    @bt_uk very disappointed to find that I was being charged for a service I did not ask for or use, when contacting customer services the process is very slow with two weeks between calls meanwhile I have to pay for the privilege of having BT sport despite not having a a TV licence

    @bt_uk Yes, they are dealing with it, but so slowly and in an inconvenient manner e.g. only resolving via phone call. This wouldn’t be a problem but reception at my house is terrible so calls won’t come through

    So @btsport , with the shutdown of 99% of sporting events why haven’t you offered the same as Sky Sports to pause direct debits until the current Pandemic has passed and regular sport is back in action, this is a really poor showing!!

    @bt_uk Hi Lesley, I have just been on the phone with customer services. When I moved house I changed contract and only wanted broadband but I now find that I’ve been paying for tv and sport since last year. As you will see from my usage data I have never used either

    @virginmedia your price increases are just ridiculous - it’s gone up by 1/3 since I started. @SkyUK @TalkTalk @Plusnet @bt_uk @VodafoneUK anyone offer something better as virgin have never offered anything to keep business.

    @bt_uk are genuinely the worst. Poor communication since starting my contract with them, poor resolution to a complaint that nearly lasted a year!! And to top it all off, my actual product didn't work until months after the order date, and would be described as patchy at best.

    @bt_uk Hi, I upgraded to a new YouView box a few months ago and have had lots of problems since - frequent disconnections, programmes freezing when playing, etc. Probably on a daily basis. Please can somebody resolve this? Thanks

    This is a worrying trend from @BTCare @OpenreachHelp. For the 2nd time in recent weeks we have broadband outage at the #Kintore exchange. And for the 2nd time in recent weeks they have missed their own time for resolving the issue. 14:20 Friday has now become 00:06 on Saturday.

    @bt_uk Says “no known issues in this area”, which is clearly wrong. We’re told there is an issue at the Kintore exchange (2nd time this month) and that BT or Openreach expected it to be fixed by 14:20 today. Now told it will be 00:06 Saturday.

    @btsport surprise surprise, on hold for almost 20 mins so far, waiting to cancel my BT Sport sub. Who'd have predicted it? amazing how easy and quick it is to ADD products online however.

    Very disappointed with @bt_uk I’ve been a loyal customer for as long as I can remember. Having a lot of WiFi issues at the moment. Upstairs isn’t getting WiFi & also really poor in our bedroom & kitchen. So only really working in the living room. Xbox has recorded 1mb!!
