Absolutely fuming😡 @bt_uk closed complaint no.3(even though 1&2 are the same unresolved complaints that for some reason you keep closing rather than resolving)despite being customers with "impairments"(as you wrongly call it in my opinion) you still dont seem to want to help

@swfcsc It’s defo them that’s caused it along with @btsport paying stupid money for rights to watch it also fans that pay over the odds regardless what they charge ...footballers on stupid wages needs capping at the top I mean paying people 10-30 grand a week should be very top wage !

@btbusinesscare What a waste of time. 'Customer Care' person just disconnected - he texted two PINS which he said were 'wrong', and I didn't receive an email with another from him. Then told me he'd have to disconnect, and left a message (I have a screenshot) which advised me to try BT Chat.

@bt_uk I don't need it. I just called to get a 5G sim card and had to renew my broadband so the girl said she was sending out a wi-fi disc and was quite "passionate" about me having a tech expert set it up. I did say I didn't need it, but in the end it was easier to cancel online. 1/2
