    Ok so @BTCare you’ve responded to acknowledge my criticism of your Customer service and Broadband made via your App but now I’ve been told to “tweet you” in order that someone might just give a damn, enough to ring me back. Wow @BTCare your Customer Service shows no bounds !!!!

    @bt_uk Ok that has been sent but we have been hear before. What is needed is a case work who will proactively see this through to resolution and make sure it’s dealt with. Some of your incompetencies are potentially life threatening.

    @bt_uk Hey, you charged me for an extra router by mistake as we never ordered or received one. You said on 24/12/21 that your mistake was resolved. I've been sat here waiting for you to turn our WiFi back on like you said you would at 8am. I work from home c"mon!

    @bt_uk BT TV box not working again. Followed the instructions online to reset and now I’m stuck on a waking up screen. It’s 4K recordable box which I’ve heard from an engineer are always experiencing problems. Why issue them if they prone to faults? 🤯

    @Swirlingfire @BTCare The core service was the broadband, which mostly worked, it was the bundled extras like the back-up mobile WiFi through EE which were useless as I have no EE coverage in my area so luckily I never needed it

    @bt_uk Well I've tried to get help from EE with the ongoing none G mobile coverage while at work because of an EE fault, but surprisingly because I'm not a EE customer they can't help. They said I needed to take this up with yourselves, but we've already been to that Rodeo
