Poor communication since starting my contract with them, poor resolution to a complaint that nearly lasted a year!! And to top it all off, my actual product didn't work until months after the order date, and would be described as patchy at best.

They use 5Mbps and 1.5Mbps respectively which is 5% of the down speed allegedly I should be receiving. I was also told that FTTH wasnβt load balanced or profiled.

Simon (@thfcsimonm) reported@bt_uk Iβve tried that twice. It takes 20 minutes to get through and then Iβm sat on the phone a further half hour while your operatives β look into it β and then promise the problem will be resolved. Each phone call is over an hour !!!
