No broadband or landline for over a week. Engineer booked to come between 8AM to 1PM today did not show up @bt_uk @BTCare #BT very poor outfit

@bt_uk Engineer came today - blamed the internet problems on sky apparently. Never caused a problem before so don’t know why it would now. But thank you for checking in at least.

@bt_uk BT encourage me to join EE with a exclusive deal encourage me to port my number. Great however no mention there was an unlimited data deal and sell me 100GB immediately called BT to change they said its with EE then get sent back to BT. Told now have to cancel. Joke.

@bt_uk terrible new customer experience from BT, bound to them for 24 months on a bum deal and unwilling to give a fair deal offered to other new customers. I cannot stress enough anyone thinking of joining should avoid. #bt #CustomerService

@btsport Box office ?? Really. This is never a box office fight ?? Titanic….. Eh, how ? This is absolute bonkers and the reason why we have so many dodgy fire sticks and bent streaming channels doing the rounds. If this is box office, boxing is in a sad sad state of affairs. 🥊❌

@bt_uk is the worst provider for Internet!!! Rang them on 30th to organise Internet set up. Still no Internet. No date for switch on. No date for appointment to do so. Appalling service. No compensation offered. Do not go with BT!!!!!!!

absolutely insane experience with @bt_uk - almost a month late on their installation, which is pretty abysmal, but the worst part... zero communication... they just roll the installation date back every...single...day!!! i should have trusted my gut and avoided bt. woeful.
