@bt_uk not sure why my FTTH with 130Mbps download isn’t capable of handing a iPlayer and a Teams call?! They use 5Mbps and 1.5Mbps respectively which is 5% of the down speed allegedly I should be receiving. I was also told that FTTH wasn’t load balanced or profiled.

@TrylineUK @SkySports Hopefully we f**K them off coverage and presenting of our game has been a disgrace for a few year now, but we probz don't help ourselfs. I'd see what @btsport were offering before making any decisions over sky contract. I have no faith in Robert Elstone getting the contract.

@btsport Can you tell me why, every few minutes the picture freezes for a and the commentary a word when ever we are watching TV ' line' via the hub I would like to know why we are getting a worse service than Virgin at a lot higher cost

@bt_uk We decided try BT for our TV and WIFI after shocking service with Virgin. 3 weeks after our install date we still have neither. 3/4 phone calls per week to your CS dept. on hold for 50 minutes each time.

@bt_uk Hi. I have a business account. After 1 hr 45mins I eventually got higher up your support desks and was told BT had a system error. He had to resolve it manually. I am always having to wait on hold. BT custservice is appalling. 😡

@bt_uk My Broadband has been off since Saturday morning and im having to use my hotspot. Done all the troubleshooting and still not working. Bill has been payed also. Disgrace nearly a week of having to pay for extra data on my phone to link it to my tv for hotspot
