@CuriousCrowArt @bt_uk Absolute pisstakers, Sky Sports easily allow you to pause your subscription during all this and STILL give full access to all the channels. BT Sport do nothing of the sort, still charge full price and make it impossible to cancel. You need to take a long, hard look at yourselves.

@netflix @NetflixUK I have a fast 300mbs connection and Fibre to premises connection with @bt_uk and paying for the ultraHD but the quality is not great, it's very blocky, like 480-720 being played on a 4k UHD TV. Please help!

@bounder @bt_uk My Dad had problems streaming on his Samsung TV - always buffering etc so I bought him an Amazon Firestick 4K and it has not buffered since. Somewhat weary about the quality of the antenna on the GV but the Firestick had a new upgraded one. If you can try one out that might help.

@bt_uk your internet service is so inconsistent. I’m internet is constant dropping in and out. Iv had engineers and new hubs and everything and it’s still a pile of ****. Every time I call up you say something isn’t wrong on your end. Obviously something is wrong. Sort it out.

Here we go again @bt_uk! Why have you charged me an additional £10 to renew my broadband package. I've paid plenty over the last 2 years and I'm paying more now because I had to upgrade the package because of poor service. Terrible.
