So @btsport , with the shutdown of 99% of sporting events why haven’t you offered the same as Sky Sports to pause direct debits until the current Pandemic has passed and regular sport is back in action, this is a really poor showing!!

@bt_uk I moved house 20th Nov and still have an outstanding complaint re charges & still no BT Sport. Last contact from you was 4th Dec!!! Whenever I call I have to explain the travesty of service to someone different and still getting nowhere!!

@btsport @EE what is going on with the app? I think I ended up 6-7 minutes behind live time due to the buffering of the first half. I remember this happening at the start of the Premiership season also! What are you doing to fix this?

@bt_uk This is a COMPLAINT: my daughter has BT SIM and wants to move to O2. She cant request a PAC by text as the sim is in my family plan. The page on MyBT to request her pac is not working. Your phone lines are closed. Even your complaints webpage is not working. Arghh! @Ofcom
