    @bt_uk After 5 years of the same terrible service and numerous complaints I doubt very much that you will be able to look into it very far, our entire street suffers the same abysmal service. I will dm you though so you you can play lip service.

    @lolobozzle @BTCare Not sure. Perhaps citizens advice could help? It's in nobody's interest to try and force someone to pay up roe a service they can no longer afford due to a change of circumstances put of their control.

    @bt_uk I ordered a new broadband connection before lockdown in March. Outside works completed, do you have a date to restart indoor connections. WFH with poor internet need the upgrade.

    So @btsport , with the shutdown of 99% of sporting events why haven’t you offered the same as Sky Sports to pause direct debits until the current Pandemic has passed and regular sport is back in action, this is a really poor showing!!

    @netflix @NetflixUK I have a fast 300mbs connection and Fibre to premises connection with @bt_uk and paying for the ultraHD but the quality is not great, it's very blocky, like 480-720 being played on a 4k UHD TV. Please help!

    @CuriousCrowArt @bt_uk Absolute pisstakers, Sky Sports easily allow you to pause your subscription during all this and STILL give full access to all the channels. BT Sport do nothing of the sort, still charge full price and make it impossible to cancel. You need to take a long, hard look at yourselves.

    @bt_uk Thanks for following up. Yes all sorted when I got through. Just frustrating to have to wait for 45 mins and it be the only way to cancel a subscription (but you can upgrade / take a new sub online easy enough)

    @bt_uk what a shambles trying to set up service you cancel my order you set up a new order now that order has to be cancelled and another one set up no one can explain to me what’s going on it seems like it’s just the easy thing to do cancel and replace all the time 😡😡😡

    @bt_uk I have a BT concerto 1400. A message is displayed showing answer machine messages full. I can’t delete the messages and it won’t let me do a reset because the messages are full. I can’t find a solution anywhere. Have tried switching on and off with no luck, help please!
