    @bt_uk I ordered a new broadband connection before lockdown in March. Outside works completed, do you have a date to restart indoor connections. WFH with poor internet need the upgrade.

    @netflix @NetflixUK I have a fast 300mbs connection and Fibre to premises connection with @bt_uk and paying for the ultraHD but the quality is not great, it's very blocky, like 480-720 being played on a 4k UHD TV. Please help!

    @CuriousCrowArt @bt_uk Absolute pisstakers, Sky Sports easily allow you to pause your subscription during all this and STILL give full access to all the channels. BT Sport do nothing of the sort, still charge full price and make it impossible to cancel. You need to take a long, hard look at yourselves.

    @bt_uk After 5 years of the same terrible service and numerous complaints I doubt very much that you will be able to look into it very far, our entire street suffers the same abysmal service. I will dm you though so you you can play lip service.

    @bt_uk Yes, they are dealing with it, but so slowly and in an inconvenient manner e.g. only resolving via phone call. This wouldn’t be a problem but reception at my house is terrible so calls won’t come through

    So @btsport , with the shutdown of 99% of sporting events why haven’t you offered the same as Sky Sports to pause direct debits until the current Pandemic has passed and regular sport is back in action, this is a really poor showing!!

    @bt_uk I left ee after 20+ years as a customer because they couldn't fix a mast for 20 months. Got back hundreds in compensation but all I wanted was my phone to work. Vodafone has been faultless in the last 12 months I've been with them.

    Thanks @bt_uk so after failing to resolve my billing issues for 3 months, me paying on time if not extra you have now whacked me with a missed payment on my credit file! NOTE; no payment was missed!! Great Customer Service! NOT!

    @ViewOfTheKop_ @SkySports @btsport Unfortunately it’s not the broadcaster fault, clubs have been allowed to pay stupid prices for players and wages, they need the money from broadcasters to pay for it. ‘Project Reset’ is needed.

    Raised a complaint with @btsport the other day. They replied saying it's been resolved but haven't told me the outcome. Spent ages now trying to find out as advisors just keep transferring me. **** you, BT. Do I now need to make a complaint about...trying to resolve a complaint?
