Last contact from you was 4th Dec!!! Whenever I call I have to explain the travesty of service to someone different and still getting nowhere!!

Craig Allen. (@craigallen_25) reported@bt_uk Finally received a call, failed to fix fault and told it was the router so sent new router. This didn’t work so contacted BT again and as I said it was not the router. So an engineer has to come but first avail appt not until 15th! Not good.
