@bt_uk Can you confirm I still have an appointment booked for 1st September (VOL053-7854135680959), only online fail tracker said it should have been fixed yesterday and has a supplier update that says visit cancelled. Was very unhappy with appt leadtime, so hope it is still on.

@bt_uk Really unimpressed that I’ve been advised I have to wait until the 1st September to have my faulty BTTV box replaced by an engineer. Was told it can’t be posted which seems insane, but then to be told I’ve got to wait two weeks without the use of the service is very poor.

@bt_uk I have an issue I need to discuss on my account but I am in Hostpital and the waiting time on the phone is way to long, I want my wife to be able to help deal with it from home but need to set up her as a joint person to talk to, please help me....

Only had my bt broadband since Monday and every time it rains (which is a lot) It drops off 😩 not a great a start @bt_uk would help if I could get through to speak to someone too!

@bt_uk In which case you need more engineers as a two week replacement time is simply unacceptable. Can you advise how I can make a formal complaint and also claim for the loss of service, as I’m now unable to use the TV package that I’m paying for, for two weeks. Thank you.

Just watched the brilliant #Greavsie on @btsport - what a player. Even in grainy black and white footage you can see just *how* good he was on horrid, boggy pitches. To come back from the alcoholism showed the strength of character.

@bt_uk are THE WORST company I've had to deal with EVER first I pay 56.99 a month for internet thet doesn't even work upstairs and now theyve put my monthly bill up to 64.90 and are refusing to drop it back down!Never will I go with BT again! I'll make sure nobody I know does!!!

@bt_uk Yep, you have to give a phone number. My friend has broadband only.I found that page in about 10 seconds. I'm not on BT.They asked me as they can't look themselves as their internet is out. So there's no public service status page? So we cannot find anything at all out ourselves?

@bt_uk shocking service, just held on 45 minutes to discuss why Bt tv isn’t working yet again. Third week in a row, spoke to a lady in Dundee, who hung up on me and hadn’t rung back, when she failed to rectify the fault. Still no Tv.
