@bt_uk I ordered a new broadband connection before lockdown in March. Outside works completed, do you have a date to restart indoor connections. WFH with poor internet need the upgrade.

@lolobozzle @BTCare Not sure. Perhaps citizens advice could help? It's in nobody's interest to try and force someone to pay up roe a service they can no longer afford due to a change of circumstances put of their control.

@bt_uk told your 2 engineer about non-availability of Internet in my bedroom and he couldn’t fix it! He blamed the walls . If you are honest about your claim then I challenge you to contact me and check it. I will pay £100 to a charity of your choice if there is network in my bedroom.

@bt_uk Hi. Please can you help. My mother in law has received an email to say her engineer has been cancelled. She received a text asking if she still needed the engineer which she thinks she confirmed she does. Can you check to see if she will have an engineer coming.
