Councillor Gwen Lowe (@CouncillorGwen) reported from Dewsbury, EnglandPLEASE BE AWARE OF SCAM! Just answered a phone call from a nice man telling me that there are problems with my @bt_uk broadband speed? Kept him talking as long as I could without sharing any personal information. Obviously it’s a scam as I’m not with BT!
-
James319 (@jimmywood3107) reported from Dewsbury, England@TrylineUK @SkySports Hopefully we f**K them off coverage and presenting of our game has been a disgrace for a few year now, but we probz don't help ourselfs. I'd see what @btsport were offering before making any decisions over sky contract. I have no faith in Robert Elstone getting the contract.
-
David Peter Woodhead (@DavidWoodhead26) reported from Leeds, England@btsport Can you tell me why, every few minutes the picture freezes for a and the commentary a word when ever we are watching TV ' line' via the hub I would like to know why we are getting a worse service than Virgin at a lot higher cost

James Devlin (@JDevlin116) reported from Kirkburton, England@bt_uk Yes, they are dealing with it, but so slowly and in an inconvenient manner e.g. only resolving via phone call. This wouldn’t be a problem but reception at my house is terrible so calls won’t come through
-
James Devlin (@JDevlin116) reported from Kirkburton, England@bt_uk Hi Lesley, I have just been on the phone with customer services. When I moved house I changed contract and only wanted broadband but I now find that I’ve been paying for tv and sport since last year. As you will see from my usage data I have never used either

Simon Jones (@Sijones73) reported from Castleford, EnglandSo @btsport , with the shutdown of 99% of sporting events why haven’t you offered the same as Sky Sports to pause direct debits until the current Pandemic has passed and regular sport is back in action, this is a really poor showing!!
-
HAREHILLS PARK BOWLING CLUB (@ClubHarehills) reported from Leeds, England@bt_uk We were unable to order online so did as instructed and called up so have no idea how it was set up, the issue is we should have been told from the beginning, and even so if we can't get registered with RM we can't have broadband 🤯
-
💜💪🏻LOU LOU💜💪🏻 (@LouiseGomerson) reported from Hambleton, EnglandAbsolutely fuming😡 @bt_uk closed complaint no.3(even though 1&2 are the same unresolved complaints that for some reason you keep closing rather than resolving)despite being customers with "impairments"(as you wrongly call it in my opinion) you still dont seem to want to help
-
Karl Murthick (@kdebotia1) reported from Castleford, EnglandVery poor from @NicolaAdamsOBE but she's been out for a while n the ring rust showed, better to come from her. @btsport

Mark (@RamblingSailor) reported from Leeds, England@bt_uk not sure why my FTTH with 130Mbps download isn’t capable of handing a iPlayer and a Teams call?! They use 5Mbps and 1.5Mbps respectively which is 5% of the down speed allegedly I should be receiving. I was also told that FTTH wasn’t load balanced or profiled.
-
Mark Roper (@markroper23) reported from Drighlington, EnglandMy @bt_uk broadband has been down for a week, fifth outage in twelve months. Halo 900 package, unbreakable WiFi the website says - not true. Hybrid Connect doesn’t, no urgency to resolve anything. We’re being let down hugely.
-

-
Dan Walsh (@PastPostPro) reported from Dewsbury, England@bt_uk are genuinely the worst. Poor communication since starting my contract with them, poor resolution to a complaint that nearly lasted a year!! And to top it all off, my actual product didn't work until months after the order date, and would be described as patchy at best.

Steve 💙💚🏴 (@Superfx101) reported@bt_uk Hi, thanks for the quick reply. That's what I did but they were significantly higher than what a new customer is offered. Is my only option to get the best deal is to switch provider? If so, then unfortunately I will have to do that.
