    @TrylineUK @SkySports Hopefully we f**K them off coverage and presenting of our game has been a disgrace for a few year now, but we probz don't help ourselfs. I'd see what @btsport were offering before making any decisions over sky contract. I have no faith in Robert Elstone getting the contract.

    @bt_uk Text msg received today??!: Hello, BT here. We're sorry, but we need to change the date that some of your services will start or stop. Your broadband start date is changing from 17-Nov-2020 to 30-Nov-2020. Your phone service start date is changing from 24-Dec-2020 to 30-Nov-2020.

    @bt_uk useless customer service, phone line dead 8 days ago, twice been promised an engineer would resolve it and twice it didn’t happen, online chat telling us the engineer is working on the fault at the exchange whilst I’m sat looking at the box void of said engineer!!!

    After yet another no-show by @WeAreOpenreach today, we rang @bt_uk CS team who said they would call back with an update. Almost 6 hours later, no call received. You call this "service"?

    @bt_uk We decided try BT for our TV and WIFI after shocking service with Virgin. 3 weeks after our install date we still have neither. 3/4 phone calls per week to your CS dept. on hold for 50 minutes each time.

    @lolobozzle @BTCare Not sure. Perhaps citizens advice could help? It's in nobody's interest to try and force someone to pay up roe a service they can no longer afford due to a change of circumstances put of their control.

    @bt_uk not sure why my FTTH with 130Mbps download isn’t capable of handing a iPlayer and a Teams call?! They use 5Mbps and 1.5Mbps respectively which is 5% of the down speed allegedly I should be receiving. I was also told that FTTH wasn’t load balanced or profiled.

    @bt_uk I was also supposed to have a free upgrade to the Halo service. But the BT app doesn't let me register.

    @bt_uk hello trying to change account name after my father died. Finally negotiated after several attempts your phone lines. When spoke to a person and was being transfered we got cut off. HELP you are proving the most difficult to sort out! Thank you in anticipation

    @bt_uk @BTCare technical teams have been brilliant over the last 24 hours. After a quick chat they easily worked out the problem - as expected caused by setting up a new account to get a lower price - and now it’s fixed! Shame it took 3 weeks to have that conversation! Thank you!

    @btsport I have just paid for the sports package twice, it’s come out of my account after it’s been approved, your payment page says it’s been declined and won’t let me log in to watch!?!? It’s come out twice now and I still can’t log in…. Help before kick off please!!
