Absolutely fuming😡 @bt_uk closed complaint no.3(even though 1&2 are the same unresolved complaints that for some reason you keep closing rather than resolving)despite being customers with "impairments"(as you wrongly call it in my opinion) you still dont seem to want to help

@bt_uk I moved house 20th Nov and still have an outstanding complaint re charges & still no BT Sport. Last contact from you was 4th Dec!!! Whenever I call I have to explain the travesty of service to someone different and still getting nowhere!!

Hi @bt_uk moved house on Fri and engineer was here to do simple activation of fibre broadband. He left saying there was an issue and have heard nothing since. Been on hold for 35 mins now. Tried online chat help but no one available. Customer experience is terrible

@bt_uk Paid extra for ‘more reliable’ Wi-fi with @bt_uk but it keeps dropping out. Reported to BT and promised call back within 30 minutes. It is now over seven hours and heard nothing. Help desk as reliable as Wi-Fi!!! Advice please!

@bt_uk Asked to pay for a more expensive deal each month, not only that charges for delivering new equipment, and charges for an engineer having to come out. No apology, and if I don’t agree to this and decide to just go to another provider I will be billed £300 for a broken contract..
