I'd see what @btsport were offering before making any decisions over sky contract. I have no faith in Robert Elstone getting the contract.

They use 5Mbps and 1.5Mbps respectively which is 5% of the down speed allegedly I should be receiving. I was also told that FTTH wasn’t load balanced or profiled.

Poor communication since starting my contract with them, poor resolution to a complaint that nearly lasted a year!! And to top it all off, my actual product didn't work until months after the order date, and would be described as patchy at best.

I’ve reported the fault again but despite being told I was getting 20mbps+ after the first fault, this just isn’t the case. Please look into this.
