So @btsport , with the shutdown of 99% of sporting events why haven’t you offered the same as Sky Sports to pause direct debits until the current Pandemic has passed and regular sport is back in action, this is a really poor showing!!

@CuriousCrowArt @bt_uk Absolute pisstakers, Sky Sports easily allow you to pause your subscription during all this and STILL give full access to all the channels. BT Sport do nothing of the sort, still charge full price and make it impossible to cancel. You need to take a long, hard look at yourselves.

@bt_uk I moved house 20th Nov and still have an outstanding complaint re charges & still no BT Sport. Last contact from you was 4th Dec!!! Whenever I call I have to explain the travesty of service to someone different and still getting nowhere!!

@bt_uk I ordered a new broadband connection before lockdown in March. Outside works completed, do you have a date to restart indoor connections. WFH with poor internet need the upgrade.

@netflix @NetflixUK I have a fast 300mbs connection and Fibre to premises connection with @bt_uk and paying for the ultraHD but the quality is not great, it's very blocky, like 480-720 being played on a 4k UHD TV. Please help!

@swfcsc It’s defo them that’s caused it along with @btsport paying stupid money for rights to watch it also fans that pay over the odds regardless what they charge ...footballers on stupid wages needs capping at the top I mean paying people 10-30 grand a week should be very top wage !

@bt_uk After 5 years of the same terrible service and numerous complaints I doubt very much that you will be able to look into it very far, our entire street suffers the same abysmal service. I will dm you though so you you can play lip service.

@bt_uk just tried to take a new contract as an existing customer and your systems are absolutely awful. Only offered one package (so can’t downgrade). I was happy to stay with you for another two years, but now reconsidering.

I’m now sitting in my car - still trying to get @BT_broadband to sort out our broadband problem. I’ve explained that it’s a ‘High Resistance Fault’ as it is every six months - their engineers told us this to save us wasting time with @bt_uk ‘s awful service. Another 30 mins :/
