@bt_uk didn’t come yesterday despite lying. Then cut off my EE broadband contract and think it’s ok to leave me (a single mom) with a large charge from EE and no broadband (no signal for 4g) until late April! I’ve waited since Xmas! Awful company! Even worse customer service!!!!

@bt_uk I’d complain if I had cause, so I should offer praise also Text message reporting worked well with a quick call back. Saved queuing. Info transfer was good. The lady I spoke to from Clonmel was really nice. She knew what she was doing and sorted the issue. 👍👍👍
