customer service, phone line dead 8 days ago, twice been promised an engineer would resolve it and twice it didn’t happen, online chat telling us the engineer is working on the fault at the exchange whilst I’m sat looking at the box void of said engineer!!!

My @bt_uk broadband has been down for a week, fifth outage in twelve months. Halo 900 package, unbreakable WiFi the website says - not true. Hybrid Connect doesn’t, no urgency to resolve anything. We’re being let down hugely.

Moved house back in May. Thought it would be easier to keep @bt_uk for phone & broadband. Not in the slightest...problems with continuity of service at the start. They've since moved me onto digital voice. Phoned 3 times to get complementary compatible phones...

@bt_uk The hotspot is there but it’s not connecting at all - I’ve turned my phone on & off, forgotten the network several times & tried to reconnect it that way etc but it’s just not connecting. It worked perfectly last night & is just struggling to connect since 6am this morning

@McDermottQC @bt_uk I have been trying to end my contract with BT. Spoke to 5 people all saying something different. 3 of them had no customer service skills whatsoever. I have made a formal complaint. If they say let’s see what we can do for you and offer a couple of £’s off you get a new contract

@bt_uk One of my BT queries is why you guys always seem to have issues with broadband speed despite being a multi million dollar company. Not happy with this service whatsoever. WIFI has been performing terribly several times this month out of nowhere for no apparent reason.
