  • ClubHarehills HAREHILLS PARK BOWLING CLUB (@ClubHarehills) reported from Leeds, England

@bt_uk As already highlighted we have now spoken to Royal Mail they explained that they own the postal code system as they deliver letters across the country, because we don't have an access point for letters to be delivered we won't be added, quite rightly so. The issue is with @bt_uk

  • Mcollinson72 Michael Collinson (@Mcollinson72) reported from Wakefield, England

@btsportfootball @btsport sort your ****** stream out!!! Never have an issue with Amazon prime or Netflix which I pay way less for

  • Ken_DeMange Adam J (@Ken_DeMange) reported from Leeds, England

@bt_uk I've never been able to access it. If I log in via the my bt app. It shows my account number, the my products page works, but billing and usage has never worked for me.

  • Mcollinson72 Michael Collinson (@Mcollinson72) reported from Wakefield, England

@btsport your streaming app on my tv is absolutely crap, keeps going off on my 300Mb broadband service. Not good enough for £25 per month. What am I paying for?

  • missamandacook Amanda cook (@missamandacook) reported from Barnsley, England

@bt_uk make it quite impossible to claim the reward card. None of the links work and as a new customer I have to say making contact with BT is also a huge battle. One new link after another Not really impressed already !

  • jobinatinnemans jobinatinnemans (@jobinatinnemans) reported from Meltham, England

@bt_uk our internet went off on the 20th and you might repair it on the 25th? Fix phone on the 26th? Misleading to call yourself superfast broadband.

  • samsamsamsam92 Sam (@samsamsamsam92) reported from Leeds, England

@aliogg_77 @btsport The Saturday blackout was brought in 50 years ago and doesn’t show any benefit these days - in fact the EFL themselves have been campaigning to get it scrapped. On the FA cup point, little old Manchester United the live game tonight, sure the 900k in TV money will do them good.

  • ClubHarehills HAREHILLS PARK BOWLING CLUB (@ClubHarehills) reported from Leeds, England

@bt_uk We were unable to order online so did as instructed and called up so have no idea how it was set up, the issue is we should have been told from the beginning, and even so if we can't get registered with RM we can't have broadband 🤯

  • sarahjagger76 Sarah Jagger (@sarahjagger76) reported from Bradford, England

@bt_uk It didn’t give me a department to call. I finally got through after an hour of waiting and the problem has been resolved. I’d also called on Tuesday evening and in total had been waiting well over 2 hours. All for a password reset!

  • richardmparr Richard Parr (@richardmparr) reported from Leeds, England

@bt_uk It’s a complicated order so needed Customer service to speak to sales (I think) hence on hold a number of times - had order fibre installation which engineer said was not really possible at the house, so want to revert to copper line already here - just need it switches back on!

  • dickiewood The Custardonian (@dickiewood) reported from Bradford, England

@btsport Cancel Culture stinks. You can go bollox.

  • jamie__leonard Jamie Leonard (@jamie__leonard) reported from Holywell Green, England

Moved house back in May. Thought it would be easier to keep @bt_uk for phone & broadband. Not in the slightest...problems with continuity of service at the start. They've since moved me onto digital voice. Phoned 3 times to get complementary compatible phones...

  • markroper23 Mark Roper (@markroper23) reported from Drighlington, England

My @bt_uk broadband has been down for a week, fifth outage in twelve months. Halo 900 package, unbreakable WiFi the website says - not true. Hybrid Connect doesn’t, no urgency to resolve anything. We’re being let down hugely.

  • CouncillorGwen Councillor Gwen Lowe (@CouncillorGwen) reported from Dewsbury, England

PLEASE BE AWARE OF SCAM! Just answered a phone call from a nice man telling me that there are problems with my @bt_uk broadband speed? Kept him talking as long as I could without sharing any personal information. Obviously it’s a scam as I’m not with BT!

@England @bt_uk Rice for me. Then get grealish in over Phillips and it’s not a bad starting 11

  • boxmodz oh no, not him! (@boxmodz) reported

@bt_uk I've waited 20+ years to give bt / openreach the middle finger and in 3 weeks I get my wish, no more 8mbps fttc crap! 🖕

  • Justsum32062003 Justsumguy (@Justsum32062003) reported

@JeemerTheMeemer @bt_uk Yeah you don't seem to understand what direct payment is... How do you know there are no other problems? For instance are you aren't you using an EO line? Do you know what an EO line is and its implications? Has an NGA been raised? Do you qualify for USO?

  • GaaJ61385709 GaaJ (@GaaJ61385709) reported

@bt_uk still awaiting a call back from tier 2 team regarding a terrible mistake they have made on my account and dont have the decency to call ...perhaps as they dont know how to handle what they have done

  • bryangibson8 Bryan Gibson (@bryangibson8) reported

@iant147 @bt_uk Know the feeling poor service because they have the monopoly and own the lines don't give a toss

  • RoystonElmer Roy Elmer (@RoystonElmer) reported

@bt_uk so, after complaining about our internet speed, and having Openreach out twice, we were told by the engineer that we share our connection / bandwidth with a house down the road. We pay for 40Mb, we assume they do too. We both get 20. Doesn't feel legit.

  • Justsum32062003 Justsumguy (@Justsum32062003) reported

@JeemerTheMeemer @bt_uk But you don't pay openreach... Multiple good reasons why they may elect not to, access rights or issues, overbuild, maybe you are already over the USO threshold. So you're upset about a company you don't pay not doing a thing they aren't obliged to do

  • sallybromley sallybromley (@sallybromley) reported

@bt_uk Yes @bt_uk you answer calls but still can’t get your customers connect!!! You really have the worst customer service and set up so disappointing. Wish I had chosen another company.

  • SomersetTaw TAWSomerset (@SomersetTaw) reported
