@bt_uk useless customer service, phone line dead 8 days ago, twice been promised an engineer would resolve it and twice it didn’t happen, online chat telling us the engineer is working on the fault at the exchange whilst I’m sat looking at the box void of said engineer!!!

@bt_uk After 5 years of the same terrible service and numerous complaints I doubt very much that you will be able to look into it very far, our entire street suffers the same abysmal service. I will dm you though so you you can play lip service.

@bt_uk not sure why my FTTH with 130Mbps download isn’t capable of handing a iPlayer and a Teams call?! They use 5Mbps and 1.5Mbps respectively which is 5% of the down speed allegedly I should be receiving. I was also told that FTTH wasn’t load balanced or profiled.

@GlennMoore7 @TheDesKelly @btsport On the 12.30 after CL Wed game. This happens again in a couple of weeks with Liverpool, but with 3 rounds of domestic fixtures in 6 days. They play Fulham away Sunday 4.30 spurs home Wednesday 8 and palace away at 12.30 Saturday. So not just an issue after CL games

@GlennMoore7 @TheDesKelly @btsport You’d imagine Liverpool would get as many if not more viewers in the slot. (Obviously on a day like today when they they have the city game too it wouldn’t help to swap them). Maybe even the 8pm Sat slot could be used?
