@bt_uk I moved house 20th Nov and still have an outstanding complaint re charges & still no BT Sport. Last contact from you was 4th Dec!!! Whenever I call I have to explain the travesty of service to someone different and still getting nowhere!!

@bt_uk I ordered a new broadband connection before lockdown in March. Outside works completed, do you have a date to restart indoor connections. WFH with poor internet need the upgrade.

@CuriousCrowArt @bt_uk Absolute pisstakers, Sky Sports easily allow you to pause your subscription during all this and STILL give full access to all the channels. BT Sport do nothing of the sort, still charge full price and make it impossible to cancel. You need to take a long, hard look at yourselves.

@netflix @NetflixUK I have a fast 300mbs connection and Fibre to premises connection with @bt_uk and paying for the ultraHD but the quality is not great, it's very blocky, like 480-720 being played on a 4k UHD TV. Please help!

I have read that the UK has one of the worst broadband speeds in Europe and cant even get into the top 40 list worldwide .Likes of @virginmedia and @bt_uk who offer gigabit capabilities are too expensive and what they offer isn't even consistent and the UK regulator knows it.
