@bt_uk two years after buying a house and moving in, bills for the previous owner keep arriving. I keep returning them to sender so assume Royal Mail is returning them to BT. I'm not even a customer. What should I do? Keep returning them and assume you'll get the hint?

@bt_uk It would appear so. I'm sure I've recorded other stuff at that time (2-3am) and not encountered the issue. It's been a thing since Daily Show moved to that late in the @ComedyCentralUK schedule.

@bt_uk Just spoken to your customer services - increased my bill by 10%, been a customer for 30 years and you don’t reward loyalty at all. New customers get a much better deal. Will be changing provider as soon as possible.

So we were rubbish in the first half but excellent in the 2nd. And @btsport and @mrjakehumphrey decide to focus almost entirely on United’s poor 1st half. No other club is treated like this in the media. #MUFC

@bt_uk My broadband router is not working despite attempts to reboot/reconnect/return to default setting (no lights) which means that my Wi-Fi dependent landline is also not working and it is not possible to register my fault via website or call anyone. Please advise on how to resolve.
