    @netflix @NetflixUK I have a fast 300mbs connection and Fibre to premises connection with @bt_uk and paying for the ultraHD but the quality is not great, it's very blocky, like 480-720 being played on a 4k UHD TV. Please help!

    @bt_uk Yes, they are dealing with it, but so slowly and in an inconvenient manner e.g. only resolving via phone call. This wouldn’t be a problem but reception at my house is terrible so calls won’t come through

    @CuriousCrowArt @bt_uk Absolute pisstakers, Sky Sports easily allow you to pause your subscription during all this and STILL give full access to all the channels. BT Sport do nothing of the sort, still charge full price and make it impossible to cancel. You need to take a long, hard look at yourselves.

    @bt_uk I ordered a new broadband connection before lockdown in March. Outside works completed, do you have a date to restart indoor connections. WFH with poor internet need the upgrade.

    @bt_uk Hi Lesley, I have just been on the phone with customer services. When I moved house I changed contract and only wanted broadband but I now find that I’ve been paying for tv and sport since last year. As you will see from my usage data I have never used either

    @bt_uk are genuinely the worst. Poor communication since starting my contract with them, poor resolution to a complaint that nearly lasted a year!! And to top it all off, my actual product didn't work until months after the order date, and would be described as patchy at best.

    So @btsport , with the shutdown of 99% of sporting events why haven’t you offered the same as Sky Sports to pause direct debits until the current Pandemic has passed and regular sport is back in action, this is a really poor showing!!

    @bt_uk very disappointed to find that I was being charged for a service I did not ask for or use, when contacting customer services the process is very slow with two weeks between calls meanwhile I have to pay for the privilege of having BT sport despite not having a a TV licence

    Govt turned down free/cheap broadband 4 thousands of disadvantaged families. Broadband giant @bt_uk offered basic connections to allow children #onlinelearning BT gave free wifi vouchers to the Govt but the Depart4Ed ‘struggled to distribute them effectively’ and returned them!

    @bt_uk @xRelentless7x I’m with another supplier but BT OpenReach can’t even run a proper speed from the box across the road to my property. Don’t think leaving BT will end your problems, because they can’t deliver their products to third parties.

    @bt_uk After 1 hour and 11 minutes, the outcome is: 1. we do not know why we cannot confirm your appointment 2. we will call you tomorrow for a new appointment. 3. We cannot call our supplier to confirm the new appointment. almost 3 hours of waiting and conversation. This is awful.

    I've had 3 junk/scam or silent calls today starting at 8am and two on my mobile @bt_uk they are all coming in via your 0843 service. it's really beginning to grind my gears now... surely you are in control of people abusing your systems like this? cc @Ofcom

    Our broadband contact is up for renewal and I just can't work out BT's pricing structure? My interpretation is as a customer of almost 4 decades they want to charge me almost twice as much as a new customer? @BTGroup @bt_uk #BT
