@bt_uk After 5 years of the same terrible service and numerous complaints I doubt very much that you will be able to look into it very far, our entire street suffers the same abysmal service. I will dm you though so you you can play lip service.

@bt_uk not sure why my FTTH with 130Mbps download isn’t capable of handing a iPlayer and a Teams call?! They use 5Mbps and 1.5Mbps respectively which is 5% of the down speed allegedly I should be receiving. I was also told that FTTH wasn’t load balanced or profiled.

@bt_uk it's the recorder box - basically it records one out of five on the planner (very annoying) This is my second box with same issues since February. BT can find nothing wrong with it. Is it just my recorder or is there a wider issue with the software?

@bt_uk We are in Cov - CV3 6QG - all footpath been dug up for BT fibre cables which is good but there is so much rubble outside my house for 2 days not collect, rest of the street is almost clear. Please can you help get this removed its difficult for disable people to pass by
