I first ordered disconnection on 29th May but BT has no record of it. Anyway .. Si (@SimonHealey73) reported@bt_uk Your app doesn’t work, the speed checker is still not working and your bot keeps asking me the same question. I’ve had a fault logged since the 27th and the checker just keeps adding one day to it, with broadband well below guaranteed levels. It’s really poor.

I pay BT for a service and youre happy to leave vulnerable people without a phone line.Disgusting
